The fact is that if the NSA was really operating within the law, and respecting the American peoples' rights to privacy, then the NSA would have standing here. As for the head of the NSA's claims that the Agency is not spying on American citizens without a warrant from the FISA court, General Keith Alexander blatantly lied. The NSA is spying on everyone. And when caught spying on one of us the NSA conveniently labels us as a terrorist, to cover up its outrageous violations of our civil liberties.
As it is the only reason that the 15 judges on the FISA secret court were appointed to this court is because they could be counted on to rubber stamp the NSA's illegal surveillance of American citizens.
Keep in mind that the NSA's Directive 18 strictly prohibits it from spying on American citizens, without the permission of the FISA court. And only then, if the American citizen to be placed under surveillance has been in contact with someone in another country whom the NSA can prove is connected to a terrorist organization.
Which brings to mind why the NSA would be spying on this author for decades, given that I have no criminal record, nor do I have any contact with a terrorist organization either in the United States or internationally.

As for NSA whistleblowers, Edward Snowden, does not consider himself to be a hero, just a government employee who became disgusted with the NSA's total disregard for the rights of American citizens. As such, Snowden was smart enough to gather his information on the NSA's illicit domestic spying carefully, while making certain that his exit from the NSA would place this corrupted Agency under the global scrutiny that these Nazi idealized beasts deserve to be placed under.

As for the FBI, don't forget to put a piece of tape over the mini Webcam on your computer when you are not using in to teleconference on the Internet, or you might find that the FBI is using your Webcam to spy on you, while recording you while you are at your computer keyboard.
Don't be fooled into believing that because the pilot light for the Webcam isn't on, that the FBI's not using this camera to spy on you, because the FBI now has software that disables the pilot light so that you don't know you are being watched.
This information just came out in the Washington Post last week. However, about three moths ago this author, knowing how easy it is for the alphabet agencies in this country to use the EMF spectrum to spy on us, wondered if they might be hacking into the Web cams on our computers in order to spy on us. At the time, I decided to put a piece of scotch tape on my Webcam, which does throw the camera's lens out of focus and completely blurs whatever the camera is focused on.
I highly recommend that you do the same. However, this will not prevent a Nazi indoctrinated Agency like the NSA, CIA, FBI or DHS from using a 3D Thermal Imaging satellite to follow you around in your own home as they illegally do with this author and myriad other targets of COINTELPRO and MKKULTRA, while they use your 4TH Amendment rights for toilet paper.

The rotational patterns of directed energy microwave weapons' attacks on this author and other members of my Family is again directed at my Mom, who last week was perfectly fine, and very active. For the past several days she has been hardly able to move due to microwave energy induced nerve pain.
These weapons and those men and women who covertly use them against the American people have become a cancer on humanity. These miscreants must be exposed and held accountable for these atrocities.
Their crimes are on par with those of Hitler and his Third Reich, yet they are able to conceal them from the American people using the cover of plausible deniability.
The regular readership of this blog, which is substantial (in spite of FBI/NSA electronic sabotage of this Website since it was started in 2006), are also familiar with a number of instances in which people whom either this author or other members of my Family have been acquainted with, have either suffered strokes or aneurysms, or been afflicted with fast spreading cancers, since the organized stalking of my person began in 2003.
Recently, the son in law of a former business associate of my Father's is diagnosed with intestinal cancer. Over the past few years, at least three people whom we were acquainted with died of cancer - two of whom had brain cancer. A third person died of lung cancer. Several years ago, only a few years after this author began blogging about my experiences as a target of organized stalking, MKULTRA and COINTELPRO, another former business associate of my Father's died of an aneurysm the day after having lunch with my Father and a few other friends.
At the time, my Father remarked at how well this man looked, and, like the others who had met at the luncheon a day earlier, was shocked to hear that he had died so suddenly.
It is my opinion that this man, as well as the other three people (two of whom were in their 40s), died as the result of directed energy microwave weapons attacks to their bodies. Three of the four deaths resulted in cancers, and the fourth death was the result of an aneurysm. If microwave energy weapons were used to cause these deaths, then these people did not die of natural causes.
They were murdered.
It is also my opinion that my former Lyme Disease specialist developed prostate cancer as the result of being targeted by a directed energy weapon. This physician was a medical whistleblower who testified before a Senate subcommittee on health in the 1990s, exposing several other physicians whom he had claimed were misdiagnosing chronically ill Lyme Disease patients.
These same physicians were also paid by health insurance companies to testify as expert witnesses in court, against Lyme Disease practitioners, who were having much greater success in treating chronically ill Lyme Disease patients with expensive intravenous antibiotic therapy.
This was about the medical insurance companies' saving money, by avoiding having to pay for long-term intravenous antibiotic treatment therapy.
