Neighbors Use Lighting As Part Of Psyche Harassment

As I have mentioned in the past my neighbors have been drawn into the FED's psywarfare campaign against me. Part of this has to do with the lighting on their property being used as a form of psychological harassment. I have included photographs at the end of this blog to document examples of the way these perps use lighting on their homes as a form of harassment to those they target. The first picture is that of my nextdoor neighbor. This is also an excellent example of how the FED's use synthetic telepathy to read my thoughts and then react accordingly. This garage light has been off quite a bit lately and I was thinking about how I could not remember the last time I saw it on. Sure enough, tonight the light has been left on again.

This neighbor has been used extensively in my harassment over the past few years. At one point their garage door had been closed for weeks and I thought I wonder why their door is never open during the daytime? The next day the garage door was open all day long.

The second photo is of the home across the street and shows the infamous driveway lights that I have written about over the past two years. These lights can be turned off independently of one another. They can be turned on in any combination from having one turned on at a time to having all of them on at one time.

They are also on some type of electric posts that can actually raise and lower the lights to cast shadows of varying degrees on the lawn and driveway. You will notice that tonight the lights in the center are out, leaving a fairly wide gap between the lights that have been left on. Exactly what the meaning of this is, is anyone's guess. The lights had been left off during the night for most of the summer (they would come on in the early morning hours until dawn). Prior to that they would come on shortly after sunset.

What is interesting to note, however, is that a few weeks back I had noticed how these lights had not been left on at night any longer. The following day, the lights were back on at night.

Now either my neighbors are being subjected to synthetic telepathy to make these more than conicidental changes, or they are being told to do so by someone. There is no coincidence here. These changes are happening as a result of my thoughts. Other types of lighting used as a form of gaslighting are the spotlights on the homes around me which will many times be turned on when I enter my bathroom.

For the first few years of this harassment, the spotlight across the street would come on the minute I would sit outside on the front porch of my home. The perps tired of doing this and it has not happened in quite sometime. Instead, the driveway lights are now being used more frequently as a source of harassment. Perhaps now that I have stated this the perps will start to use the spotlight in front of this home to harass me again.


I first began to notice that something was wrong with the motion sensitive spotlights on my home in the mid 1990's when for no reason they would come on in the middle of the night. They would reset only to turn on again and again, causing me to turn off the sensors, defeating the purpose for installing them in the first place. Over the first few years when the lights were installed, they worked quite well, and anytime in the middle of the night that they were set off I would arise to find a rabbit or raccoon standing frozen under the captive lights, stunned at their having suddenly come on.

However, it was not until the late 1990's after I began to circulate information about Lyme disease (an illness I have suffered with since 1993) being a Government created biological weapon that these lights would come on and stay on all night long. I am now certain that the NSA was deliberately setting them off as a source of annoyance to me.

Things only got worse when I began recommending a book called the Brucellosis Triangle, which tied many of today's chronic illnesses including Lyme disease to the Government's genetic manipulation of mycoplasmas, a result of their biological warfare program. After this I noticed an increase in what I now know were the early stages of my perpetrators going from their covert stage of harassment to the more apparent overt form of it. These stalkers would now follow me everywhere I would go.

And when I included this information about the Brucellosis Triangle in a newsletter that I co-created with another Lyme patient called Lyme Matters, a free Internet publication which at the time had a circulation of roughly 1000 Lyme patients, something strange happened with the mailing list -- I suddenly began getting numerous e-mails sent back to me as mailerdaemons, claiming that the addresses were no longer valid. The newsletter was mailed out monthly and this was the first time that something like this had ever happened.

Prior to this I would get mailerdaemons from time to time, however maybe 1 or 2 a month month. Suddenly I was getting 40 or more at a time on certain months which seemed very odd. When I spoke with the co-creator of the newsletter about it, she too had noticed that many more of the e-mails that she sent out (we each took part of the list to send out since it was a large one) were coming back then usual.

