As an example of this, when former Minnesota governor, Jesse Ventura, used his Conspiracy Theory program to broadcast episodes of crimes being committed by the U.S. Federal Government, including crimes being perpetrated by Fusion Centers, Lyme Disease being created as a biological weapon, GWEN Towers being used as part of a covert program by the U.S. federal government as part of a covert program regarding the mind control of the American people, Ventura suddenly found Time Warner cancelling his program, in spite of its high ratings.
Ventura publicly questioned if Time Warner was deliberately sabotaging the program (which it obviously was being forced to do), and soon moved out of the United States and into Mexico.
It would appear that Jesse Ventura, in his quest to expose what Targeted Individuals are being subjected to each day of our lives, may very well have become a TI in the process.
Then again with Rothschild Zionism's controlled opposition being what it is in post 9/11 America, it is oftentimes difficult to determine whether those who on the surface appear to be whistleblowers - including Edward Snowden - are what they appear to be, or working as disinfo agents.
In this author's opinion, I personally don't think that Jesse Ventura is controlled opposition. And as a target of MK-Ultra for nearly 40 years and someone who was infected which Lyme Disease (which later became a chronic infection) in the early 1990s, I am pleased that before Time Warner was coerced into cancelling his program, Jesse Ventura was able to broadcast an episode of his Conspiracy Theory program in regard to the Plum Island biological research laboratory which is located on the Eastern tip of Long Island, NY. Since Plum Island is where Lyme Disease was intentionally created as a U.S. government biological weapon, and disseminated through a variety vectors, such as deer ticks, in order to deliberately infect humans with this insidious illness.
For most of those who are not treated quickly and with the proper medical protocol, Lyme Disease becomes a slow kill weapon of torture. This author refers to Lyme Disease as a silent Holocaust because even though the U.S. federal government admits to the existence of Lyme Disease, they will never admit that this illness often becomes chronic. Nor will they ever admit that Lyme Disease was intentionally turned loose on the American people as yet another form of non consensual human experimentation.
Targeted Individuals have also become the subjects of another type of modern day Holocaust which is just as silent. And like Lyme Disease, this atrocity takes place with complete denial that there is an actual conspiracy occurring here, which is why it has been dubbed "The Silent Holocaust."
The psychological torment in regard to this covert terrorism is so extreme, that many TIs are either driven to commit suicide, or an act for which they can be incarcerated, and later murdered.
Those Targeted Individuals who remain vigilant in their mission to expose these crimes, find that their home lives come under constant attack, with members of their own Families being used as part of these covert attacks, in order to avoid becoming targeted themselves.
In spite of this, far too often the entire Families of Targeted Individuals often also become targets of these horrendous crimes, as they are subjected to facing one problem after another, all created by these government psychopaths.
This has become commonly reported by thousands of American men and women who over the past decade have found themselves subjugated to this Orwellian nightmare, as these government murderous psychopaths attempt to destroy our Families.
The intent here is to create so much havoc within the Family that individual members are forced to seek comfort elsewhere. Unfortunately, the people whom they are allowed to seek comfort with are always chosen in advance by the FBI. And these "chosen" people who just so happen to conveniently show up at a time where a Targeted Family member has become despondent, are used to wreak further havoc over time, with the intent of completely destroying the person.
While no FBI agent will ever admit to it, the fact is that this protocol is based on outright Satanism, as is the FBI's Gestapo mentality.
These scenarios are carefully staged by the FBI, oftentimes using information that is completely fabricated by these demonic psychopaths, as part of the COINTELPRO operation they are conducting against a specific Targeted Family.
As an example of this, another member of this author's Family, whom the FBI has been preventing from obtaining employment, after the FBI orchestrated this person's being fired twice over the past six years, calls this author's Father, giving him some news that upsets him very much.
In this author's opinion, the call was made expressly for this purpose, by a person who is desperate to obtain future employment, and who knows that placating those FBI murderous psycho's who are controlling this person's life (by cooperating in yet another orchestrated psychological attack by these federal reprobates), may be the only way that this person can obtain future employment in order to house, clothe and feed their Family.
