And Dr. Robert Duncan has confirmed this, describing a technology known as EEG heterodyning. EEG heterodyning sounds as though it is essentially the same technology as remote neural monitoring.

In his book "The Matrix Deciphered," Dr. Duncan has claimed that EEG heterodyning enables an organization like the CIA or NSA, to synchronize an artificial intelligence computer with the neural pathways in a person's brain.

According to John St. Clair Akwei, not only can the NSA use its Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network to track any citizen in the United States, by targeting their own unique EMF brainwave print, the NSA can also instantly identify any person who approaches the targeted subject.
