List Of Neighbors Taking Part In This Stalking

The following are neighbors who up until now I have given every opportunity to refrain from taking part in my harassment. I will no longer do so. Each of these people has in one way or another taken part in my Family's and my harassment. They have done so routinely for the past 3 years and it will no longer be tolerated.

Much of what they have done is in keeping with plausible deniability so that they can deny their actions. However, I can and will document gaslighting and other psychological warfare tactics that each of these people have taken part in. And what's even more important is that I can easily pass a polygraph, something no doubt the FEDS will attempt to try to spin.

When the FEDS have committed crimes against a Target that are this egregious, they do not want the Target being polygraphed, simply because the Target will pass, knowing full well the crimes that the FEDS have perpetrated against him.

For the reason the FEDS will attempt to find someway of getting around it. Profiling the Target as a SOCIOPATH is a common dodge for the FEDS in this instance. Of course anyone who has been subjected to the torture that these agents are capable of routinely administering, is well aware that these agents can easily qualify as sociopathic personalities, simply by way of perpetrating vicious and consistent acts of psychological warfare against someone they Target, and then rationalizing it. This is a common trait of the sociopathic personality. It is also a common characteristic of agents in the employ of the FBI and Homeland Security.

The following is a brief list of the homes that have taken part in our harassment.

*Note that much of the harassment comes from persons living outside this neighborhood, who routinely cruise through here as part of their Gang Stalking tactics. The point is to keep the flow of traffic constant to annoy the TI. Any change in traffic usually depicts a change in theme. It is clear that significant attention to detail is a primary concern of those perpetrating these crimes. To give the reader and idea of just how warped these people are early on in my harassment, I was cruising on the parkway and surrounded by an absolute barrage of street theatre when I noticed off to the side of the what appeared to be two miniature rocket shaped items painted in the colors of the Italian flag -- planting upside down in the ground.

This is the kind of demented KKK mindsent that the FEDS and the Goon Squads whom they get to perpetrate these crimes against us have. Despite their public persona, these agencies believe in eugenics (the use of particular races of people to conduct scientific research on -- The Bush family is also well know for this), racism, and everyother violation of human rights that one can think of.

Note that the FBI instigated this harassment from the get go and has cause my Family and me nothing but problems as the result of it. This is typical of the type of illegal demonizations that the FBI is guilty of. Only another TI can understand the HELL that this organization has put all of us through. These agents are an absolute horror to deal with.

As for the FEDS, if it comes down to it I will see them in court whether by their direction or by my own. A Judge who would oversee any case against me after the criminal acts that have been perpetrated on each of us and then deny that these crimes have been perpetrated would be a disgrace to the US Judicial system. Before August is over I will have completed the information contained within my lawsuit against the United States Federal Government,and will be sharing it with others within the Gangstalking and Mind Control communities.

While I don't believe that this lawsuit has a chance of being heard, simply because of the sensitive content and the implicating of several Intelligence agencies in some of the worst Civil Rights violations ever documented, I do want this information documented simply because it will show that there are a growing number of complaints being registered against the US Intelligence community, for its sanctioning of the illegal use of directed energy weapons on American citizens -- a sanctioning which is in violation of several different US laws which ban such activity.

Moreover, I want the Gang Stalking aspect of my Family and myself covered as well, since it's clear that the US Federal Government and in particular the FBI and NSA are behind it. What has been done to us is demonstrative of a clear cut Criminal Conspiracy orchestrated by the US Federal Government, and I want every aspect of it documented, especially since this Conspiracy was commenced decades before the creation of the Patriot Act.

It was the creation of this legislation which has allowed the FEDS to run roughshod over our Civil Rights, which enabled them to take the covert spying and stalking that they were doing and make them public, at the expense of our Civil Liberties and those of many other Americans who have been targeted for this sadistic and demented abuse.

The people perpetrating these crimes against us are SICK!

The sooner the information contained within this lawsuit has been documented, the better.