The fact that Lyme Disease has since been proven to be yet another biological weapon created on Plum Island - a U.S. government bioweapons' lab which sits just off the eastern tip of Long Island, NY - is the most likely reason why the health insurance industry will no longer pay the exorbitant costs associated with long-term IV antibiotic therapy; a therapy that has in the past been used to treat chronically ill Lyme Disease patients with far greater success than just oral antibiotics.
In fact, the health insurance industry became so intent on discrediting any physician who has claimed that *refractory Lyme Disease infection does exist, that the industry actually paid some of their "medical experts" to promulgate the medical opinion that chronic Lyme Disease does not exist. A blatant, yet convenient lie, which let the health insurance industry off the hook, for having to cover long-term IV antibiotic treatments for chronically ill Lyme Disease patients.
* Refractory refers to symptoms which still exist after the AMA approved medical treatment has been administered to a patient.
As such, from the moment that my former Lyme Disease physician testified before a Senate subcommittee on health, these physicians decided to wage their own vendetta against him. He then became the target of a criminal conspiracy by these physicians.
When their attempt to destroy his medical practice and career failed after a state investigation was opened against him, the FBI was used to blackmail him into closing his medical practice.
However, it was the physicians whom this doctor originally identified, who were the catalysts in destroying his medical practice, which has now been closed for the better part of a decade.
Keep in mind here that this investigation took place prior to the passage of the Patriot Act, and did not result in the loss of his medical license or practice. Those who plotted this conspiracy against him had failed.
Moreover, it was only after the Patriot Act was passed, that the FBI was able to use its intimidation tactics into forcing this physician to close his medical practice.
At the time he closed his medical practice, he had also been treated successfully for prostate cancer.
The question here is did his prostate cancer occur from natural means or was it caused by way of a directed energy microwave weapons' attack on his body, and as part of the criminal conspiracy to put him out of business?
In this author's opinion, it was the latter, since he had been the target of a criminal conspiracy for at least a decade prior to closing of his medical practice, which occurred as the direct result of his whistleblowing activities.

Let's look at Medusa's head again in the dendrites of the neuron. Assuming one could wirelessly measure some property that was representative of the state of that neuron, one could grow virtual neurons connected to it.
Since many methods of neurotransmitter modulation are researched along with raw electric or magnetic current induction methods, influencing the voltage at the Hillock of a neuron can be done. With just those two sets of tools, one can grow virtual neurons to every human brain. Certainly hive minds with 2 to 6 people are being created and tested in the thousands of cells.

The virtual neurons can be of a self organizing type - example another human brain or computed neurons. Or they could be non-adapting virtual neurons used to 'force' new thought processes and program thought pathways (neural programming). The possibilities are mind blowing.
You can see how even men of strong character would eventually become corrupted by this power.
Once the target brain unbeknownst to them has adapted and incorporated the virtual network (i.e. the modulated brain signals), anything can be done with their soul. Like in the movie "The Matrix" if you pull the plug on their brain link before they escape to an exit, they would lose their MIND, figuratively and literally. Similarly, the new self organized configuration is reliant on the virtual neurons. If the signal suddenly stopped, the organic brain would take some time to readapt to its new configuration.
MIND's (magnetically integrated neuron duplicator) function might be to literally duplicate a target brain through a copy-cat parallel artificial neural network.
Over time the artificial network should accurately cognitively model the target's cognition. Because the model is artificial and computed, it can be run in fast forward and thereby predict probable next states with a set of confidence levels, speech and reactions for example, before the target's brain has achieved those states.
Victims of the psychotronic research call this one form of demonstrated "thought reading". Uneducated or conspiratorial psychologists call this 'Thought sonorization'. Thoughts being finished and spoken back to the target before they barely begin or are fully aware of their own thought.
Let's imagine if everyone has their own artificial MIND model running all the time. The ability of these murderous psychopaths to turn off the electricity in our home by remote means becomes even more troubling during the Winter months of the year, where as targets of this technology, we could easily freeze to death if the power is turned off for an extended period of time.
Their ability to use signals intelligence satellites to manipulate the electricity being sent to any electrical appliance or electronic machinery such as an elevator, can also be used to commit a crime. In particular this author is referring to the 2011 death of a woman by the name of Suzanne Hart, who was crushed to death after an elevator's doors closed on her and trapped her as she was entering the elevator. Just a day before this happened, this author had watched a movie called "Paperman," in which a woman was crushed to death when she was caught in the doors of an elevator and her body was crushed between the floor of the elevator and the ceiling of that floor in her building.

The day Hart was killed, this author noticed a van parked in front of my home with the name *HART painted on its side. What follows is just one chapter of Dr. Robert Duncan's excellent book entitled: "The Matrix Deciphered."
This is one of the more recent books written on the U.S. Military Industrial Intelligence complexes' secret mind control weapons' programs.
Before we get to this particular chapter, the reader should also note the following information taken from a 1996 article in Britain's Nexus Magazine, which contains much of the contents of a 1992 civil action filed against the U.S. National Security Agency, by a man named John St. Clair Akwei. In this lawsuit, *Mr. Akwei describes how he had been tortured by the NSA as a target of non consensual human experimentation since 1979.
*This is also about the time that the NSA began its MKULTRA non consensual human experimentation of my person. The directed energy torture of this author would take place by the midst of the 1990s (and remains so to this day), after these organizations began using this technology to torture and murder American citizens, with plausible deniability. The reader will also note Akwei's claims that "the NSA has kits for running lines into residential tap water and air ducts of subjects for the delivery of drugs (such as sleeping gas or brainwashing-aiding drugs). This is an outgrowth of CIA pharmapsychology (psychopharmacology)."
This is why a target of this modern day version of MKULTRA mind control - non consensual human experimentation - must attempt to always have someone in their home, and keep the upstairs windows partially open in the event that the NSA or other Intel agency attempts to use this methodology to attack their person.
We have a good quality water filtration system, however, that does not ensure that the NSA or FBI would not have the ability to bypass this water filtration system for the purpose of either drugging or poisoning us. The target of such non consensual human experimentation must remain vigilante to such furtive and criminal attacks.
In reality, the NSA's signals intelligence technology and its use in delivering directed energy microwave weapons' attacks on the human body is the least obvious and most nefarious means of such furtive attack, since to the untrained eye, these weapons leave no trace evidence that a crime has even been committed. However, a forensic pathologist who is trained to spot radiation damage to living tissue would be able to determine that a man, woman or child was being targeted by these weapons.
Unfortunately, the problem with obtaining such a diagnosis is that the U.S. Military Intelligence complex has *tremendous influence over the medical community in the United States, and as such, can easily interfere with such an investigation.
* In the early days when this author was first targeted for organized stalking (beginning in the Spring of 2003), I experienced a number of situations in which FBI agents used medical personnel to take part in the organized stalking/street theater of my person, as part of a much larger psychological warfare operation which the FBI continues to covertly perpetrate against my person in the present day.
As part of this Orwellian conspiracy, medications which were prescribed by treating physicians, were replaced with placebos, while this author paid for this medication. In one instance, the FBI coerced a laboratory to falsify the results of a blood test that this author had taken in regard to chronic Lyme Disease. The treating physician was coerced into taking part in this fraud, and later this was used by the FBI to blackmail him into closing his lucrative medical practice. To this day, this physician has never told his patients the truth in regard to why he really closed his medical practice, and given what the FBI would do to him for exposing this scandal, I doubt that he ever will.
He has become part of the deception.
The reader will also find of interest, that the fraudulent lab report which was given to this author by the aforesaid Lyme Disease treating physician, was later stolen from my desk, in order to cover up the fact that the medical report had been falsified at the direction of FBI agents, taking part in the COINTELPRO operation against this author.
The reality here is that this physician became another casualty of the FBI, which was used to destroy his medical practice, and as punishment for his testifying before a Senate Health Committee a decade earlier, blowing the whistle on certain physicians who were either misdiagnosing, or not treating chronically ill Lyme Disease patients properly.
Some of these physicians, including The State University Of New York at Stony Brook's, Dr. Raymond Dattwyler, were actually being paid by insurance companies to testify on their behalf in court, against first tier physicians (like my former Lyme Disease physician), who were aggressively treating chronic Lyme Disease with much better results than those achieved by most of the infectious disease specialists in the United States.
This is about the insurance industry saving money, at the expense of the people who suffer with chronic Lyme Disease, which has now been proven to be a biological weapon.
This is also why the public should be very leery of the recent collaboration between Stony Brook and Brookhaven Labs to create a new Lyme Disease vaccine. In this author's opinion, any so called Lyme Disease vaccine that these organizations would create and then attempt to sell to the public, would be a biological weapon, marketed to the public under the pretense of its being a Lyme Disease vaccine.
As for being a target of both COINTELPRO and MKULTRA, this author cannot overemphasize the importance for any person being subjugated to such high tech attacks, to document them in the greatest detail possible, since what we are exposing here is a hidden evil to us all - a shadow government in America which worships Satan, and is based on outright tyranny.
NSA whistleblower, John St. Clair Akwei, also describes the NSA's infrastructure and the Agency's access to a signals intelligence driven domestic spy apparatus (Google: NSA Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network) that is truly as fascinating as it is horrifying. Especially given its use in covertly electromagnetically enslaving the American citizenry, through the *Pentagon and CIA's EMF brain mapping of the American people.
* The NSA is overseen by the Pentagon. As such, is it any wonder why in 1992, former U.S. federal circuit court judge and CIA asset, Stanley Sporkin, was used to prevent John St. Clair Akwei from suing the NSA, and in doing so, exposing the Agency's Orwellian signals intelligence driven domestic spy program to the American people?
