I've chosen to go to court rather than accept a payoff from the 9/11 victims compensation fund. Instead, I want to know what went so wrong with our intelligence and security systems that a band of religious fanatics was able to turn four U.S passenger jets into an enemy force, attack our cities and kill 3,000 civilians with terrifying ease. I want to know why two 110-story skyscrapers collapsed in less than two hours and why escape and rescue options were so limited.
I am suing because unlike other investigative avenues, including congressional hearings and the 9/11 commission, my lawsuit requires all testimony be given under oath and fully uses powers to compel evidence.
The victims fund was not created in a spirit of compassion. Rather, it was a tacit acknowledgement by Congress that it tampered with our civil justice system in an unprecedented way. Lawmakers capped the liability of the airlines at the behest of lobbyists who descended on Washington while the Sept. 11 fires still smoldered.
And this liability cap protects not just the airlines, but also World Trade Center builders, safety engineers and other defendants.
The caps on liability have consequences for those who want to sue to shed light on the mistakes of 9/11. It means the playing field is tilted steeply in favor of those who need to be held accountable. With the financial consequences other than insurance proceeds removed, there is no incentive for those whose negligence contributed to the death toll to acknowledge their failings or implement reforms. They can afford to deny culpability and play a waiting game.
By suing, I've forfeited the "$1.8 million average award" for a death claim I could have collected under the fund. Nor do I have any illusions about winning money in my suit. What I do know is I owe it to my husband, whose death I believe could have been avoided, to see that all of those responsible are held accountable. If we don't get answers to what went wrong, there will be a next time. And instead of 3,000 dead, it will be 10,000. What will Congress do then?
So I say to Congress, big business and everyone who conspired to divert attention from government and private-sector failures: My husband's life was priceless, and I will not let his death be meaningless. My silence cannot be bought.

Beverly Eckert's letter was written in 2003, long before most Americans realized that the attacks on 9/11 did not occur as the result of incompetence within the Bush 43 Administration and the U.S. Military Industrial Intelligence complex, but instead, were the result of a conspiracy between the aforesaid to commit one of the most deadly acts of terrorism in history.

As such, Eckert had to go, and as quickly as possible, while sending a message to Obama as well anyone else in the U.S. government who might decide to challenge the official 9/11 dogma, that the 9/11 false flag operation had become taboo to even talk about, and that anyone who did so would eventually pay the price for having done so.
This is why Beverly Eckert was murdered only days after speaking with Barack Obama at the White House, and why no member of any of the three branches of the U.S. federal government (or the government controlled media in America) will publicly stray from the official 9/11 propaganda.

As for such hypocrisy, Beverly Eckert was not a hypocrite, and she knew that the $1.8 million (which she turned down) offered to each family who lost a loved one on 9/11, was nothing but hush money, used to keep the families of those people who were murdered on 9/11, from mounting any further challenges to this U.S. government false flag operation.
This is why she chose to sue the U.S. federal government, in an attempt to expose the real perpetrators of 9/11.

As for some of the other people who were in some way closely related to the 9/11 false flag operation, 9/11 activist Jane Pollicino, whose husband died on 9/11, also chose to forego the government payout, and instead sue the U.S. federal government in an attempt to expose the real perpetrators of this false flag operation.
Pollicino would end up dying of a stroke at the age of 59, while on vacation with her family. (Another likely covert murder via directed energy weaponry). Wendy Burlingame, the daughter of the pilot who was alleged to have flown Flight 77 into the Pentagon, burned to death in a mysterious apartment fire, when she became locked in her apartment. And Sandra Dahl, the wife of the pilot who was alleged to have flown Flight 93, died quite suddenly in her sleep.
As for Beverly Eckert, she would end up dying on February 12, 2009, when Continental flight 3407 crashed just outside of Buffalo, New York.
Less than one week after Eckert had visited the White House and implored Barack Obama to open a new 9/11 investigation.
Given how Beverly Eckert was despised by the U.S. Intelligence community for attempting to expose its role in the 9/11 attacks, one must seriously consider the possibility that this complex was directly involved in a conspiracy to murder Beverly Eckert.
As such, one must wonder if Flight 3407 was sabotaged? And if so, was directed energy weaponry used in order to bring this airliner down with the plausible deniability that the U.S. federal government relies on to commit mass murder with anonymity and impunity from prosecution?

