MIRANDA LAW: A GUIDE TO THE PRIVILEGE AGAINST SELF-INCRIMINATION

The 5TH Amendment to the United States Constitution offers every American citizen the right to avoid self incrimination. The FBI's use of the NSA to use satellites to track and illegally spy on Americans is an outright violation of the 5TH Amendment; especially when one considers the NSA's ability to electronically access the thoughts of any citizen whom it chooses to target by remote neurally monitoring their brains for interrogative purposes. As the general public becomes aware of the NSA's use of Signals Intelligence for this reason this issue is certain to become a "hotbed" of controversy, given its abject threat to the privacy of the human race.

That is if the American people don't first go out and lynch those members of US Intelligence who have perpetrated such treasonous crimes against them.