The responsibility for doing so now rests with those of us who have been victimized by this Orwellian and Nazi indoctrinated juggernaut for decades. And who will forever be grateful to John St. Clair Akwei, for the information he's provided us with, in his precedent setting lawsuit against the NSA.
The reader should compare Akwei's information with that contained in Dr. Robert Duncan's book "The Matrix Deciphered," since both men have been tortured through the use of space based - military grade weaponry, and make a number of very similar comparisons in regard to some of the capabilities of this Orwellian technology.
Both Akwei and Duncan also agree that the brain can be remotely accessed through the use of HAARP phased radar arrays, over the horizon radar and signals intelligence satellites, in order to target its own unique electromagnetic signatures, which for all intents and purposes makes brainchips obsolete.
As outlandish as this technology and its capabilities may sound, it is not science fiction.
However, the government agencies who illegally and treasonously utilize these technologies against an unwitting U.S. population, want to make certain that you believe that these technologies remain in the realm of science fiction, since this lets them off proverbial hook for their use of this technology to perpetrate myriad crimes - many of them outright atrocities.
The ugly truth here is that this classified technology is real, and that several patents have been unearthed through the U.S. Freedom Of Information Act which prove this.
Moreover, once these patents starting circulating over the Internet, the U.S. Military Intelligence complex had many of its agents posing as concerned civilians, posting that because the patents existed, did not mean that they had actually been used to develop these technologies. Of course, the patents have been used, because this technology does exist, and is being covertly utilized by the Pentagon, CIA, NSA, FBI, DHS and a number of other alphabet agencies, in order to experiment upon, torture and even murder American citizens.
This author is certain of this from my own experiences as a target of MKULTRA and COINTELPRO.
I also wonder, given her stature as a privacy rights expert and her extensive knowledge in regard to microchip technology, if Dr. Catherine Albrecht is familiar with how over the horizon radar systems, HAARP, and signals intelligence satellites, have completely outmoded microchips as a means for spying on the U.S. population? Or how these arcane technologies are being used to destroy our privacy, by remotely accessing the minds of American citizens using EEG heterodyning - yet refrains from discussing them, because these technologies simply sound so outlandish that Dr. Albrecht is afraid of losing her credibility if she publicly acknowledges them?
Of course, these technologies do exist and are being used by the U.S. federal government, to destroy the rights to privacy of each American citizen, which are afforded to us by the U.S. Bill of Rights.
A blatant fact that neither the Pentagon, NSA, CIA, FBI, DHS, DARPA nor any of the other federal government agencies who secretly use these technologies against the American citizenry, would ever want the American people to collectively learn about. And this is why those of us who are promulgating this terrifying information are being targeted for some of the most precedent setting slander campaigns in U.S. history, while the Constitutional rule of law is completely disregarded.
This author personally knows of no American citizen who has been more aggressively demonized, dehumanized, slandered, or denied their Constitutional rights, than I have. And the same can be said for any citizen who has been targeted for such an Orwellian attack on their freedoms, as to be experimented upon within their own home for decades, by some of the most evil men and women who have ever lived.
As targets of this Orwellian technology, we are telling the American people the truth, and being demonized and dehumanized for our efforts, while our Constitutional rights are being completely abrogated, by a federal government that has become intent on concealing its own participation in the furtive destruction of our Constitutional rule of law, and in the interest of aiding and abetting the creation of a global Zionist dictatorship, overseen by the House of Rothschild and its Zionist banksters.

This is why the U.S. Congress must not be allowed to renew the Federal Reserve System's charter in 2014. "Two-way electronic Brain Link has become the ultimate communications system for CIA/NSA personnel. Remote neural monitoring (RNM, remotely monitoring bioelectric information in the human brain) has become the ultimate surveillance system. It is used by a limited number of agents in the US Intelligence Community.
RNM requires decoding the resonance frequency of each specific brain area. That frequency is then modulated in order to impose information in that specific brain area. The frequency to which the various brain areas respond varies from 3 Hz to 50 Hz. Only NSA Signals Intelligence modulates signals in this frequency band. (See Table 1.) This modulated information can be put into the brain at varying intensities from subliminal to perceptible. Each person's brain has a unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies.

The Plaintiff learned of RNM by being in two-way RNM contact with the Kinnecome group at the NSA, Ft Meade.
They used RNM 3D sound direct to the brain to harass the Plaintiff from October 1990 to May 1991.
As of 5/91 they have had two-way RNM communications with the Plaintiff and have used RNM to attempt to incapacitate the Plaintiff and hinder the Plaintiff from going to the authorities about their activities against the Plaintiff in the last 12 years.
The Kinnecome group has about 100 persons working 24 hours a day at Ft Meade. They have also brain-tapped persons the Plaintiff is in contact with to keep the Plaintiff isolated. This is the first time ever that a private citizen has been harassed with RNM and has been able to bring a lawsuit against NSA personnel misusing this intelligence operations method.
