Is Respected Author Noam Chomsky A Disinfo Artist?

One of the most respected investigative journalists, Bob Woodward, of Woodward and Bernstein fame (the guys who broke the Watergate scandal), has long been rumoured to be a CIA asset, giving Americans just a taste of Intel intrigue, while making certain never to put agencies like the CIA in harm's way. Writers like Woodward know that they can go just so far before crossing a line which would signal the destruction of their careers. Journalists Gary Webb and Steve Kangas found this out the hard way, when they were both executed for writing about the CIA's ties to the drug trade in the United States.

Author Noam Chomsky, has for quite sometime been one of the most respected alternative journalists in the United States. His books and articles have also been read by the citizens of many other countries, who delight in his provocative ideas, and general nose thumbing of the establishment. However, since the attacks on 9-11, Chomsky has raised more than a few eyebrows, with his insistence that 9-11 was not an inside a job. And given the myriad of circumstantial evidence which indicates otherwise, one must wonder if Mr. Chomsky may not have much closer ties to an establishment which he has routinely condemned?

An article which further expounds on this perspective:
