With an impressive performance and sixth consecutive win at the 2013 America's Cup international one design race series, Team Oracle has maintained control of the America's Cup for the next four years.
The question remains, given Oracle's tremendous turn around over the past five races, after nearly losing the Cup to New Zealand (who held a five race advantage, when the wind suddenly died on the final leg of that race, and disqualified both boats under a 40 minute time limit to complete the race course), was *HAARP technology involved in the weather manipulation of the 2013 America's Cup?
*HAARP technology can also be used for remotely entering the neural pathways of the brain (remote neural monitoring of human brainwaves - Google: John St. Clair Akwei VS The U.S. National Security Agency), via a form of computer to brain interface known as EEG heterodyning. Targeted Individual, Carolyn Williams Palit, refers to the EEG heterodyning of the neural pathways within her own brain in the following quotation, when Palit describes how her thoughts are being remotely scanned every second. This author and myriad other targets of this Orwellian mind invasive MKUltra technology, are being subjected to the same type of EEG heterodyning that Carolyn Williams Palit describes, and also tortured by way of satellite and HAARP based directed energy microwave weapons. As for this year's America's Cup, given the odds of coming back to win six consecutive races, and comments like no one has ever seen an AC 72 catamaran sail upwind the way that Team Oracle's AC 72 has, is it possible that HAARP technology was used to effect the outcome of this year's America's Cup?
And as this author has already posited, is it possible that HAARP technology was used to fix the America's Cup series, by certain persons within the U.S. Military Intelligence complex - who maintain access to HAARP technology - and who may have been betting on a tremendous long shot that they themselves created through the use of HAARP?
By all accounts, the come back that Team Oracle made in winning the America's Cup in 2013 is precedent setting, since no team competing in this event over the past century has ever come back to win the Cup after being down as many races as Team Oracle was.
For those who are following the U.S. Military's use of HAARP (High Intensity Active Auroral Research Program) for *experimental weather modification, one must wonder, given yet another anomaly (this time at the 2013 America's Cup races), if the government may be using its HAARP technology to actually remotely influence the wind conditions around the AC 72 catamarans of the Oracle USA and New Zealand teams?
* Do you truly believe that all of the terrible weather which we have seen around this planet over the past few years is the result of natural phenomena? It's not. Many of the so called natural disasters that we are seeing, including tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, mud slides and sink holes, are the result of our corrupted governments using HAARP technology against us, as part of a covert genocidal plot using geophysical manipulation of our weather. This author has personally witnessed this HAARP "manipulation" of the weather around my own home, including the artificial creation of microbursts which were used to knock down trees, as well as to tear the mast which attaches the power cable from the road to the side of our home, off the side of our home on two separate occasions.
Larry Ellison's Team Oracle was down by five races, and clearly appeared to be out of contention to win the 2013 America's Cup, when they were suddenly able to win five consecutive races, to tie Team New Zealand. This began only a day or so after the wind died down on the last leg of a race that would have clinched the America's Cup for Team New Zealand, had the race not been called because it exceeded a 40 minute time limit.
The Team New Zealand AC 72 catamaran was ahead of Team Oracle's AC 72 by a substantial margin, and only about four minutes from the finish line, when the race was called.
Understandably, the New Zealand Team couldn't believe their sudden run of bad luck, anymore than the spectators of the America's Cup could believe how the tide (excuse the pun) had turned for Team Oracle.
If this is just another example of the U.S. Military's use of HAARP technology for the purpose of geophysical manipulation of our weather, then it may have had nothing to do with what country won this race.
That is, unless the agents using this technology were actually *gambling on the 2013 America's Cup, and had a particular team whom they had bet on.
* Over the years, in researching various subjects that involved crimes committed by the U.S. Military Intelligence complex, this author has also read of allegations made by ex government agents, in regard to how classified technologies have been regularly used to affect the outcomes of sporting events, so that these upper level federal government employees could profit off of these events, with no one being the wiser.
If this is the case in regard to the America's Cup, and they gambled on a long shot and big pay day, then they would have done one of two things, or perhaps even both:
Either waged their bets on the Oracle Team, with the intent of making it appear that Oracle was going to lose this race, when they knew that they would be able to remotely fix the race through their use of HAARP technology and geophysical manipulation of the weather, so that Oracle would ultimately be the victor.
