Can Startpage.com Prevent The FBI Or NSA From Remotely Hacking Into Its Servers As Part Of A COINTELPRO Operation Being Conducted Against American Citizens?

One of the common characteristics of an FBI COINTELPRO operation is to covertly drive the target of such evil machinations insane, by committing a myriad of crimes against the person that are plausibly deniable.
This author has been a target of COINTELPRO for nearly four decades.
However, these covert attacks have become far more aggressive since 2003, when the FBI began circulating a BOLO on this author (Be On The Lookout For) which was not only illegal, but also based on myriad pieces of fabricated information that the FBI has since circulated in an effort to demonize my person, while covering up horrendous crimes
that the FBI has and continues to perpetrate against this author.
As part of this cover up, the FBI has been illegally *tampering with this Website since I created it back in 2006. As such, the FBI continues to violate my 1st Amendment rights by remotely hacking into this Website, in efforts to prevent an established readership which now numbers in the millions, from accessing this Website and reading about my experiences as a target of MK-Ultra since childhood.
* This tampering involves every part of my life, as it does with each person whom the U.S. government is attempting to destroy, in order to conceal from the American people, the rampant criminality that these closeted Nazis perpetrate against those of us who are used for such non consensual human experimentation.
This is especially true for those of us who have been used as targets of a second generation of MK-Ultra that was initiated shortly after the CIA's original MK-Ultra program was shut down by the U.S. Congress in the early 1970s.
The new program would not be limited to the "laboratory environment" of the original MK-Ultra, but instead conducted by a number of different organizations within the U.S. Military Intelligence complex, including, but not necessarily limited to the Pentagon, NSA, and CIA, and deployed through the electromagnetic spectrum.
Add to this a clandestine program created by the Pentagon in which to secretly decode the *individual brain maps of the American people, and what we are left with is an Orwellian program of enslavement involving the interfacing of artificial intelligence computers with the minds of an unwitting American citizenry.

More specifically, given that these mind control weapons are now deployed by way of the electromagnetic spectrum, any American citizen can now become an unwitting victim of MK-Ultra, and even be used for such non consensual human experimentation within the privacy of their own home.
In fact, entire American families are now being used for such non consensual human experimentation, most of whom have no idea that this atrocity is even occurring. Much less, that it's being perpetrated by their own corrupted government.
The latest act of COINTELPRO regarding this author involves the FBI's interference with my healthcare insurance policy, which has become an unpleasant experience each month, as the aiding and abetting healthcare insurance provider takes part in the FBI's gaslighting tactics, which the Bureau continues to use against my person as part of a decades' long COINTELPRO operation.
This latest episode involves this particular health insurance company's claims that my policy had been cancelled after the grace period for the payment of additional coverage (which is not part of the policy that I contracted with this company for) had expired.
However, the grace period does not end for another two weeks. And the policy premium which I contracted with this company to pay each month, was in fact paid on time.
This "addendum" to my policy is likely just another gaslight and a deliberate overcharge to this policy each month (yet another crime), which is being perpetrated under the enormously confusing and oftentimes vague guidelines of Obamacare.
In this vein, just try to get a straight answer about Obamacare involving any aspect of this Communist program, and you will probably become more confused than you were when you first made your inquiry.
Moreover, the Obamacare system of socialized medicine, has completely interfered with the "normal" procedures for every healthcare carrier in the United States.
As such, this has resulted in a level of incompetence within an already incompetent industry, that under Obamacare has become unparalleled in the history of the healthcare
insurance industry.
Moreover, for those who are targets of Organized Stalking, this "incompetence" within this particular industry also allows for the "plausible deniability" that FBI sociopaths who perpetrate this Orwellian vigilante hate crime rely on, in that these "agents" can call the healthcare insurance provider of a particular target of COINTELPRO, and have its personnel interfere with the policy of a person who is the target of such FBI orchestrated subterfuge; while the FBI and the healthcare insurance company's personnel are able to deny their complicity in these crimes.
This also enables my healthcare insurer to (at the direction of the FBI) fabricate billing documents, while claiming that they are legitimate, as part of this psychotic behavior.
This has become a chronic problem over the past several months, since this author switched over to this alleged to be "new and improved" system of Communist healthcare
under the Obama Administration.
Perhaps if my old account was still in effect and this health insurance provider was receiving about $18,000 each year, these monthly gaslighting tactics might end?
Then again, with the FBI's psycho's, one never knows what these congenital sadists
will do from one minute to the next.
Moreover, the fact that this healthcare insurer uses a post office box, means that there is no one at the company to sign for a piece of registered mail that I send to this provider at the time it is delivered, in the event that there is a discrepancy with my policy.
This presents an ideal situation for the FBI psycho's, since the so called agents who perpetrate these schemes can continue to do so, while it becomes impossible to hold anyone at the health insurance company accountable for the role they play in aiding and abetting these government criminals.
Furthermore, as a target of COINTELPRO, if you can convince any person working for a company that you patronize to actually admit that they were contacted in advance by the FBI (or some of its provocateurs), with the express purpose of taking part in a psychological warfare operation that the FBI is illegally conducting against your person, you will have achieved something that no target of these crimes in Patriot Act controlled Amerika, has yet been able to accomplish.
So what is the bottom line here?
What is the FBI desperately trying to cover up with such insanity?
As I stated a bit earlier, the fact that the U.S. Military Intelligence complex has been used to implement in complete secrecy, the most sophisticated and diabolical domestic surveillance system ever created.

Thus far, "View by Ixquick Proxy" has been the only way that I have been able to access
my own Website from the Internet, since the FBI has created a "virtual blocking" of this Website via Google and other Internet search engines.

If anything has proven this over the past century, it has been the Federal Reserve System's ability to completely undermine the social order of the United States, while this Communist counterfeiter and war profiteer has all but single handedly destroyed the U.S. Constitutional Republic, our economy, and the American middle class.

In reference to this subterfuge, I also cite a particular situation in which one of the heads of one of these groups is alleged to have recommended to the group that they bribe a judge in order to hear their case. If this "group leader" had been able to convince the entire membership of this particular activist group to take part in this entrapment "bribery scheme," this provocateur would not only have succeeded in destroying this activist group, but in also implicating each one of its members in committing a felony.
This is why it is so important for any legitimate target of Organized Stalking and Electronic Warfare harassment to refrain from joining "activist groups," in order to
avoid being set up for such entrapment scheme/sting operations, by other bogus members of these groups; whose sole purpose is to make certain that these groups never succeed
in convincing the U.S. Congress to open a new Church Committee type of investigation into the U.S. Military Intelligence complexes' Orwellian crimes against American citizens.
We've already seen how two U.S. politicians (Cynthia Mckinney and Robert Torricelli) were set up for the destruction of their own political careers, after they attempted to pass legislation which would have resulted in the largest investigation into the U.S. Military Intelligence complexes' domestic spying, since the Church Committee hearings of the 1970s.
As for those legitimate targets of these crimes, who join these "activist groups" with certain expectations, only to find themselves being targeted by federal provocateurs who have infiltrated these groups, this serves as yet another example for why these "groups" are so dangerous.
Especially since the main purpose of such infiltration is to either destroy these groups, or to maintain them as nothing more than a source of disinformation which can also be used to entrap a legitimate target of OS and EH.