In other words, this person has become a slave to these Neo Nazi terrorists who operate under the cover of federal law enforcement, and who have attempted to use the Patriot Act to completely abrogate this person's Constitutional rights.
The reader should keep in mind that before the FBI began their attack on this Family member, the person was successful in their field of endeavor and made a very comfortable living.
However, since the FBI has interfered with this person's ability to earn a living, they have been unable to secure employment. This person has also been regularly subjected to directed energy microwave weapon attacks, which are being used in an effort to compromise their health.
Moreover, any person who even considers hiring this Family member will be contacted by the FBI, and told not to, even though the FBI has no legal grounds for doing so.
This is why the FBI is operating covertly, in order to conceal its violations of this person's civil rights.
Furthermore, if an employer is courageous and decides to hire this Family member in spite of the FBI's warnings, this person will become the target of an FBI COINTELPRO attack; which in the modern day includes becoming the target of an Organized Stalking campaign, as well as being covertly attacked with satellite deployed directed energy microwave weapons, as their life as they once knew it, is systematically destroyed.
These crimes are only taking place because the FBI is using the Patriot Act to silence the public in regard to the FBI's abject violations of the Constitutional rule of law.
Moreover, if the American people collectively spoke out in regard to how the Patriot Act is being used to cover up the crimes being committed by the U.S. federal government, including the 9/11 false flag operation, Americans could gradually take back the country that is being stolen from them, and hold those who have betrayed us accountable for these crimes.
This covert silencing of the American citizenry serves as further evidence of how intimidation tactics are used by the Fusion Centers overseen by the DOJ (FBI) and DHS, to control the general population in the United States, who risk becoming targets of these Orwellian crimes, unless they adapt to this "bullying" mentality and take part in it.
The propaganda campaign which the FBI has illegally conducted against this author for the past decade, and which may very well constitute the most abject violations of the U.S. Bill of Rights ever documented, is also based on a vicious psychological warfare program which the FBI has used to brainwash the American people.
The fact that the Bureau continues to utilize Neural Linguistic Programming as part of this covert brainwashing of the American people, in its propaganda campaign against this author, is further proof that the FBI is using brainwashing tactics to manipulate the minds of the U.S. population, while the Bureau continues to perpetrate its Orwellian crimes against this author, my Family, and the myriad other American citizens who are being targeted for such egregious violations of their civil rights.
Why has the FBI attempted to circumvent the Constitutional rule of law in every instance of Organized Stalking? Because the Bureau has no legal right to be conducting the surveillance that it is, is now routinely violating the inherent rights of the American people, and must therefore subvert the judicial system in order to get away with perpetrating such outrageous crimes against the American citizenry.
In regard to its covert attacks on this author, the *FBI's intent here is quite clear. Not only do they intend on murdering my person, their intent is to also murder my Father, as well as every member of both my immediate and extended Family, in the future. And this is why I post this information here, in what may well be the best documented case of COINTELPRO and MK-Ultra in American history.
* The FBI's intent is the same with all Targeted Individuals and their Families (none of who are allow to earn a living by working). A covert and completely deniable form of extermination being perpetrated under the Patriot Act using satellite bas ed directed energy weaponry.
The chances are that the conversation which took place this afternoon to intentionally upset my Father, was part of a ruse fabricated by the FBI and delivered by another Family member, in order to cause this author's Father additional duress, since the FBI has in the past colluded with the NSA to experiment upon my Father, subjecting him to the EEG heterodyning of his own brain waves, while attacking him with microwave energy weaponry, in an attempt to murder him.
In fact, this author's Father was hospitalized twice in 2011, for what were clearly microwave energy induced seizures. And this recent conversation may well have been a prelude to remotely influencing my Father's thoughts in an adverse way via the NSA's EEG heterodyning of his own brain - with the conversation being intentionally used to offer the federal reprobates who perpetrate these covert atrocities, plausible deniability in doing so.