Or, make it look as though Team New Zealand was going to win the race and then place the OTB equivalent of a put option on Team New Zealand, betting on the longshot that New Zealand would actually lose the America's Cup series, and then exercising this option after the final race had ended, in order to earn their ill gotten gains.
In other words, they created a long shot situation in advance, knowing that they would be able to later capitalize on it, by using HAARP technology to manipulate the wind conditions on the race course.
As such, one boat could have gotten better and more consistent wind than the other, in order to put that boat ahead of its competitor. Given how evenly matched these catamarans are, once one is ahead of the other, unless the trailing catamaran tacks into clean air, it is forced to use the "bad air" which spills off of the leading catamaran's sails; thus constantly being at a disadvantage.
This would be the closest one could get to actually controlling these racing vessels by way of remote means, without their crews or the America's Cup spectators ever wising up to what was really happening.
Can it be possible that the America's Cup has become the latest venue for the U.S. Military to test its electronic warfare technology on, by using HAARP to manipulate the wind intensity around the America's Cup AC 72 catamarans?
As for placing bets before an event, the reader will recall the short selling of stock for Boeing, United and American Airlines after the terrorist attacks on 9/11/2001 took place, in which certain individuals who had foreknowledge of the attacks on 9/11, were able to profit quite handsomely when they exercised the *put options they had purchased in advance of the 9/11/2001 false flag operation.
* A put option occurs when an investor bets on a stock to decline in price by a certain date. If this occurs, the option to buy the stock at the lower price is exercised, and the investor earns the difference between what the actual stock price was when the put option was placed, and what the stock price was after it declined in value.
Yet, the SEC never bothered to investigate what was obvious insider trading on Boeing, United Airlines and American Airlines stocks, on the days just prior to 9/11/2001?
Why not?
If you believe like many Americans, that the four airliners which were alleged to have been involved in the attacks on 9/11, were nothing but red herrings for the 9/11 false flag operation, than you can begin to see the complete insanity of this situation.
Just as insane as Boeing's having to spend millions of dollars to "fix" an alleged design flaw in the fuel tanks of its 747s, because of the FBI's faulty fuel tank theory red herring fabrication, which was used by the Clinton White House to diffuse the situation in an election year.
Bill Clinton, simply did not want the baggage of a U.S. Military exercise gone terribly wrong, miring his chances to get reelected to the White House.
A recent documentary put together by several members of the NTSB who never agreed with the FBI's official findings, supports the fact that there was nothing wrong with the fuel tank on TWA Flight 800, and that something else (at least one likely missile) was responsible for the destruction of Flight 800.
It would be interesting to know if there were any put options placed for TWA stock prior to the day in which Flight 800 was destroyed. And if so, how many of these TWA put options were exercised after the media reported that Flight 800 had been destroyed?
If there were a significant number of TWA put options exercised after the news of Flight 800 reached the media, then this would likely indicate that the missile take down of Flight 800 may not have been accidental at all, but instead deliberate.
The FBI's web of lies in regard to the organization's white wash of the facts regarding a number of false flag operations, including the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, the 1995 bombing of the Murrah Federal Building, the missile downing of TWA Flight 800 in 1996 (accidental or another possible false flag event), and the attacks on 9/11/2001, have not only wrongfully placed the blame for these acts on innocent companies and individuals, but also resulted in financially damaging the companies which were used as scapegoats, in order to white wash the facts behind the real perpetrators of these treasonous crimes.
In this author's opinion, the 2013 terrorist bombings at the Boston Marathon were yet another false flag operation of the U.S federal government (in particular the NSA and Homeland Security), which the FBI was once against used to cover up.
As for fixing the 2013 America's Cup using HAARP technology, in this author's opinion it is entirely possible to do.
I say this based on what I have witnessed as a target of MK-Ultra and this government's use of my person for such non consensual human experimentation for nearly four decades.
As such, I am certain that it is possible to use HAARP technology in order to manipulate weather patterns, and to create wind, including microbursts, which can be artificially directed at a specific location.
And that using dedicated computer software, the intensity of these winds can be modulated in the way that a rheostat is used to either incrementally increase or decrease the energy in a light bulb.
