A Letter I Wrote To The ACLU About My Harassment
However, I still think that the ACLU is a very important organization and necessary to help protect the Civil Rights of all Americans. What I do find very frustrating though is that this organization has before it, the most challenging cases ever documented, in the harassment that Targeted Individuals have presented it with.
Yet, the ACLU has in every single instance refused to act on our behalf. This is very frustrating, and a clear sign that some very powerful organizations within this country do not want the ACLU getting involved in our situations, since ACLU directors around the country may find themselves being targeted for the same types of black listing harassment that we are being subjected to, if they attempt to do so.
It has also become painfully clear, that when some American citizens are quite literally black listed by their own Government, and as a result unable to enlist the support of an organizaton that was created expressly for the purpose of defending their Civil Rights, that something has gone terribly wrong within the United States Of America.
My Letter to the ACLU
Dear ACLU Members:
This alert is to all ACLU members in the United States. I have been falsely targeted by the intelligence community in this country as being a domestic terrorist. I am well aware that the ACLU deals mainly in class action lawsuits in this country, and does not normally take on individual cases.
However, I should clearly state that I am not looking for any sort of intervention on the part of the ACLU. My intent in this e-mail is to simply alert those within the ACLU, that they themselves may be targeted for similar surveillance to that which I am currently being subjected to by the National Security Agency.
Rather then go into detail I suggest that you read up on John St. Clair Akewi's lawsuit against the NSA, in which he describes the nature of the technology being used on him and many other American citizens at this time, who have no idea that they are being illegally spied on.
The mere fact that the NSA can track any person in this country by using the electrical current emanating from their own bodies should be of great concern to the ACLU, as this is the most egregious violation of the 4th Amendment ever seen.
It is quite possible that given the ACLU's stance against much of what federal government organizations including the FBI are up to, that many of you have been targeted for this system and being watched 24 hours a day, including within the privacy of your own homes, by NSA technicians working at the National Security Agency's Fort Meade, Maryland underground location.
Please do not take what I am saying to you lightly. This technology is very real and more invasive then you can possibly imagine. It's also more then likely, being used on millions of unwitting American citizens at this time.
Please circulate this information to other ACLU branches around the United States, and familiarize them with Mr. Akewi's lawsuit and the information contained therein.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely Yours,
James F. Marino (American Psychotronic Torture Victim/Activist)
