Lee Harvey Oswald was presumed innocent until proven guilty in a U.S. court of law.

Ironically enough, and in spite of the outrage over Kennedy's public execution on national TV, there were many Americans who were less than pleased with JFK's attempts to end segregation. And it was these same people who were overjoyed when they learned of his death.
As for Judyth Vary Baker, it's unfortunate that her book was not written several decades ago; prior to the U.S. federal government's becoming so much more oppressive.
Especially since even in the years just after the Kennedy Assassination, most Americans did not believe the Warren Commission Report, or that only one person was actually involved in the murder of our 35Th President.
This was also true of several members of the U.S. Congress at the time, many of whose homes and offices were being bugged by the Nixon Department Of Justice and FBI.
In fact, it was New Orleans' Congressman, Hale Boggs, who in 1972 and on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, accused the FBI of bugging himself and several members of Congress, because they had voiced concerns that the Warren Commission was a fraud, and that it was being used to cover up a criminal conspiracy within the U.S. federal government, to murder JFK.
Months after this incident occurred, a small commuter plane that Hale Boggs was traveling on while flying over Alaska was lost. To this day the official story is that the plane was never found. However, in 1992 the U.S. Freedom Of Information Act was used to unearth an FBI telex, which proves that the FBI had been given spy satellite photos which not only showed the whereabouts of Boggs' plane, but that there were at least two survivors seen walking near the plane's fuselage shortly after it went down. Given that prior to this crash, not only had Boggs told a number of his closest associates that the Warren Commission was a fraud, but that he was sorry that he had ever become a member of the Commission because "Hoover had lied his eyes out."
Boggs also revealed to this confidants that he'd had new revelations in regard to the death of John F. Kennedy which he would soon be sharing with the American people.
Thus, his sudden disappearance in a plane crash certainly turned out be convenient for those within the Nixon White House, CIA, FBI and DOJ, who were continuing in their efforts to cover up the fact that JFK had been murdered by his own government.

The U.S. Congresses' treasonous passage of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913, allowed for the 1914 creation of the private cartel today known as the Federal Reserve System.
The Federal Reserve has since been used to usurp the U.S. Treasury's Constitutional authority to coin and regulate U.S. currency. As such, it would be naïve to believe that the Federal Reserve's Board Of Governors were not conspiratorial in the murder of President John F. Kennedy, since JFK's attempt to restore the power to coin and regulate the value of U.S. currency to the U.S. Treasury, threatened the Federal Reserve System's autonomy over the U.S. economy and its control over the U.S. federal government.
Given that the Federal Reserve's charter is due to expire in either December of 2013, or January of 2014, one must wonder why the U.S. media has not bothered to cover this event?
The media has ignored the Federal Reserve System's charter renewal, because the media is under the furtive control of the British Monarchy and House of Rothschild; the latter of whom are also the main shareholders in Federal Reserve's privately held shares of stock.
Of course, based on the Federal Reserve's criminal operations, its charter should not be renewed. However, if the U.S. Congress voted to revoke a new charter for the Federal Reserve System, the House of Rothschild would lose its control over the United States monetary system and the federal government.
The Federal Reserve's abolition would be in the best interests of the American people, since the U.S. Treasury would once again create its own currency interest free; no longer relying on the Federal Reserve or its unconstitutional usury lending practices.
And since the federal income tax is being illegally imposed on the American working class for the express purpose of paying off the interest on the principle which the Treasury borrows from the Federal Reserve, this tax would no longer be necessary, because there'd be no interest charged to the Treasury, since the Treasury would be printing its own currency interest free.
Which brings us to the real reason for the imposition of the federal income tax, and why the Congress has never bothered to repeal the income tax or abolish the Federal Reserve Act.
The federal income tax, which was created as the direct result of the Federal Reserve's counterfeiting of, and lending of its counterfeited currency to the U.S. Treasury as usury interest rates, has always been used as a form of class warfare against the American middle class.
The federal income tax is used to prevent the average American citizen from obtaining any wealth of their own - a furtive form of enslavement against the American middle class, whom, unlike this country's investment class, are unable to avail themselves of the tax loopholes the IRS offers to this investment class, through the IRS' "Tax Avoidance" clause. This, as opposed to the IRS "Tax Evasion" clause which the IRS uses as a form of covert enslavement against the American middle class.
Even the real estate which Americans believe they purchase, is in reality just deeded to them for their use, which is why it is taxed so heavily through an unconstitutional property tax, even if the mortgage on such real estate has already been fully satisfied.
If an American citizen works most of their life to purchase a home for themselves, and they satisfy the mortgage on this home, why should they then be forced to pay a property tax for property which they have fully paid for?
This is outright Totalitarianism.
Of course, this is just one of the manifestations of the Rothschilds' collusion with the British Monarchy; a plot which they originally fomented in the 1800s, in which to destroy the United States, fearing that if the United States would be able to create its own currency interest free, that America, unlike the rest of the countries on this planet, would not be indebted to the House of Rothschild. The Rothschilds feared that America's economic prosperity would eventually lead to the destruction of every monarchy in existence at the time, including the British Monarchy.
As such, they decided that no matter what the consequences, they would foment a plan in which to destroy the United States of America and her citizenry.
And that plan was carried out through the establishment of a Rothschild central bank in America, which through a series of fraudulent acts, would be used to give the Rothschilds Zionist banksters, the ability to counterfeit and launder their own counterfeited currency through the U.S. Treasury and the American economy.
Their malice towards the American people hasn't changed in all this time. Especially since they are now so close to their goal of destroying the United States and her people. The following is a quote from an article which appeared in an 1862 edition of the Times Of London newspaper, which is also indicative of Rothshild Zionisms' sentiment towards the American citizenry in the modern day.