6. NSA TECHNIQUES AND RESOURCES
Remote monitoring/tracking of individuals in any location, inside any building, continuously, anywhere in the country. A system for inexpensive implementation of these operations allows for thousands of persons in every community to be spied on constantly by the NSA.
Remote RNM Devices
NSA's RNM equipment remotely reads the evoked potentials (EEGs) of the human brain for tracking individuals, and can send messages through the nervous systems to affect their performance. RNM can electronically identify individuals and track them anywhere in the US. This equipment is on a network and is used for domestic intelligence operations, government security and military base security, and in case of bioelectric warfare.
Spotters and Walk-Bys in Metropolitan Areas
Tens of thousands of persons in each area working as spotters and neighbourhood/business place spies (sometimes unwittingly) following and checking on subjects who have been identified for covert control by NSA personnel.
Agents working out of offices can be in constant communication with spotters who are keeping track of the NSA's thousands of subjects in public. NSA agents in remote offices can instantly identify (using~ RNM) any individual spotted in public who is in contact with surveillance subject.
Chemicals and Drugs into Residential Buildings with Hidden NSA Installed and Maintained Plastic Plumbing lines.
The NSA has kits for running lines into residential tap water and air ducts of subjects for the delivery of drugs (such as sleeping gas or brainwashing-aiding drugs). This is an outgrowth of CIA pharmapsychology (psychopharmacology).
The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agreements to keep this technology secret. The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyze electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA computer generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all of the electrical activity in the brain continuously.
The NSA records and decode individual brain maps (of hundreds of thousands of persons) for national security purposes. EMF Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for brain-to-computer link (in military fighter aircraft, for example). For electronic surveillance purposes, electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject's verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain's auditory cortex, thus allowing audio communications direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this covertly to debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia."
Like John St. Clair Akwei, Dr. Robert Duncan has publicly stated that not only is it possible to remotely read a person's subvocalized thoughts without that person being implanted with a brainchip, but that it can be accomplished via over the horizon radar systems as well as specialized signals intelligence satellites, which can target the unique EMF brainwave print of the person, in order to interface an artificial intelligence computer with the neural pathways of that person's brain.
This gives further credibility to the claims made by NSA whistleblower John St. Clair Akwei, in his 1992 civil lawsuit against the U.S. National Security Agency, in which Akwei has stated that the NSA maintains information on all American citizens, and utilizes a signals intelligence EMF scanning network in which to spy on American citizens without their knowledge or consent.
Based on what Akwei has stated, it would appear that this SIGNIT EMF Scanning Network is in violation of the 4Th, 5Th and 6Th Amendment rights of all American citizens, given that it can be used to instantaneously target and track any American citizen without their knowledge or consent.
Clearly, the capability of such an Orwellian domestic system of surveillance to instantly track any American citizen, must be based on a national brain mapping program, secretly implemented and deployed by the NSA and CIA. One must wonder how many of the other alphabet agencies in this country have access to this classified spy technology.
The reader will now be able to understand the rationale for the U.S. Military's creation of a radio frequency radiation dosimetry handbook, being used as part of a brain mapping program in the United States, since once this complex decodes your own individual brain map, you are then catalogued into the U.S. Military Intelligence complexes' *signals intelligence EMF brain mapping computer database.

Does this technology sound as though it could be used as part of a covert agenda to enslave an entire population as part of the creation of global dictatorship?
Dr. Robert Duncan has referred to some of these Orwellian programs, implemented in the midst of the 1970s by the CIA and Pentagon, under the acronyms: TAMI, MIND, SATAN and CHRIST.
Clearly, the NSA's implementation of a Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network in the early 1980s, is an outgrowth of these earlier programs. In all likelihood, we will find that it was the Reagan Administration whose 1981 Executive Order 12333 (which privatized many of the illegal operations being secretly conducted by the U.S. Military Intelligence complex against the American people) is directly responsible for the NSA's implementation of the signals intelligence EMF scanning network, which John St. Clair Akwei has alleged was implemented by the NSA in the early 1980s.
The reader will note that the timeline regarding the NSA's creation of its signals intelligence EMF scanning network, occurred at about same the time that EO 12333 was signed by President Ronald Reagan.
Akwei has also stated that this SIGNIT EMF scanning network can be used to spy on any American citizen, and that any person living within the United States who approaches the person being tracked by the NSA can also be instantly identified.
This indicates that the American people are the unwitting subjects of an EMF brain mapping program, which is secretly being used by the NSA as part of a signals intelligence driven domestic spy program.

Psychotronic Hostages
Shocking as this may be, you must remember we are a hypocrisy not a democracy. We use the most anti¬democratic methods to intimidate, overthrow, and control other countries. The Army was recently ousted for putting false articles and news reports in Iraqi information streams for example.
From my research, there is more information warfare directed at the citizens of the United States than abroad.
The absurdity of what is considered important enough to report on the mass media terrifies those who know what's really going on.
