) Such is the price for exposing the crimes one has been subjected to as the target of government non consensual human experimentation since childhood, and other atrocities that such corrupted governments are furtively perpetrating against their own citizenry.

Since the early 1990s the Pentagon's covert use of its *HAARP facility in Gakon, Alaska, to manipulate weather patterns as part of the Department Of Defense's clandestine weather warfare program, is one the best examples of a government organization being able to manufacture artificially created "natural disasters" with complete anonymity, while affording the Pentagon the ability to utilize the concept of plausible deniability in these high-tech crimes.
* Given that sports-betting has become a multi trillion dollar a year business in the United States, imagine the ability to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event by using microwave energy weapons to remotely interfere with the performance of one team, while betting on the team they are playing against. This may be more common than you think.
In this author's opinion, the 2014 Americas Cup race was remotely interfered with through the use of HAARP technology, which was used to manipulate the wind currents on the race course that America's Team Oracle and the New Zealand team were competing on.
I believe that HAARP was used to create a situation in which Team Oracle was made the underdog, so that the technology could then be used to enable Oracle to come back from a huge deficit, in order to win the 2014 Americas Cup, while allowing those who carried out this deception, to profit handsomely from the longshot which they artificially created using HAARP technology.
In the more than 100 year history of the Americas Cup, no team syndicate has ever come close to winning the Cup after being down as many races as Team Oracle was, until the 2014 Americas Cup.
Who controls HAARP? The Pentagon.
The current "deep freeze" that the Northeastern portion of the United States has been experiencing for more than a month now, is most likely due to the clandestine use of HAARP technology. Furthermore, with this extremely frigid weather, the snow is not melting within a few days (the way that it usually would), but is instead remaining for much longer periods of time.
As such, it would only take a few more snowstorms to leave uncharacteristically high amounts of snow accumulation within our communities, which places more stress on the roofs of our homes, as well as those of other physical structures within our communities.
Trees are most certainly also at risk, which can result in downed power lines and the type of extreme delays in restoring power, that the Tri-State area experienced after the HAARP created "Super Storm" Sandy, hit Long Island in October of 2012.
In addition to this, on Long Island alone, the media recently reported that only six weeks into the 2014 Winter, snow plowing budgets have all but been used up.
Needless to say, if HAARP technology is indeed being used to intentionally cause these anomalous weather conditions, than 2014 may well be the coldest (and perhaps deadliest) Winter the Northeastern part of the United States has seen in decades.
If so, we can also expect to see a significant increase in the price of heating oil over the next few months, as oil companies attempt to take advantage of this situation.
** One must wonder if the ice storm of 1978, which crippled much of Long Island, NY, was the result of ELF geophysical manipulation of our weather? Within about 48 hours, Long Islanders experienced snow, followed by sleet, then an extreme drop in temperatures, followed by very high winds, which resulted in a large number of downed trees and myriad power outages, which lasted for several days.

* Even though Physicist, Dr. Bernard Eastlund, is credited with creating the HAARP system in Gakon, Alaska for the Pentagon, this technology is actually based on the wireless "broadcast power" research of Nicola Tesla a century ago; except that unlike Tesla, whose intent was to benefit humankind with this technology, the U.S. Military's interest continues to focus on using this technology as part of its Orwellian space based electronic warfare program.
It is also interesting to note that the cause of the 2007 death of Dr. Bernard Eastlund remains heavily suppressed.
Could it have something to do with the fact that *Eastlund was murdered by way of a technology that he helped the Pentagon to develop and refine for its own electronic warfare program?
* There are so many instances where government scientists have been covertly murdered once they've finished working on classified projects for the Pentagon, that one must give serious consideration to the possibility that the DOD may actually have a program in place in which to assassinate scientists (after they have completed their work on these programs) who are employed to work on government black ops programs, whose objectives would be considered by the American people, to be immoral and unethical.
As such, are these scientists murdered in a plausibly deniable manner in order to ensure that they will never be able to publicly expose these programs?
I often wondered if the founder of Cray Computer, Seymour Cray, was murdered for his knowledge of the computers he designed for Intel agencies like the NSA.