I thought it odd at the time that so many people would have suddenly discarded their e-mails accounts. I have since deduced that we had a large enough circulation with our newsletter for the FEDS to become concerned about, especially since we were now listing information that was directly implicating the Government in the creation of an illness that we were all suffering miserably from. And this is what must have piqued their interest in sabotaging our e-mailings of this newsletter from that point on.

Of course, the FEDS interfere with my E-mails on a daily basis now, and hack my e-mail account whenever they feel like it -- something that they do with all Targeted Individuals.

It was also during this time that the FBI who unbenownst to me was spying on me within the so called privacy of my own home, suddenly became a lot more aggressive, making themselves more noticeable to me in public. While I had no idea at the time that I was being watched, I did notice that when I would leave my home, I would have cars with me whereever I went, even if it was to the beach at an off hour where it should have been empty. I would have several cars follow me into the beach (one of my favorite places to visit) parking lot and use at the time what could be considered a subtle form of street theatre in my presence.

I suddenly began to notice that people's conversations appeared to be occuring at higher decible levels than normal, as if they wanted me to hear what they were saying. I remember sitting in my car having a sandwich when a middle aged man and woman came over and sat on the bench in front of where I was parked. Within a matter of seconds the woman looked over at me, then back at the man she was with and raised her voice enough so that I could hear her say "nice afternoon for a trist isn't it?"

All I could think of at the time was why did she have to raise her voice that much when the person she was talking to was sitting right next to her? I also thought it a bit strange that given the largely sexual connotation of the word trist, that she would have allowed me to hear it.


Live and Learn


Now I know that this was a just an early stage of street theatre, one which I would begin to see far more frequently and aggressively in the coming years.

I think what is most disturbing about the FBI and for that matter the rest of the Intelligence community, is that over the decades they have grown so accustomed to violating our Civil Rights that they have actually convinced themselves that they have a right to do so. Not only is the assumption terribly wrong on their part, it is also the brainchild of some very ignorant minds.

Below are some photos of the lighting that is done around my home as part of the FED'S harassment campaign against me. You will notice three different photos of the house directly across the street from my Family's in which different lights are on different nights. There have been times when only one light is left on, and others where there are various lighting configurations in which any number of them can be left on or off at a time.

It appears that there are 6 different switches for 6 lights. Given that everythng on the house from the lighting to the sprinkler system is automated why would they have such an inefficient setup so that they would have to turn on one light at a time, unless there was some ulterior reason for doing so. Prior to my harrasment becoming overt more than 3 years ago, all of these lights were on at night -- not just one or various configurations where many but not all were left on. Only since my harassment has gone from covert to overt has this been the case.

I have also noticed that when the FED'S cannot arrest a target for legitimate crimes, that since the Patriot Act has been passed, they will go out and demonize said target with the public to stir the public into a frenzy in order to create problems for the targeted individual. The FBI and Homeland Security have done this to myself and many other TI's in efforts to quite literally have us made into pariahs so that we are banned from society.

There is no due process of law in these instances or for that matter any rule of law. This is a prime example of the FEDS doing what they do best: violating people's Civil Rights and attempting to justify it through their own ideas of perverted justice. And I use the word perverted here deliberately, because these FEDS are not only perverted in regard to what their idea of justice is, but sexually perverted in the ways in which they go about assaulting their targets, which includes sexual assaults through the use of the Government's satellite based directed energy weapons -- something that I have been subjected to by these low life SICKOS
numerous times.

The FEDS believe that the US Constitution only guarentees their rights and not the rights of TI's, which the FBI, NSA, CIA and Homeland security, routinely violate and in many instances with extreme prejudice. The FEDS have destroyed the reputations of many good people over the years by demonizing them in public and spreading slanderous statements without ever allowing these people due process of law. These organizations have become an obscenity to Civil Liberties within the United States, and are a very real threat to the American people and their freedoms.