Editor's Note:As of 5/31/14 FBI/NSA psychopaths target this author's heart, causing it to skip a beat. I have not had this directed energy induced symptom in nearly a decade. As of 5/30/14 the intestinal bloating that this author and two other members of my Family have been experiencing as a manifestation of the latest directed energy weapon's attack by these federal psycho's on our persons, suddenly ends for this author. It has since been replaced by another miserable microwave energy weapon induced headache. In regard to today's (5/29/14) CNN interview with NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden, this author has noticed that myriad targets of the U.S. Military Intelligence complexes' illegal surveillance and non consensual human experimentation of their persons, have stated their concerns regarding Snowden's possible use - either wittingly or unwittingly - as a disinformation agent for the NSA.
Especially since he has been able to gain access to the mainstream media in America, when plenty of legitimate government whistleblowers who have blogs on the Internet, describing extremely disturbing information in regard to the alphabet agency which they once worked for, have been completely ignored by the media.
It would appear that the general consensus by the people who are targeted for non consensual human experimentation, is that while Snowden has certainly been helpful in revealing to the American citizenry that the NSA's crimes regarding the Agency's violations of their 4Th Amendment rights, are far worse than the Congress, White House or U.S. media have acknowledged in the past, that Snowden has just scratched the surface of a much greater scandal at the NSA, which involves the Agency's use of Americans for covert forms of mind control experimentation, that are carried out by way of the electromagnetic spectrum; and via HAARP over the horizon radar systems and NSA signals intelligence satellites.
As a target of such NSA satellite predation for decades, this author is certain that if the NSA was concerned about Snowden's misgivings regarding the NSA's domestic operations within the United States being used in violation of the *Agency's charter, that the NSA would have placed Snowden under signals intelligence surveillance, so that the hierarchy within the NSA would be able to keep tabs on him 24 hours a day.
* The NSA's charter strictly prohibits the Agency from spying domestically, yet the NSA has established the most sophisticated domestic surveillance system of any country in the industrialized world, being able to use the EMF spectrum in which to instantly locate and track the unique brainwave print of any American citizen, for the purpose of remotely accessing our minds.