When did we lose control of the free press? How are politician kept in the dark of this military coup? Why can't they pass simple updated laws to at least openly protect citizens from the psychotronic massacre?
According to European Parliament documents it was used in Desert Storm to fatigue and demoralize troops. Also, if it were successfully used in war once, countries would invest more into anti-psychotronic defenses.
So it is considered more valuable as a
political dissident silencing, spying, espionage, and silent
assassination tool.
HAARP and the Puerto Rico ionospheric heaters are examples of these ground based high powered phased arrays. Satellites could make it a truly global system.
Secondly, you must consider active scanning techniques which increase the signal to noise ratio tremendously, such as electron spin resonance and scatter stealth radar techniques.
Thirdly, compare the sensitivity of SQIDs (super conducting quantum interference devices) with an electrically resonating biotelemetric antenna with modulated body electricity in it viewed from a low earth orbit of 1000 miles.
It is within many orders of magnitude capable of detecting the signal especially if the exact location were known.
However that is not what they are doing. They are using high powered nearly perfectly destructive interfering EM waves which reflect or scatter with intense power levels back to their sources without burning the area of interest and without losing much of the signal to noise ratio from the absorption, scatter, transmittance, and reflectance energies. Lastly, look at the military research and patent files to find many published articles about reading heart and respiratory signals at a large distance.
NASA even offered to build brain printing technology for airport security. The void of research at reading brainwaves without EEG probes should tell you something. Do an internet search on mind control. Explain the amount of disinformation, misinformation, and general discussion around this topic if it can't be done.
Explain why a very successful microwave antenna military subcontractor has a patent from the 1970s that claim brain reading and control. Explain why documents released through the Freedom of Information Act by the CIA, openly discusses research on a project called RHIC (remote hypnotic inter-cerebral control) using the same techniques.
Clearly, this is such an
important scientific discovery for weapons, spying, and espionage
that much neurological data and research has been buried under the
guise of national security bullshit.
The brain works on ionic electric currents too. Have you noticed that your cell phone sometimes causes audio experiment nearby to chirp right before you get a phone call? Microwave directed energy weapons are being developed to knock out and fry any electrical component not properly shielded.
EMP (electromagnetic pulse) weapons can stall car engines, stop or cause bombs to detonate, and cause brain currents to misfire. Absorption of EM energy at specific resonance frequencies have been show to cause neurotransmitter release in neurons when absorbed by the brain. Even low intensity magnetic fields have been shown to create currents in the brain or alter brain activity.

Nobody wants their soul to be reduced to an electrical signal.
The Army published some documents showing how they mapped out the sensory pathways as an example. A project which I believe is to mislead the public on the current state of technology is called the Human Cognome Project which has similar goals to the Human Genome Project.
There are massive cover-ups and barely a mention in the news when the programs are discovered. The same weapons testing programs continue, often under new funding and a different name. There is almost no oversight for top secret programs.
Virtual human dissections of random
citizens has been occurring since the inception of the CIA and
definitely just after WWII and project paper clip where many Nazi
scientists were excused for their war crimes and sheltered by the DoD.
Getting people to care what is happening to their future and country is difficult when you don't have control of the main media outlets. Grass roots effort at educating the public until a critical mass of awareness is reached will be the only way to pressure lasting changes and protections.
There have been many violent acts misdirected to the wrong branches of government by these mind controlled torture victims but they are written off in the news as random acts of madmen and extremists. Publicly shaming the perpetrators and culprits will set a precedence.
Trying to recruit the help of other countries to pressure the United States to free its psychotronic hostages would help. Get academic intuitions and other governments to discuss their psychotronic research openly.
The
United States is the only major country not to sign international
treaties to ban the use of these weapons, clearly because they enjoy
torturing their own population too much. Even Russia tried to get
these weapons banned at a UN conference and the United States
refused.
They don't get metals or more power by saving American lives through technological discovers, they get more power by instigating wars and killing effectively. They are selfish, sub optimal decision makers.
Clearly there is a problem
with intellectual meritocracy in the culturally unevolving military
upper ranks since they were raised with good old fashioned fascism.
The media refuses to cover it, either because they have been instructed to or they have succumbed to the decades of brainwashing which states that if anyone claims that they have symptoms of psychotronic weapons that they are crazy. It is too controversial a topic and they are afraid of military reprisals may be the other reason.
The psychological programming of the populous is extensive. At last count, I found over 100 movies and TV shows that make fictional references to mind reading and influencing technology. It has become common sense fiction in most people's minds. Also, we tend to trust and believe Washington D.C. spokespeople, but know they lie all the time.
Porter Goss has come out saying that they don't torture people. I know this to be a lie, yet he sounds so sincere when he is quoted in the papers or on TV.
Like
quantum theory and relativity, the physics is just not intuitive, so
it is easy to believe that time is constant, the earth is flat, and
mind reading radar is impossible.
