Representative, Justin Amash, is now describing NSA whistle blower, Edward Snowden, as the first legitimate NSA whistle blower in history. Why are some other members of Congress and the U.S. media - unlike their peers - suddenly seeing Snowden as a whistle blower instead of a traitor?

Because the NSA has denied Congress access to information on some of the Agency's covert programs. Some of the NSA's most secretive programs, such as its signals intelligence domestic spying of Americans, will never be revealed to the Congress, because the NSA's admission to the existence of such programs would not only reveal its complete disregard for *Directive 18 of the NSA's own internal policing regulations, but also lead to this organization's abolition.

There have been several official NSA whistle blowers prior to Snowden, including Russell Tice, William Binney, Thomas Andrews Drake, Mark Klein and Thomas Tamm. So why is Justin Amash referring to Edward Snowden as the first official NSA whistle blower?

In fact, in May of 2005, Russell Tice became the first official NSA whistle blower, exposing the NSA's illegal domestic spy operations.

In retaliation for Tice's exposition of the NSA's domestic spying, two of the best known shills for the controlled Zionist media in America, Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh, used their programs to publicly attack Russ Tice.

However, Tice has often stated that he cannot discuss the specific nature of how the NSA gathers its signals intelligence information on Americans. For this information - in this author's opinion - *John St. Clair Akwei's civil action against the NSA covers much of NSA's SIGNIT data retrieval technology, in regard to the NSA's domestic (and illegal) spy operations.

Akwei's information also describes the NSA's use of remote mind reading technology (synthetic telepathy) which is conducted by synchronizing an artificial intelligence computer via signals intelligence satellite, with the unique brainwave print of a targeted subject. Remote Neural Monitoring, or as Dr. Robert Duncan refers to it, EEG Heterodyning of the brain, allows for two-way communication with a targeted subject's own brain.

According to both Akwei and Duncan, a microchip brain implant is no longer necessary to remotely access a person's brain ( or their subvocalized thoughts), because we all have unique EMF (Electromagnetic Flux ) signatures which are unique to ourselves; signatures that enable the NSA to instantly identify us by these signatures - Which according to Dr. Duncan, include both brainwave and heartbeat prints, as well as other various EMF signatures, which are used to distinguish one person from another.

In this author's opinion, this is the information that Russ Tice signed an official agreement with the U.S. federal government, not to ever reveal to the American people.

And this is why those of us who promulgate John St. Clair Akwei's information on the NSA - over the Internet - are accused of circulating disinformation, by Intel provocateurs within the community of targets of non consensual human experimentation, who are being used to misdirect this community away from the government organizations who are responsible for the crimes being perpetrated against them.

When in reality, we are telling the American people the truth about an Orwellian domestic spy system in the United States, that is being furtively used to destroy both their physical privacy, as well as their privacy of thought.

In this author's opinion, Russ Tice has told Americans as much as he can tell them without the risk of being arrested for violating his security clearance.

So why aren't Justin Amash, other members of Congress, or the media in America referring to Tice as the first NSA whistleblower in this country, instead of Edward Snowden? And why are Congress and the U.S. media completely ignoring Russ Tice since he resurfaced last month, offering new insights into the NSA's illegal spying of the entire U.S. population, since this essentially corroborates what Edward Snowden and other NSA whistle blowers have stated since Tice made his disturbing allegations.

Since his *2006 interview with Democracy Now!'s Amy Goodman, and the FBI's continued attempts to neutralize the former NSA employee, the closest Russ Tice has come to getting mainstream attention in the media these days, is the Russia Today (RT) news outlet. Back in 2006, this author also found it quite interesting that the FBI had become very aggressive with Tice after his interview with Amy Goodman.

And based on Tice's following (accurate) comment in regard to the FBI's incompetence as a federal police force, I now know why. However, in reality, the FBI was never created to fight crime. This has always been the Bureau's cover, when in fact, the FBI's real purpose is political repression, and the propagation of the status quo in the United States.

This is also why the FBI does not have a legislative charter, since the lack of such a charter prevents the FBI from having to operate within certain legal boundaries in the United States. This also enables the Bureau to function as a type of secret police force like the Stasi or FSB (The latest version of Russia's KGB). And we know the abjectly evil acts that these organizations have committed throughout their existence. The FBI - despite its attempts to portray itself as a federal policing agency - is no different.

As for the first unofficial NSA whistle blower, that would be John St. Clair Akwei, based on his 1992 civil action against the NSA.

Moreover, based on Akwei's allegations regarding the NSA's signals intelligence operations and remote neural monitoring technology, and domestic spy operations which completely disregard the NSA's own legislative charter, while circumventing the FISA court, it's no wonder why the Congress would ignore Akwei's information. Information which is far more disturbing than anything that Tice or Snowden have thus far revealed; despite the fact that their information implicates the NSA in high crimes of treason. Or why in 1992, the NSA used a corrupt federal circuit court judge named Stanley Sporkin, to pervert the criminal justice system in this country, by preventing John St. Clair Akwei from suing the NSA in federal court.

In this author's opinion, there's no doubt that one of the programs which the NSA is attempting to prevent the Congress from having access to, is the one John St. Clair Akwei describes regarding the NSA, which involves the Agency's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network domestic spy program. As for Justin Amash, Americans should keep a watchful eye on this politician, just to make certain that Amash does not become the subject of a military intelligence driven vendetta, in retribution for his attempt to hold the NSA responsible for its treasonous spying of the American citizenry.

We have seen the covert murders of many this complexes' detractors over the years; the latest of whom is investigative journalist, *Michael Hastings.

As for the attempts to discredit those politicians who have sought to bring about a formal investigation into the U.S. Intelligence community's criminal operations, Americans need look no further than this complexes' covert attack on former Representative, Cynthia McKinney, when she attempted to convince Congress to vote on House Resolution 1026, which if passed, would have resulted in a Congressional investigation into the operations of the U.S. Military Intelligence complex.

When former NJ Senator, Robert Torricelli, publicly voiced his opinion that a 9-11 Commission should be formed to investigate the U.S. Intelligence community's failure to prevent the terrorist attacks on 9-11-2001, Torricelli, himself, became the target of an FBI witch hunt which was used to disrupt his reelection campaign.

Needless to say, most politicians in the United States are terrified of taking on the U.S. Military Intelligence complex, because they have seen what has happened to those of their peers who've attempted to do so; many of whom were subjected to the systematic destruction of their political careers.

As such, the American citizenry need to elect a body politic that will work in unison to oversee a meaningful investigation into the military intelligence complex, and organizations like the Rothschild driven *Council On Foreign Relations; which secretly determines this government's international war policy, and its domestic spy programs.
