The Terrorist Stalkers Are Using 23 Wenwood Dr. Brookville, NY As Their Base Camp In My Neighborhood

I am mentioning this so that all Targeted Individuals know what to look for in their own neighborhoods in regard to where their gangstalkers decide to set up shop. Now I know for certain that the FBI and FBI agent Raymond Migliore are behind the attacks on me, using the NSA to spy on me for decades within the privacy of my own home and who have subjected me to synthetic telepathy (Government sanctioned mind control), in what can only be described as one of the worst violations of both Civil and Human Rights in US History.

Moreover, in the past three years what I have witnessed within my own neighborhood as well as in the underlying community is gangstalking on a massive scale. And every aspect of what goes along with gangstalking has been included, ranging from the heavy traffic of cars parading up and down this neighborhood (prior to this a very quite dead end road), at all hours of the day and night, to horns being blown constantly, unneeded road work being done, the sound of chainsaws and other types of gas powered or electric machinery being used, yet never seeing any work being accomplished.

I have also witnessed the constant changing of themes in regard to street theatre which has in the past included everything from the local fire department showing up on a bogus call, as well as Police doing the same, to vehicles of all types and colors being used to further these themes. Note that some of these themes include the use of writing on these vehicles to convey certain meanings.

Also, burglar alarms being set off for no reason, motion sensitive lights being turned on and off at night without anyone near them, and street theatre of every type of imaginable harassment associated with gangstalking. These have all become common place within my neighborhood, a beautiful neighborhood on Long Island's North Shore where the average price of a home is more than 2 million dollars.

After a very long and careful assessment of this situation, there is no doubt in my mind that the feds have enlisted professional criminals to stalk me and my family in efforts to harass us to the point of driving us insane. These perps are the most deviant lowlife scum on this planet. And they have set up shop at 23 Wenwood Drive, Brookville, NY 11545.

The house at 23 Wenwood is a large one which was remodelled about 15 years ago. Many nights the lights in this house are on at 3 and 4 am. There is a constant flow of traffic there -- most times people will drive up to the house and just park in the driveway, sitting in their cars for hours.

Several times I have seen young people whom I have never seen before show up in taxis with duffle bags as though they are set up to stay there for a few days. I have seen some people with duffle bags leaving as other show up. There is clearly nothing normal about the climate at this home. This is not a typical family situation where after a certain hour things are buttoned up for the night.

There is activity at this home constantly, and an ever increasing number of new faces that I have not seen before -- most are very young people who appear to be recruits for these stalking gangs. And as David Larson put it, there is a great turnover in these groups simply because of their criminalty, so it's not surprising to see so many different people showing up there.

For them, gang stalking has turned out to be a paradise, where they can spend time in a luxurious home in a very affluent neighborhood and be paid for it. I have noticed though that they are quick to toss their fast food cartons and other refuse out their vehicles as they drive through the neighborhood -- a complete lack of respect for all of those persons living in this neighborhood.

When I attempt to walk around my circular driveway, they are also quick to race their cars up the road past me simply as an annoyance. It is clear that my neighbors are aware of these miscreants and are furious with me because I am the one that they're disrupting the entire neighborhood to attack.

There is no rule of law here. These miscreants are professional gangstalkers - TERRORISTS. Judging from the automobiles they drive they are also well financed. I have checked the deed on the home at 23 Wenwood Drive, and this mortgage is held by an out of state bank, which in and of itself is strange. It appears that either the owner has given these stalkers permission to use the property or the stalkers themselves have rented it as a base camp in which to triangulate their watch on me.

However there is no question that there is criminal activity going on at 23 Wenwood Drive, Brookville, NY 11545. I am documenting this here in the event that there is any escalating problem with these stalkers.

Note to John AJH: I am not going to dispute your claims simply because there is no way for certain that I can either prove or disprove them. What I can do is continue to furnish you with information that I deem to be helpful to you. If you prefer that I do not, I will refrain from doing so. As always, at least where I am concerned, the choice is yours. As for the crimes being perpetrated against us, there is no grey area here.