"If that mischievous financial policy, which had its origin in the North American Republic, should become indurated down to a fixture, then that government will furnish its own money without cost. That government must be destroyed or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe."
So if we actually succeeded in forcing the Congress to refuse to renew the Federal Reserve System's charter, the American people would eventually find themselves the targets of yet another war fomented by the House of Rothschild, which would either be commenced by another country whose banking system is controlled by one of the Rothschilds' Communist central banks, or another civil war in the United States, which the Rothschilds would attempt to finance from both sides - as they once attempted to do with the U.S. Civil War of 1863.
The War of 1812 was financed by the House of Rothschild and carried out by the British against the United States, as punishment for the U.S. Congresses' refusal to renew the 20 year charter for the Rothschilds' first Communist central bank in America: "The First Bank of The United States."
However, by 1816 the Rothschilds had wormed their way back into the United States with the creation of a second Communist central bank - "The Second Bank Of The United States."
While the Congress would renew this particular central bank's charter two decades later, it was President Andrew Jackson who vetoed the charter; once again preventing the Rothschilds from maintaining covert control over the monetary system in the United States, as well as the U.S. federal government.
As punishment for Jackson's snubbing of the House of Rothschild, the Rothschilds would eventually promote enough internal strife within the United States to foment the Civil War of 1863. And *President Abraham Lincoln, who refused to borrow the Rothschilds' currency at usury interest rates in order to finance this war, instead decided to use the U.S. Treasury to print currency of its own to finance the war.
This would result in the Rothschilds' fomenting a successful murder plot against Lincoln in 1865, when he would be assassinated by 33 degree Freemason, John Wilkes Booth. The Rothschilds has infiltrated Freemasonry decades before, and to this day most Freemason's are completely unaware of the House of Rothschilds' furtive control over their organization.
In 1871, the Rothschilds would then use their influence over the U.S. Congress to create a new corporate constitution for the United States, under the Legislative Act of 1871, which reduced the status of each American citizen to a share of stock in this newly created corporation in Washington D.C.
Today, this is evidenced by the social security system in the United States, and the fact that since 1933, every American citizen has been issued a birth certificate, which denotes them as a share of stock in the U.S. corporation.
This, while the U.S. Constitution of 1787 was completely discarded - and has remained so to this very day.
As such, is it any wonder why the Federal Reserve System would have played a significant role in the murder of John F. Kennedy, given his intent to abolish the Federal Reserve, and to drive the House of Rothschild and British Monarchy out of the United States for good?
