The IRS Is Not A US Federal Agency -- And Your Average American Has No Clue That The IRS Steals Their Money Through An Illegal & Communist Tax System
It's not. And if a fraction of one percent of the US population knows this about the IRS it is a lot. Moreover, the Internal Revenue Service was created as a result of the 16Th Amendment which was never properly ratified. Like the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS is a privately held corporation, which serves as a collection point for the Federal Reserve.
The IRS has never operated legally in this country and has aided and abetted the Federal Reserve Bank in stealing trillions of dollars through an illegal and unconstitutional graduated income tax system; a system which is based on the Communist Manifesto. This system of taxation has absolutely no place in a Democratic Republic and never has, yet the US Congress which helped to create it with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act and 16Th Amendment is not only guilty of this treasonous crime against the American people, but has also served to cover up the facts behind this fraud for the past 94 years.
As G. Edward Griffin, author of "The Creature From Jeckyl Island" (a brilliantly written expose on the Federal Reserve fraud) has said in the past, the income tax system in the United States was created to redistribute the wealth in this country. In other words, to steal it away from the average American citizen and to give it to the already wealthy Illuminists through a privately held central bank -- in this case the Federal Reserve Bank.
Through this illegal system of taxation the privately held Federal Reserve Bank has stolen trillions of dollars through an illegal graduated income tax system, and taken the United States and its people from a great manufacturing nation to a nation of debtors who are enslaved and must stay gainfully employed simply so that they can pay off their debt -- which for most Americans has become nearly impossible to do.

Just look at the 1100 manual and it tells you so. Congress only created the Commissioner's Office. He then hired the private collection agency people and used them as the tax collectors. In fact, I defy you to find any IRS employee listed as an Employee of the United States Government with a United States Employee Identification number that has been hired by any District Director in the country. Now I suggest you look at 27 Code of Federal Regulations Section 250.11 and therein you will find the definition of 'Revenue agent.' That definition reads 'Any duly authorized Commonwealth Internal Revenue Agent of the Department of the Treasury of Puerto Rico.'"