So it should come as no surprise to the public that the FBI's intent here is to perpetrate the covert murder of my Father, by creating as much havoc in his life as these miscreants can get away with. In spite of his excellent outlook on life, all things considered, they want to drive him to become despondent and they are doing everything possible to murder him in a covert way.
These so called "agents" are, for lack of a better word, evil.
Moreover, they are concealing from the American people, the fact that we have all been illegally brain mapped by the U.S federal government, as part of a covert plan to implement a 21St Century feudal system, which will gradually be used to enslave what was once the global underclasses.
The ultimate act of class warfare, conducted by Rothschild Zionism's investment class, under the cover of a global war on terror, which they themselves have financed and carried out through their subversion of the U.S. federal government.
And the American people should demand a financial accounting of what this FBI orchestrated fiasco against this author has cost the American taxpayer over nearly 40 years. If the U.S. Military Intelligence complex was ever forced to account for the monies they have spent conducting such illegal surveillance and non consensual human experimentation of American citizens, since the CIA began its first foray into mind control experimentation with Project MK-Ultra in the 1950s, the total could well run into the billions of dollars.
I document this here as further evidence of this criminal conspiracy, which we are subjected to 24 hours a day. A conspiracy which has been ongoing for decades, however, became far more aggressive in 2003, after this author became the target of a vicious Organized Stalking campaign. Such illegal campaigns were practically unheard of prior to the passage of the Communist Patriot Act in 2001; Anti-American legislation which from its inception was based on the 9/11 false flag operation fraud, which has since been used to destroy any remnants of the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights.
I will update this furtive attack against my Father, who in spite of his advanced years is in very good physical condition for his age; and is diligent in regard to remaining that way for as long as he can. This is obviously made more difficult by the federal scum who willfully use any means necessary to attack an elderly person, which should give the reader an excellent idea of the types of "people" whom the FBI is employing.
If we needed any evidence of what type of people operate within the FBI we have many different situations to draw upon, including their incineration of nearly two dozen children in WACO Texas in 1993, and the murders of dozens of their parents. On 4/7/14, I am in my den reading near an open window, when I hear a helicopter pass overhead. Minutes later there is a *chemical smell in the air, and I experience a bitter taste in my mouth, followed by a burning sensation at the back of my throat, and a mild headache. Interestingly enough, it also begins to *rain lightly at about the same time. These types of "from the sky" remote poisonings have occurred on many occasions over the past decade, since the Organized Stalking psychological warfare campaign against my person was commenced in early 2003.
* The helicopter could have been used as a diversion for another microwave energy weapon attack (such diversions are common tactics when satellite based directed energy weapons are aimed at the target of such covert terrorism), however, in this case the air outside did have a strong chemical smell to it after the helicopter passed overhead. And this is far from the first time that this author has experienced such attacks from the sky.
Moreover, for years, there has been an area in our backyard that will not grow grass no matter how often we rototill and plant seed there.
This has been occurring since the mid 1990s and is more than likely an area that is being irradiated by a satellite deployed directed energy weapon. Interestingly enough, this occurred at about the same time that the FBI was given access to directed energy weaponry by the DOJ, and the DEW attacks began against this author.
I have also seen HAARP induced weather on myriad occasions over the past decade, including a HAARP created microburst which was precisely targeted to knock down a large tree limb which landed on the power line going to our home. This in turn tore the steel mast which this power line attaches to, right off the side of our home, causing us to lose electrical power to our home for several days. We were without power until an electrician could install a new mast. At the same time that the mast was deliberately torn out, the ground to the water pipe which feeds water to our home was damaged and began leaking, so that it also had to be shut off, leaving us without water - until the electrical ground could be repaired.
We had to run a hose from the connection directly to one of the water spigots located on the outside of our home, in order to have access to water until this damaged ground cable was repaired.
These high tech directed energy weapon attacks are perpetrated with military precision. And HAARP can be used to create a storm and to then steer that storm to a precise location, in order to intentionally damage an area that the Pentagon has decided in advance to covertly attack.
