The Patriot Act -- The End Of Due Process Of Law In The United States
As has been reported by a myriad of people from around the United States, the due process of law that the US Constitution and Bill Of Rights call for is being completely eradicated within this country. Many of these people report being stalked by gangs of thugs who terrorize them day and night, and harass them in every imaginable way, including alienating them from everyone they have ever had contact with -- most importantly their very own Families.
There is no question that in most of these cases the FBI is the primary instigator. Here we have an agency that slanders innocent people (and remember that all people in this country are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law -- something that the FBI conveniently forgets), and treats them as though they have been arrested, charged, tried and convicted by a Jury of their peers, when they have in fact not even been arrested.
The FBI circulates information within the community of a target thats intended purpose is to demonize those whom it cannot legally arrest. It subjects them to psychological warfare, commits or orchestrates others to commit a myriad of crimes against them, and uses its intimidation tactics to frighten those around a targeted person, into taking part in that person's harassment.
This is pure vigilantism, something that the FBI was created to prevent, not instigate.
The FBI originated as a policing agency -- it was to be the crown jewel in American law enforcement. Instead, it became a domestic spy agency, doing much of what the CIA had been created to do. At no time since the FBI's inception has this agency ever been empowered to judge any American citizen. Yet from the reports of many American citizens around the United States the FBI is doing just that. This is an organization that has quite literally thrown out the Bill Of Rights in this country.
Again, something that it has no right to do.
Nothing that the FBI is doing is legal in regard to those it harrases, which is why these feds will deny these aspects of their activity in court. They can't admit to what they are doing here, because it it blatantly criminal and they would certainly find themselves being admonished for,
if not prosecuted.
Even years ago, FBI agent Richard Held, a key cohort in the FBI's COINTELPRO operations, stood before a Jury and stated that the FBI would never take part in anything that was illegal. Now there is no question that Held's statement was the typical case of a federal agent committing perjury in a court of law (otherwise known as testa-lying).
Held by all accounts is a pathological liar, and was guilty of not only orchestrating the COINTELPRO activites which destroyed the lives of actress Jean Seberg, EarthFirst! activist Judi Bari, AIM activist Leonard Peltier, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., activist Freddie Hampton and the Black Panther Party. Held orchestrated the murder of Hampton which so incensed the Black Panthers, that they broke into an FBI office in Media, Pennsylvania and liberated files from that office which documented the FBI's COINTELPRO activities. The Panthers then shared this information with the mainstream media, creating a major scandal as the American people learned of COINTELPRO.
Moreover, the "Pentagon Papers," documents which showed the lies that the US Government had told the American people about the Vietnam War were also liberted at the time and became mainstream news.
Now the FBI will tell you that these people were terrorists. However one must take into consideration that the FBI's definition of terrorism can range from a person who bombs buildings, to a person who attends a peaceful anti-war rally. It appears that the FBI makes no distinction between the two when it chooses to employ its use of COINTELPRO activities against them. The peaceful activist is treated with the same aggression as the person who makes bombs in his basement. How can the FBI continue to get away with this?
It is also clear that in many instances the FBI's COINTELPRO tactics go well beyond defamation campaigns and the typical harassment that this agency is known for. If ever there was a case where the FBI itself could clearly be considered a terrorist, it was in regard to its attack on the late activist Judi Bari, who through her aggressive yet peaceful activism was a thorn in the side of the California logging community and the status quo.
The FBI was called in to use its COINTELPRO tactics against Judi and a major campaign was organized to destroy Judi and the EarthFirst! movement. Of course, the FBI failed in this attempt, even though it organized a very aggressive campaign to paint Judi as an Eco Terrorist.
When this failed the FBI agents decided that it would be best to plant a bomb in Judi's car so that they could get rid of her and make the terrorist accusations against her stick, without her being alive to defend herself.
However, their conspiracy to commit murder backfired when Judi, though suffering permanent physical disabilities from the bombing, lived through the blast and was able to sue the FBI and win a major case against it in court. Now while she did win the case posthumously, the Jury's 4.4 million dollar verdict against the FBI was a clear message that this organization was out of control.
And had it not been for a courageous attorney by the name of J. Anthony Sera, Judi would never have received any justice in her case, and still been associated with the terrorist stigma that the FBI saddled her with. The FBI to this day has gone to great lengths to attack Judi, even though it is clear that it was the FBI who was the terrorist on that fateful day in 1990, and not Judi, as they had stated.
The FBI has done the same with many its victims including AIM activist Leonard Peltier. Peltier, who has been wrongly imprisoned for more than 30 years was another victim of the
FBI's COINTELPRO tactics. During a trial in which he was charged with the murders of two
FBI agents on the Wounded Knee Indian Reservation back in the early 1970's, the FBI held back more than 6000 pages of testimony which they knew contained exculpatory evidence that would have exonerated Peltier.
Rather then admit that they were wrong they let an innocent man go to prison. Activist Geronimo Haga was also wrongly convicted of crimes he did not commit and was recently pardoned by a Judge after decades in prison. There are numerous people who have been
wrongfully imprisoned by the FBI, and it is clear that this organization is going to keep on
commiting these horrible crimes unless the American people abolish it.
As for Judi Bari's case, the FBI almost got away with this despicable crime. And who knows how many others they have gotten away with over the years, because of their intimidation tactics against journalists to terrorize them into not investigating the claims of those who assert that the FBI is committing serious crimes against them.
And since this verdict was reached, the FBI has only grown more out of control, illegally spying on Americans within the privacy of their own homes, having their own agents waging personal vendettas against individual citizens (as I have experienced first hand -- FBI Agent Ray Migliore), and violating the Civil Rights of American citizens by denying them their right to due process of law.
The FBI claims that anyone can be a domestic terrorist. But the word terrorist means to terrorize or cause terror to the lives of others. Now two things should be noted here. The first is that the FBI is labeling many Americans as being terrorists who clearly are not. And the FBI through its vicious COINTELPRO tactics which are clearly meant to terrorize others, has now itself become a domestic terrorist.
It's fairly obvious that the FBI has ended up as a complete disgrace to law enforcement and the American people. It never became the crown jewel of law enforcement that Americans hoped it might be -- instead, the FBI became a pawn for corporatism, where the wealthy like the Bush
Crime Family would use it as their own personal domestic spying organization to spy on.
The FBI is a domestic spy agency and muscle used to exert force on those looking to buck the status quo - nothing more.
So since this perversion of justice was allowed to occur exactly what constructive purpose does the FBI actually serve, when it can cover up terrorist activities within the United States such as those associated with 9-11 and the bombing of TWA Flight 800, simply because these activities serve those ushering in the New World Order one world fascist government?
If one looks at the facts here the only logical conclusion that they can arrive at is that criminals are pulling the FBI's strings and preventing it from doing the job that it was created to do. Or was this organization always created for this purpose and the representation as law enforcement, just more black propaganda
to mislead the American people?