The people using this technology can also utilize electromagnetic fields in which to block the path of wind and redirect it away from a particular location, which could have been done to one of the AC 72s, while the other had clean air.
The capabilities of these technologies are truly amazing; especially when it comes to their use in manipulating the weather. It's just unfortunate that they have fallen into the hands of people whose intentions are truly evil.
So was such geophysical manipulation of the weather carried out covertly at this year's America's Cup?
I can only speculate. However, since Oracle won the final race this afternoon, I truly believe that some high ranking U.S. government agents and their cronies really did clean up on the 2013 America's Cup.

All without the ability to defend themselves or any form of due process. What about our Constitution? Better keep that word quiet and use it sparingly, or you may just find yourself on that "T" list...
Whether this type of extermination program existed before the attacks of 9/11 or has been recently expanded & abused by the FBI since that point is unknown. This type of extreme harassment program essentially allows those few holding positions of power in our military, intelligence and federal law enforcement communities to target literally ANYONE for whom they hold a grudge. There are no criminal charges filed, no due process, instead behind closed doors a decision is made that a particular person deserves to be psychologically and physically tortured, removed from society by ANY means necessary. This type of operation would make the CIA's MKULTRA and FBI's COINTELPRO operations bow their heads in shame. It appears however to be a culmination of them both!
Through unrelenting (and truly unimaginable) invasion of privacy and being subjected to constant abuse by psychological warfare, a targeted individual is slowly (and in some cases unbelievably quickly) broken down - literally. Constantly surrounded by angry participants under the premise that "no one can survive in a constantly negative environment" a targeted individual is systematically poisoned both emotionally and physically. Fear and intimidation are often used by the FBI to further aid in the psychological destruction of a targeted individual.
If constantly being engulfed in this environment of "negative energy" is not enough to destroy a target, a new form of torture is quickly introduced which is an obvious violation of human rights. Directed, daily overexposure from invisible, and potentially deadly, electromagnetic radiation whose initial symptoms can closely resemble those of high anxiety and stress. Whether the years of directed overexposure to these continuous and elevated levels of electromagnetic radiation will result in future disease or health issues is unknown. But most professionals in this area agree that the health effects will be negative including premature aging, memory and mental degeneration and cancer. The goal of this type of FBI operation is to have the targeted individual feel so helpless and frustrated they lash out in a physical act of aggression in order to incarcerate, complain irrationally about the seemingly fantastical details of the ongoing abuse which are designed to get them institutionalized or give up their will to live and commit suicide. Removal from society by any means necessary! The FBI is now heavily engaged in the next generation of COINTELPRO - Domestic terrorism.
Does the FBI have access to Directed Energy Weapons (D.E.W.)? Can these weapons be abused beyond their intended purpose? If a targeted individual is eventually provoked into an act of aggression or violence - is this the definition of entrapment? If a targeted individual commits suicide from the ongoing abuse being perpetrated against them by the FBI, who is held accountable? If a targeted individual's young, developing child (or even them self) is diagnosed with cancer or some other life threatening illness, is it really just a natural cause? If a targeted individual one day drops dead from a heart attack or stroke while in their 30's or even 40's, is this really just another example of a natural cause of death? Or are targeted individuals all across our country being slowly tortured and murdered with FBI approval...

NSA whistleblower, John St. Clair Akwei, has described the NSA's illegal domestic spy operations in his 1992 civil action against the U.S. National Security Agency. One of the allegations which Akwei made was that the NSA can remotely hack into any personal computer located within the United States. This allegation has been supported by several computer manufacturers, who have admitted that the NSA requires them to furnish the Agency with a "backdoor" to every personal computer sold within the United States.
This is extremely disturbing, given that the NSA's charter expressly prohibits this organization from spying on domestically.
What is the NSA's real purpose in the United States? To enslave the American middle class as part of the House of Rothschilds' plan to dissolve the United States of America, and to incorporate its land and citizens into a region of the Rothschilds' world government dictatorship.
The NSA is attempting to accomplish this Orwellian crime of treason, through its furtive deployment of a signals intelligence driven EMF fingerprinting domestic spy program, which has already been used to catalogue the unique EMF signatures from each American citizen's body, into a central government computer database.