HAARP can be used to disrupt the natural Jetstream which governs our weather patterns, which in turn can be used to adversely affect weather conditions anywhere on the face of this planet. Even though HAARP could have a myriad of beneficial uses, if it were not being abused by the Pentagon in the interests of propagating *classified government programs that involve global mind control experimentation as well as geophysical manipulation of the weather.
* While HAARP itself is not classified (an excellent example of how the Pentagon keeps many of its best covert technologies right under the public's collective nose - such as cellular phones), HAARP uses in mass mind control and weather manipulation are classified, which is why the Pentagon will not only dismiss such allegations, but use further means in which to discredit those of us who promulgate this information. The reader would do well to read Jerry Smith's book: "HAARP The Ultimate Weapon Of The Conspiracy" for a better understanding of some of the more horrifying capabilities of this technology, and its use as a weapon of mass destruction.
For instance, while HAARP can be used to cause draughts which lead to wild fires, it can also be used to create rain, which could be used to put out wild fires. HAARP has many positive uses which could be of benefit to the human race.
Unfortunately, at present, HAARP is not being used to benefit humanity, but instead as a weapon of mass destruction which can and in fact is being secretly used against the citizenry of this planet, and as part of a genocidal policy implemented by Rothschild Zionism's world government agenda, under the United Nations' Agenda 21 plan.
Hurricane Sandy was an example of a HAARP created storm. And we have seen myriad other artificially created *"natural disasters" including earthquakes, mudslides, wild fires and floods secretly manufactured through the Pentagon's illegal use of HAARP, and for the purpose of conducting covert weather warfare against the American people.
* The mudslide that occurred last month in Washington State which has killed at least 33 people in the town of Oso, destroyed several homes and damaged a nuclear waste containment plant, was likely caused by a HAARP created scalar wave.

This author also believes that in order to demonstrate just how easily HAARP can be used right under the public's nose, it is quite possible that the 2013 America's Cup sailboat race was rigged through the use of HAARP manipulation of the weather conditions on the race course, which ultimately allowed the American entry, Team Oracle, to win the race in the most precedent setting comeback in America's Cup history. Given that sports-betting in the United States is a **multi-billion dollar a year business, one must wonder what the odds were in regard to Team Oracle making the precedent setting comeback that they did, and if some "government officials" may have quite literally "cleaned up" on this year's America's Cup race, after using HAARP to control the weather on the race course.

After all, given the stealth nature of this arcane technology, who would know, or at least attempt to even question if such an unethical use of this technology had taken place? I am also certain that in addition to the chemtrails which billions of people have seen emanating from the contrail exhausts of planes flying in the skies above this planet, that Targeted Individuals are being subjected to more aggressive forms of such poisonings, by low flying aircraft (including helicopters) that spray our neighborhoods with toxic substances.
In last week's Newsday daily paper, there was an article regarding complaints from a Long Island community stating their concerns that commercial aircraft are flying much too low, and creating unacceptable noise levels in this community. These types of complaints by other Long Island communities have been taking place for several years now.
This author has noticed that since a short time after the 9/11 false flag operation, commercial aircraft have been flying much lower than they used to over my own neighborhood, and oftentimes much slower than one would expect these aircraft to be moving. Given that the FAA determines the standards for commercial aircraft (and that these incidences of commercial jetliners flying too low have become a nationwide problem in America), it would appear that these aircraft have been told by the FAA to intentionally do so.

The question remains why?
We know that many of these aircraft are spraying our neighborhoods with toxic substances which can be seen in the skies as chemtrails. Are they flying at a lower altitude to increase the concentration of these toxins within our own communities, in order to expedite a mass outbreak of chronic illness throughout the United States?
Why else would these aircraft be flying so much lower (and slower) than they used to?
Obviously, these federal psychopaths could not care less if they murder our neighbors by covertly dispersing such biological and chemical weapons over our own communities, which are deployed in aerosol form via the exhausts of aircraft, in order to gradually murder our persons in such a furtive manner.