I became a human compass. By minimizing the pain I felt through aligning my arms stretched out with the Earth's magnetic lines of force, I would always point in a North/South direction. I carried a compass with me everywhere, and liked to demonstrate my stupid alien trick to anyone with whom I felt like striking up a conversation.
The other capability I acquired was the ability to tell time down to the minute without a watch.
It was a game that I played with the operators to whom I was EEG heterodyned. They would accurately tell me the time whenever I asked. This really impressed a couple people. They had no idea how I could point to North/South after being spun around with my eyes closed or tell the precise time whenever they wanted.
A couple people bought me a beer for the bar tricks. I never told them how it was done for obvious reasons. Since the physical torture stopped, I haven't been able to perform either trick again.
If they are using linearly polarized
electromagnetic waves for the Scalar Radar energy or ESR,MRI
magnetic fields, the target object may disappear or the neural link
signal weaken when aligned with the Earth's magnetic or the Scalar
Radar electromagnetic fields.
Rather than openly assassinate people or harbor political prisoners as in other communist countries, the U.S. prefers this slyer method. Just as with torture without physical evidence (termed soft torture), it quietly and effectively does the trick.
Brain hobbling through psychotronics is done today in an analogous fashion. By using psychotronic generators to inject minute random currents into the targeted brain, a threat will exhibit schizophrenic thinking and can be thrown into a mental hospital where further silencing can occur without their consent.
Neural scientists are closely watched and any who get to close to rediscovering the government's mind control technology can be mentally hobbled to prevent further discovery. Without visible political prisons and torture scars, the public will remain discredulous that it is being done. It is all about plausible denial. We surely are more civilized than the medieval kings with their large torture chambers.
Everything is just invisible now, but the same brutal, unevolved people run them.
I have everything to lose by divulging these secrets of the government. I was earning $140,000 average pay in Silicon Valley before I morally felt obligated to disrupt their lies through my public voice by taking two years off and writing this book. Truth is not so terrible once you accept it.
Only with truth can we triangulate on a better future and hold those erroneous thinkers accountable for their beyond-top-secret decisions that we, their employers, need to responsibly make in order to further efficiency, progress, and change in the DoD and in politics that have allowed for the random selection of humans for their trite experiments for over 30+ years.
They will take our money on a boondoggle to employ endless projects that they declare for national security, killing millions by their withholding of technology and secrets. Power is addictive when you have no true value.
The CIA's motto is,
Crock of shit.
They are tasked with suppressing truth. And Porter Goss who is an alumni from my private school was suppose to bring justice, freedom, and truth to the American people, but instead he has fallen prey to the business as usual fowl element of criminals that make up the house of ill deceit. The CIA needs to be disbanded of its criminal elements.
What have they done for us?
They knew about 9/11 but decided not to prevent it. They have tortured and killed more Americans in their declassified top secret programs than any terrorist group in history. But we chose to ignore it.
We prefer delusion over truth. It is simply more pleasing for most people to believe their government is not corrupt and we are morally justified in "policing", not occupying, 135 nations on Earth where we have troops stationed. There are only 55 nations that we haven't taken over. This is the wake up call. If you chose to ignore it, history will not be your savior. You were told and you chose not to voice or act in the best interest of your fellow humans.
You will be on the wrong side of history.
So you need to dig deep and remember the formula that I described for their disinformation tactics.
Are you scared yet! You are just beginning to understand the situation the people of Earth are faced with.
Cope with the ugliness of the truth for which we work and maybe we can fix it if it isn't too late. Or maybe you will decide that you don't care about truth, reality, as long as you can be lead to believe that your small universe and fragile house of cards belief system is enough to keep you happy.

The person who made the comment is obviously unfamiliar with these technologies, and for his own sake, should become familiar with them, since they are being used to make unwitting slaves out of the American people.
When the co-chairs of the 9-11 Commission publicly state that the Commission was ineffective in determining who the real perpetrators behind the 9-11 terrorist attacks were, and that the Commission was setup to fail from its inception, there should no longer be any doubt that factions within the U.S. federal government were responsible for the attacks on 9-11.
The reader should also take the following allegation very seriously. That long before the 9-11 false flag operation took place, the U.S. Military Intelligence complex began a covert and completely illegal signals intelligence domestic spy program, which was predicated on the brain mapping of the EMF signatures from the brains of each American citizen.
And that in the modern day, it is these EMF brain maps which the U.S. Military Intelligence complex uses in which to identify each American citizen, as part of an Orwellian domestic spy program, which is used to track these unique signatures by way of signals intelligence EMF scanning networks.
As for those who have managed to remain employed in this country, in spite of the devastation to its economy, and who refuse to believe that the attacks on 9-11-2001 were in fact a false flag operation used to destroy the U.S. Bill of Rights, the fact is that the United States has become a surveillance police state since that time.
Moreover, one of the real problems with being gainfully employed is that it does not go hand in hand with accepting, much less promulgating unpopular truths about a subverted and corrupted government in your own country.