These perps are in violation of ever rule of law in existence -- unless you think it is ok to be spied on within your own home every second of the day for decades on end, have your relationships as well as reputation destroyed, as well as having your thoughts both remotely electronically scanned and manipulated, in what has become the most outrageous abuse of Civil Liberties ever documented and a blatant act of Nationwide FASCISM.

What has also become crystal clear to me is that the stalkers taking part in this harassment within my own neighborhood are for the most part very young -- anywhere from 18 -30 years of age. These are the ones actually orchestrating the harassment activity, while most of my neighbors are merely doing what they are told to do.

But it must have become obvious to them from the extreme rowdiness of the crew at 23 Wenwood Drive (loud parties well into the morning hours), racing up and down the road in what can only be referred to as maniacle acts of intimidation, that there is something seriously wrong with these people. Their continued attempts to create what can only be referred to as pandemonium within this once quiet neighborhood has shown that these are not exactly decent law abiding citizens that we are dealing with here.

I now also remember that back in 2001, while the house next door was empty, the family of the owner (who was seriously ill at the time) would stop by to check on the place on a regular basis. They also they began to leave the garage light on, which made so sense, since they were trying to keep costs down. When I called to remind them about it, the daughter of the woman who owned the house would say that either her husband or daughter was forgetful and since I had a key to the house, would I be good enough to turn the light out for them.

Now once or twice could be a coincidence. But when this began to happen on a regular basis I smelled a rat. I am now certain that they were enlisted in taking part in the harassment against me from as early as 2001. Of course by the time I became aware of what was happening I was the last one in my family to know about it.

The TI's are always the last to know about this act of terrorism -- it is done this way by design, so that by the time a target realizes what has happened, their entire family and social circle has been coopted into their harassment. It appears that with family that those who perpetrate these crimes must nearly always use coercion in order to get them to turn against one of their own. This has certainly been the case with my family, and I will continue to refer to them as victims of Ray Milgiore and those agencies and the goon squads that they employ against all Targeted Individuals.

They are a menacing prescence and I suspect that my neighbors, while tired of being subjected to their abuse, are also fearful of them, and the huge numbers of fellow stalkers who can be called on to show up at 23 Wenwood Drive within a few minutes time. This display of force does make these stalkers formidable. And my local neighbors are not going to do anything to antagonize them.

I have observed convoys of these stalkers whenever I leave my home and they run all night. They can also (by way of cell phone/walkie talkie) be quickly summoned to any destination within a very short period of time.

I have found them at every intersection that I have crossed. Much like an FBI vehicle surveillance team, they move in a military-like fashion, able to disperse as quickly as they can congregate. And there seems to be no limit to how many can show up at one time. I have seen cells of 6 at times; at others I have seen cells of 100's of stalkers with their vehicles -- especially when I was traveling a distance of more than 20 or so miles. As Lawson said, these stalkers are well financed and well organized. They are able to evade the law or in some cases
simply intimidate it into remaining quiet.

These stalkers can even intimidate Police officers who attempt to question their fellow stalkers. At times it is like watching a subtle version of Mel Gibson in the movie "The Road Warrior," where the only rule of law has become your ability to defend yourself against the predation of lawless thugs who believe that it is within their perview to attack anyone of their choosing.

And what do you expect, when you have a President who is a murderer and rapist amongst many other things??? Given this, is it any wonder how Americans can be spied on within their own bathrooms and bedrooms, not only by the Federal Government, but also by these stalkers, many of whom have access to satellites and close circuit TV systems which enable them to watch their prey 24/7/365? These people have obviously never read the 4th Amendment to the United States Constitution, since their actions are the worst violations of this Amendment ever recorded.

The Constitutional rule of law is dead in America. And Americans are going to have to fight, quite possibly to the death, if they are to resurrect it.