The general population in the United States still refuses to believe that their own government could possibly be capable of committing such evil acts against the U.S. population. This Orwellian monstrosity which harbors itself behind the cover of our own federal government, is what John St. Clair Akwei was attempting to expose when he filed his lawsuit against the NSA in 1992.
And in this author's opinion, just as the NSA can instantly access any personal computer purchased within the United States via its signals intelligence technology, the NSA has also brain mapped the entire U.S. population over the past several decades, in order to be able to instantaneously remotely access the brain of any American citizen, as if it were just another personal computer; a computer which the NSA believes it has the inherent right to monitor and even to some extent control by remote means. A horrifying reminder of this is a quote made by CIA asset Dr. Jose Delgado more than forty years ago, stating that man does not have the right to develop his own mind, and that the minds of the human race must eventually be remotely controlled by a computer generated global consciousness.
Such an Orwellian brain mapping program would also mean that any American citizen can be instantly EEG heterodyned or remote neutrally monitored (the terms are likely interchangeable) by the NSA, through its Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network; as John St. Clair Akwei first stated in his 1992 civil action against the NSA.
With this in mind, does the following quote in the January 15Th 2014 issue of the NY Times indicate that at least some of the journalists within this organization have read John St. Clair Akwei's lawsuit against the NSA, even if they don't identify this lawsuit by name?
"the N.S.A. has increasingly made use of a secret technology that enables it to enter and alter data in computers even if they are not connected to the Internet, according to N.S.A. documents, computer experts and American officials"
If so, then these journalists are also aware that the NSA is doing more than just remotely accessing the home computers of American citizens, and is in fact also remotely accessing our own brains via the EMF spectrum.

Which brings us to a very pertinent question. What is the U.S. Military doing spying domestically, when they are strictly prohibited from doing so by U.S. law? Much less experimenting on so many of us by way of the EMF spectrum?
My interest in regard to this illegal government spying began after I learned that I have been the target of a second generation of the CIA's MK-Ultra mind control program since the 1970s, and that for more than two decades I have been tortured by way of directed energy microwave weapons on a daily basis, while being subjected to a slander campaign that is beyond the comprehension of most people.

John St. Clair Akwei was attempting to expose this in 1992, when his lawsuit was derailed by a former federal circuit court judge named Stanley Sporkin, who as a former general counsel to the CIA during the Reagan/Bush era, had a history of abusing his position as a judge in order to influence cases for the CIA, as well as the Reagan and Bush 41 Administrations.
In the process of compiling his information in regard to the NSA, Akwei also exposed much of the NSA's internal structure, as well as a signals intelligence driven domestic spy program more horrifying than most Americans can begin to comprehend. It has taken 22 years for a mainstream news organization (The New York Times) to publish any information which supports some of John St. Clair Akwei's allegations regarding the NSA.
Hopefully, it will not take the U.S. media another two decades before they openly admit that over the past 50 years, the NSA, Pentagon and CIA have developed mind control weapons which are deployed via the electromagnetic spectrum, in order to adversely, remotely influence the minds of the American people. Or that several other federal "alphabet agencies" including the FBI, are using directed energy weapons to covertly torture and murder American citizens, oftentimes from within their own homes.
The *NSA's objective here, is to create a nation of mindless citizens whom - if this travesty is not exposed and stopped - will eventually become incapable of using their own intellects to challenge such an Orwellian status quo.
More than two decades ago, the Pentagon ordered research in regard to decoding the unique electromagnetic signatures of the human brain. Specifically, the frequencies that each portion of the brain operates at.
This information was compiled into a document known as the Radiofrequency Radiation Dosimetry Handbook.
Why would the Pentagon want such in depth information on the human brain?
Because the U.S. Defense Department has from its inception been interested in understanding how to control the human mind, and has been on a long quest to find the "Holy Grail" which unlocks the key to each person's mind.