Moreover, being employed subjects one to the brainwashing of that propaganda machine we call corporate America, which usually blinds them from seeing the truths that are right before their very eyes.
As such, those who are gainfully employed can either deny that these crimes are taking place and remain employed, or, they can acknowledge that these crimes are taking place and promulgate this information, and then lose their employment.
Based on the above statement, is it any wonder why most of the people who are still employed in the United States have decided to ignore the unpopular truth about 9-11-2001 being a false flag operation? Or the subsequent destruction of the U.S. Bill of Rights since 9-11?
It would seem that the ability to afford the basic necessities in life: food, clothing and shelter, easily outweighs the need to exposit those unpopular truths which could result in the loss of all three of these basic necessities.
That is until this ugly truth becomes painfully apparent to those who are at present ignoring it, which unfortunately, will eventually happen.

FBI/NSA criminals have been using *directed energy weaponry to target the floor in this author's den today, subtly vibrating the floor boards with a certain microwave frequency.
* I wish this was science fiction, however, it is not. And the thousands of other targets of this Orwellian technology also wish that it was based on fiction. However, it's not. As for the many who have already been murdered as the result of being targeted by these weapons, they were well aware before they were killed, that the myriad accounts in regard to this technology are not science fiction.
The federal agents who illegally deploy these weapons against our persons can also use various EMF frequencies in which to vibrate specific areas of the body, via over the horizon radar systems, HAARP, and signals intelligence EMF scanning networks, like the one NSA whistleblower John St. Clair Akwei describes in his 1992 civil lawsuit against the U.S. National Security Agency.
After the FBI orchestrated, organized stalking campaign against this author began in *2003, one morning, while laying on my couch, the couch was hit with a directed energy microwave weapon that actually jolted it. It felt as though we'd had an earthquake, except that no one else in our home noticed this. Nor was there a report on the news in regard to any earthquake.
*Almost a decade earlier I experienced what directed energy weaponry could do to the body, having been subjected to myriad physical symptoms caused by this technology. In 1993 I had been diagnosed with chronic Lyme Disease, which gave both the FBI the ability to use directed energy weapons on my person with plausible deniability.
While I don't know exactly when the NSA first had access to this technology, I do know that a lawsuit filed by another target of this non consensual human experimentation, Jesus Mendoza, documents that the Department Of Justice gave the FBI access to directed energy microwave weapons in 1994 (The year after I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme Disease and the year that the directed energy microwave weapons' attacks on this author began). Mendoza's documentation also involves sworn testimony by an FBI agent who stated that the FBI was given permission to use these weapons to torture American citizens.
While many of the symptoms that I had were directly related to chronic Lyme Disease, I also had several symptoms which other chronically ill Lyme Disease patients did not experience. However, by the 2000's when I began to research directed energy microwave weapons, and their myriad physical and psychological manifestations, I found many of the symptoms which I had originally believed were being caused by Lyme Disease.
Nevertheless, for the first time in this author's decades as a target of MKULTRA non consensual human experimentation, I had experienced a subtle demonstration of the enormous power of electromagnetic warfare technology. I have since seen large trees torn out at their roots as the result of this technology, and as such, understand how easily it can be used to kill anyone, or even destroy entire communities.
Of particular interest is the use of *HAARP technology to create storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, mudslides or any other type of adverse weather condition, deployed at a specific set of coordinates, in order to create a catastrophic event, which can be plausibly denied, and passed off as a natural occurrence.
* The reader will note that a number of HAARP phased arrays located around the world, have been built on land which was previously used for over the horizon radar.
In this author's opinion there have been myriad catastrophic weather anomalies created by the Pentagon, through its furtive use of HAARP, just in the past few years alone; including Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, and the typhoon which struck Japan in 2011, causing serious damage to one of its nuclear power plants, which may eventually render the entire Island uninhabitable.
I have also documented several of the myriad ways and various permutations in which these weapons of electromagnetic warfare can be used on any targeted individual, to cause a chronic or deadly illness in which to ultimately murder that person, or to torture them with plausible deniability.
Yesterday, this author's Father was tortured with a microwave induced headache, which eased once I posted this on this Blog. Today, this author's Mother is being hit with an ELF wave that causes her tremendous exhaustion and muscle pain.
Moreover, if you are an active person, this gives a federal agency which uses directed energy weaponry on your person, further opportunities in which to target you with these weapons, with plausible deniability; since you would just conclude that your exhaustion is the result of being overly active.
As such, all targets of this Orwellian technology live under the specter of such evil each day of our lives, since we never know what electromagnetic frequencies will be used against us, or how they will manifest physically or psychologically.
In an effort to protect ourselves from international terrorism, what we as American citizens have unwittingly wrought, what we have allowed to be created within the U.S. Military Industrial Intelligence complex, is the greatest monstrosity in the history of humankind.