And this means that Snowden would never have been able to succeed in squirreling away the myriad data files that he did, unless the NSA had decided to use him as a red herring in order to cover up much worse crimes (like the ones that this author documents on my Website), while perhaps also clandestinely furnishing Snowden with a significant amount of fraudulent information which has since been disseminated by Snowden, either wittingly or unwittingly.
For example, today in a brief interview with CNN, Edward Snowden described how a cellphone can be remotely accessed via signals intelligence satellites in order to spy on the cellphone's user, as well as the parties with whom the phone's user communicates, and that the camera in a cellular phone can also be remotely turned on in order to take photographs or record videos (with cellphone cameras that have this option).
We have known for several years now that the FBI is capable of doing the same thing, since the FBI's hacking of Wi-Fi devices has become fairly common knowledge over the past few years via the Internet. So Snowden really did not offer any information that was surprising here.
What did concern this author when Snowden was talking about how the NSA can use your cellphone to spy on you, was that he did not mention how signals intelligence satellites can be utilized interactively, as opposed to just being used to intercept and collect data obtained via the EMF spectrum.
In this case this author is referring to how the voltage in a cellphone's battery can be remotely turned up to a level which could actually be fatal to anyone who had their cellphone pressed against their ear, at the time that the voltage was increased.
In fact, covert assassinations have been perpetrated by the U.S. Military Intelligence complex in the past using this method. And the fact is that the battery in any portable device can be remotely tampered with in such way, including wireless devices such as Ipads, cellphones, digital cameras and camcorders, as well as computer notebooks.
What is most concerning to this author is how the most recent generation of Americans have become a nation of citizens who from an early age have become so reliant on this satellite based information technology, that they carry these devices on their persons - oftentimes very close to bodily organs that are being irrevocably damaged - without their knowledge.
As for Edward Snowden, once again, we have an alleged whistleblower here giving us some useful information about the NSA that while disturbing, does not begin to remotely approach the information being circulated by this author or many other targets of this Orwellian technology.
Snowden's information also falls far short of that contained within John St. Clair Akwei's lawsuit against the NSA, regarding the Agency's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, as well as the information pertaining to some of the Pentagon and CIA mind control programs documented by Dr. Robert Duncan, in his books "The Matrix Deciphered - Psychic Warfare" and "PROJECT: SOUL CATCHER."
Is Snowden attempting to gain the public's trust so that he can eventually be used by the NSA to discredit those of us who are documenting the Orwellian crimes being perpetrated against us by the NSA and other alphabet agencies?
If so, this is one of the most elaborately publicized propaganda hoaxes ever attempted by the U.S. Military Intelligence complex, in order to conceal their highest level of classified technology from the American citizenry, as well as the insidious crime of using it to secretly brain map the American people, as part of an Orwellian agenda in which to enslave us through their use of the electromagnetic spectrum.
I am still ambivalent regarding Snowden's motives, since he may be operating in an altruistic way, not realizing that he is being unwittingly used as a source of disinformation by his former employer.
However, he may also be playing the role of a Robin Hood type character, in an attempt to gain the American people's trust, with the intent of eventually deceiving us.
This is especially pertinent in this case since the paradigm that since its inception has remained the driving force behind the infrastructure that controls the global Intelligentsia, is that of pathological deception.
Yet, given the highly compartmentalized nature of the NSA, it is also entirely possible that Snowden (as well as Russ Tice) would be unaware that the NSA has a *classified program in place to track the unique EMF signatures of each American citizen by way of a Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network.
*(A program that John St. Clair Akwei has stated is stored within the NSA's radiation intelligence archives - Google: Akwei VS NSA).
However, it may also be possible that both Snowden and Tice do in fact know about the NSA's SIGNIT EMF Scanning Network, yet are remaining silent about it for other reasons.
Regardless of what Snowden or Tice may or may not know about this classified technology, as a target of this signals intelligence related satellite predation for many years now, this author is certain that the U.S. Military Intelligence complex does have the ability to remotely access my mind via the electromagnetic spectrum. I am also certain that this technology operates in a two way "interactive" configuration, meaning that my thoughts can be intercepted and decoded via the EMF spectrum, or remotely influenced by way of the electromagnetic spectrum, through the NSA's clandestine and abjectly illegal EEG heterodyning of the neural pathways of my brain.
And this means that at the very least there are a number of organizations within the U.S. Military Intelligence complex that are in the commission of high crimes of treason against the American people, by using this technology to violate our Constitutional rights in the worst ways imaginable - crimes which also include attacking us with directed energy weaponry.
These plausibly deniable acts of terrorism are also being perpetrated by these federal psychopaths against several members of this author's own Family, as well as myriad others within the United States who have been secretly blacklisted by the Orwellian corporation in Washington D.C.
As such, if Edward Snowden continues to refrain from discussing the NSA's SIGNIT EMF Scanning Network, I will always question if he is legitimate or not.
However, if Snowden does eventually acknowledge that the technology to remotely access the unique EMF brain signatures of any person via the electromagnetic spectrum is a reality, and that the NSA has been using such a program in a domestic capacity in the United States for many years, I will know that Edward Snowden is a legitimate whistleblower and an American patriot, who has done the American people and the rest of the citizenry of this planet a great service.
Yet, if in the future Snowden claims that such technology does not exist and that those of us who have made such claims are crazy - or simply misinformed - I will know that Edward Snowden is an NSA agent provocateur, and that this entire debacle between himself and the NSA has been nothing but a well orchestrated scheme used to deceive the American people, while discrediting those of us who are legitimate targets of this Orwellian mind control technology.