This has resulted in the Pentagon's development of classified programs which are used to access the unique signatures of the human brain via signals intelligence satellites and over the horizon radar systems. According to John St. Clair Akwei, the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network represents the ultimate method of surveillance, because it can be used to remotely access the neural pathways of any American citizen's brain via the electromagnetic spectrum. And without that person's knowledge or consent.
The ideal situation for fueling a modern day feudal system, in which each citizen is not only spied upon by a tyrannical government using high tech means in which to keep them under physical surveillance, but also subjected to this government's Orwellian remote neural monitoring of their own thoughts, via the EEG heterodyning of their own brain waves.
The reader will note that even though the mainstream media has never heard of John St. Clair Akwei, the disturbing information contained within his 1992 lawsuit goes well beyond what media recognized NSA whistleblowers such as Edward Snowden, Russell Tice and William Binney have thus far described regarding the NSA's illegal operations.
Whether this is because of the compartmentalization of the NSA, which would prevent the majority of NSA employees from knowing about this particular program, or that these whistleblowers fear that they would be targeted for covert assassination if they actually confirmed that this program exists, remains to be seen.
Moreover, in this author's opinion, the best "media recognized" expert on the NSA, James Bamford, is in fact a member of the controlled opposition, working as a propagandist for the NSA, in order to deflect attention away from what the NSA is really doing in regard to its signals intelligence operations and over the horizon radar implemented mind control technology. Specifically, how this technology is being covertly used to enslave the American people via a signals intelligence driven domestic spy program that relies heavily on the decoding of our individual brain maps, for the purpose of remotely monitoring (EEG heterodyning) the neural pathways of each American citizen's brain.
Exactly where in the United States Constitution or its Bill of Rights does it say that the U.S. federal government has the authority to read or manipulate our own private thoughts by such invasive means?
In 2005 this author publicly accused the Pentagon and NSA of secretly implementing a national brain mapping program in the United States, which in this author's opinion has since the early 1980s, been used to decode the individual brain maps of all American citizens, as part of an Orwellian signals intelligence driven domestic spy program in this country.
I have since been vilified by the U.S. federal government for doing so, as well as describing my experiences as a target of MK-Ultra for nearly forty years.
Many of the people who know that they are the targets of this technology have often asked how the information in regard to the bioelectric resonances of our own bodies could have been obtained by the U.S. federal government, in order to use such information for the purpose of domestic surveillance of U.S. citizens, as well as their use in non consensual human experimentation.
In this author's opinion, the answer lies in collusion between the American Medical Association and the U.S. Military Intelligence complex. Specifically, this complexes' use of the AMA and the hospitals in the United States to collect medical information on each U.S. citizen during the time we spend in a hospital shortly after we are born, which is then catalogued into a myriad of government computer databases for later use in spying on all American citizens.
This author believes that the most likely medical information which in the past the U.S. federal government has used in order to remotely identify each American citizen, involves the unique heartbeat and brainwave prints of each citizen; both of which a hospital can obtain from a newborn baby, by conducting EKG and EEG monitoring of that infant's heart and brain before they leave the hospital with their parents for the first time.
While this is purely speculative, it would explain how the NSA is able to instantly identify any American citizen by remotely monitoring our brain's own unique EMF signatures via the EMF spectrum.
And in this author's opinion, this is likely how the federal government is able to keep tabs on each of us by such remote means as *Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Networks, and over the horizon radar systems, such as HAARP.
So what is the ultimate goal of the architects of this arcane and satanic technology? The transformation of the human race from a species of free thinking soulful beings, to a race of soulless, cybernetic, computer controlled robotic slaves, whose only purpose will be to serve Rothschild Zionism's investment class.

Communications Intelligence (COMINT)
Blanket coverage of all electronic communications in the US and the world to ensure national security. The NSA at Ft. Meade, Maryland has had the most advanced computers in the world since the early 1960s.
NSA technology is developed and implemented in secret from private corporations, academia and the general public.
Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)
The Signals Intelligence mission of the NSA has evolved into a program of decoding EMF waves in the environment for wirelessly tapping into computers and track persons with the electrical currents in their bodies. Signals Intelligence is based on fact that everything in the environment with an electric current in it has a magnetic flux around it which gives off EMF waves.
The NSA/DoD [Department of Defense] developed proprietary advanced digital equipment which can remotely analyze all objects whether manmade or organic, that have electrical activity.
Domestic Intelligence (DOMINT)
The NSA has records on all US citizens. The NSA gathers information on US citizens who might be of interest to any of the over 50,000 NSA agents (HUMINT). These agents are authorized by executive order to spy on anyone. The NSA has a permanent national security anti-terrorist surveillance network in place. This surveillance network is completely disguised and hidden from the public.
Tracking individuals in the US is easily and cost-effectively implemented with NSA's electronic surveillance network. This network (DOMINT) covers the entire US, involves tens of thousands of NSA personnel, and tracks millions of persons simultaneously . Cost-effective implementation of operations is assured by NSA computer technology designed to minimize operations costs. NSA personnel serve in quasi-public positions in their communities and run cover businesses and legitimate businesses that can inform the intelligence community of persons they would want to track.
NSA personnel in the community usually have cover identities such as social workers, lawyers and business owners.
NSA personnel can control the lives of hundreds of thousands of individuals in the US by using the NSA's domestic intelligence network and cover businesses.
The operations independently run by them can sometimes go beyond the bounds of law. Long-term control and sabotage of tens of thousands of unwitting citizens by NSA operatives is likely to happen.
NSA DOMINT has the ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health.
As of the early 1960s, the most advanced computers in the world were at the NSA, Ft. Meade. Research breakthroughs with these computers were kept for the NSA.
At the present time the NSA has nanotechnology computers that are 15 years ahead of present computer technology. The NSA obtains blanket coverage of information in the US by using advanced computers that use artificial intelligence to screen all communications, regardless of medium, for key words that should be brought to the attention of NSA agents/cryptologists.
These computers monitor all communications at the transmitting and receiving ends.
This blanket coverage of the US is a result of the NSA's Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) mission. The NSA's electronic surveillance network is based on a cellular arrangement of devices that can monitor the entire EMF (electromagnetic frequency) spectrum.
This equipment was developed, implemented and kept secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs.
The NSA keeps track of all PCs and other computers sold in the US.
This is an integral part of the Domestic Intelligence network. The NSA's EMF equipment can tune in RF (remote frequency) emissions from personal computer circuit boards (while filtering out emissions from monitors and power supplies).
The RF emission from PC circuit boards contains digital information in the PC. Coded RF waves from the NSA's equipment can resonate PC circuits and change data in the PCs. Thus the NSA can gain wireless modem-style entry into any computer in the country for surveillance or anti-terrorist electronic warfare.
Detecting EMF Fields in Humans for Surveillance
A subject's bioelectric field can be remotely detected, so subjects can be monitored anywhere they are.
With special EMF equipment NSA cryptologists can remotely read evoked potentials (from EEGs). These can be decoded into a person's brain-states and thoughts. The subject is then perfectly monitored from a distance.
NSA personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals Intelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA's computers will then pinpoint and track that person 24 hours a day.
The NSA can pick out and track anyone in the US.

As an American soldier would you really want to serve under a Congress or Executive Branch of politicians who thought you were nothing but a sweaty animal to be used however they see fit? The following is excerpted from "HAARP The Ultimate Weapon Of The Conspiracy" regarding the Pentagon's use of U.S. soldiers as unwitting guinea pigs for non consensual human experimentation:
"'Is Military Research Hazardous To Veterans' Health? Lessons Spanning Half A Century' was a staff report prepared for the Committee on Veterans' Affairs, U.S. Senate, 8 December, 1994. In it, Committee Chairman John D. Rockefeller IV, wrote:
"During the last few years, the public has become aware of several examples where U.S. Governemnt researchers inentionally exposed Americans to potentially dangerous substances without their knowledge or consent. The Senate Committee on Veterans' Affairs, which I have been priviledged to chair from 1993-94, has conducted a comprehsensive analysis of the extent to which veterans participated in such research while they were serving in the U.S. military.
Under the heading 'Findings and conclusions' this staff written document states:
A. For at least 50 years, DOD has intentionally exposed military personnel to potentially dangerous substances, often in secret
B. DOD has repeatedly failed to comply with required ethical standards when using human subjects in military research during war or threat of war
C. DOD incorrectly claims that since their goal was treatment, the use of investigational drugs in the Persian GUlf War was not research
D. DOD used investigational drugs in the Persian Gulf War in ways that were not effective
E. DOD did not know whether pyridostigmine bromide would be safe for use by U.S. troops in the Persian Gulf War
F. When U.S. troops were sent to the Persian Gulf in 1994, DOD still did not have proof that pyridostigmine bromide was safe for use as an antidote enhancer

"If the DOD could do that in full public view, live on CNN in the Gulf War, what could they be cooking up in secret? I am totally convinced that if there is a potential to use HAARP in any way for any sort of secret testing on unsuspecting civilians, they will find it and do it. "During the last 50 years, hundreds of thousands of military personnel have been involved in human experimentation and other intentional exposures conducted by the Department of Defense (DOD), often without a service member's knowledge or consent. In some cases, soldiers who consented to serve as human subjects found themselves participating in experiments quite different from those described at the time they volunteered. For example, thousands of World War II veterans who originally volunteered to ' test summer clothing' in exchange for extra leave time, found themselves in gas chambers testing the effects of mustard gas and lewisite.
"Additionally, soldiers were sometimes ordered by commanding officers to 'volunteer' to participate in research or face dire consequences. For example, several Persian War veterans interviewed by Committee staff reported that they were ordered to take experimental vaccines during Operation Desert Shield or face prison.

Although the ultimate goal of those experiments was to provide information that would help U.S. military and intelligence efforts, most Americans would agree that the use of soldiers as unwitting guinea pigs in experiments that were not designed to harm them, at least temporarily, is not ethical.
"Whether the goals of these experiments and exposures were worthy or not, these experiences put hundreds of thousands of U.S. service members at risk, and may have caused lasting harm to many individuals. Every year, thousands of experiments utilizing human subjects are still being conducted by, or on behalf of, the DOD. At the time of this writing, (early 1998), over 28,000 Gulf War Veterans have died from Gulf War Syndrome (GWS). Hundreds of their spouses have also died. Hundreds of deformed children have been born as well. The DOD and the VA deny that GWS exists. In galling contempt for the intelligence of service members and the general public, the VA has insisted that GWS is a mental disorder!
"Uniformly, the VA gives Prozac and similar anti-depressants as the sole 'cure' for this 'non disease.' Researchers believe that these denials are made to prevent prosecution. The above Senate report makes it clear that the DOD violated the rights of, and knowingly endangered the lives of, American citizens, while serving in the Armed Forces. This is a criminal act, one that would have sent Nazis to the gallows."
"It should be absolutely clear that the Senate Committee found the DOD guilty, in administering 'investigational drugs,' largely without informed consent, of a knowing and deliberate violation of the Nuremberg Code. The DOD not only violated the code, but did it to the detriment of its own people, soldiers in uniform.
"If it cares so little for maintaining ethical behavior with its own, what chance have we civilians of being treated ethically?
"Additionally, evidence is coming forward which shows that chemical and biological weapons were used in the Gulf, despite official claims to the contrary. Many of these internationally banned toxins were supplied to the Iraqis by American firms with the knowledge, permission, and encouragement of the federal government, in criminal disregard for international law. Our soldiers were ordered to blow up stockpiles of U.S. supplied bio-toxins at the end of the war, unknowingly exposing themselves to hide the actions of criminals in Washington, D.C.
"Washington continues to deny the use of biological weapons in the Gulf to cover up its culpability."