Cray died after sustaining a serious head injury, when his Jeep flipped over after being hit by another vehicle. Was this an accident, or a covert assassination of one of the most brilliant computer designers in history?
The following describes an early use of covert weather warfare technology, which was used to exploit ELF frequencies in order to manipulate weather patterns back in the late 1970s. This particular project, which took place in June of 1978, nearly destroyed the town of Phillips, Wisconsin.
It was the use of these very dangerous ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) waves, which would undoubtedly later give the Pentagon the idea to create a massive ionic heater (The HAARP antenna array in Gakon, Alaska), based on Tesla's earlier "free energy" research.
An phased antenna array which could be used to interfere with the normal high altitude jet stream patterns that since the creation of HAARP, have allowed for the types of anomalous storms we have seen in recent years; including Hurricanes Irene and Sandy, as well as the 2011 Tsunami which devastated certain parts of Japan.
Tesla would be outraged to learn that his brainchild has since been used to serve such a nefarious agenda, in which millions of people have been murdered as the result of HAARP's use to adversely manipulate global weather patterns; not to mention the Orwellian mind control experimentation that these weapons are being used to conduct via the EMF spectrum.
As a target of such Orwellian technology for nearly 40 years, as the result of an MK-ULTRA program which continues to be conducted via the EMF spectrum, this author understands the importance of alerting the general population in the United States (as well as the rest of this planet) to this egregious violation of basic human rights.
Moreover, no government, has the authority to decode the individual brain maps of its citizenry, much less to use such brain mapping for the purpose of non consensual human experimentation. Yet, we are finding that this atrocity is being reported by citizens living on every continent on this planet, including North America.
Apart from these extraordinary violations of the inherent rights of the citizenry, by a group of abjectly corrupted government officials who believe that it is within their purview to play the role of God with our lives, only the ignorance of the general population of this planet in regard to these atrocities, remains as outrageous as the Orwellian crimes themselves.
Many other countries are also using HAARP weapons to create these anomalous and oftentimes devastating weather conditions, including Russia; who's alleged to have smuggled some of Tesla's research out of the United States shortly after the inventor's death in 1943.
The following has been excerpted from Tim Swartz's book: "The Lost Journals Of Nicola Tesla."
"These Tesla transmitters create massive 'standing' ELF waves that form major high pressure blocking systems that change the normal high altitude jet stream pattern, force it to the north, and actually retard the normal flow patterns of incoming weather systems.
As far back as April, 1969, Spectrum, a publication of the prestigious Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, featured an article by Seymour Tilson which stated: "Workers in the field of atmospheric electricity and cloud physics have accumulated sufficient evidence to suggest that electric fields in the Earth's lower atmosphere play a critical role...perhaps the critical role...in the development and behavior of clouds that produces precipitation.
Mr. Tilson apparently was correct. Exactly one year after the start of the Russian Woodpecker, July 4, 1978, the U.S. Government conducted its own ELF weather experiment which created an enormous downpour of rain over six counties of northern Wisconsin. This ELF-generated storm generated winds of 157 mph and caused $50 million in damage, leveling Phillips, Wisconsin, and destroying several thousand acres of forest.
The first published alarm about Soviet weather control warfare came from Dr. Andrew Michrowski of PACE (Planetary Association for Clean Energy). In a published paper in 1978, Dr. Michrowski described how he had placed monitoring stations all across Canada and determined that 'the Soviets managed to establish relatively stable and localized ELF fields (over North America) which were able to hamper or divert the jet stream flow in the Northern Hemisphere.'
Several years later, Michrowski stated in a PACE Newsletter (Vol.4, #4):
'ELF fields... propagate vertically to the ground, creating 'standing waves'... that can redistribute energy and momentum in (atmosphere) through cumulus convection. It has been consistently noted that variance of the (Soviet) ELF transmissions leads to a subsequent change in the route of the jet stream flow in the Northern Hemisphere within 72 hours.
The 2/81 PACE Newsletter reported that the Soviets turned off their ELF Woodpecker signal for a brief period in 1980: 'During the two-week lull, the Northern Hemisphere's jet stream was normal ....... with the return of the Soviet ELF transmissions, the jet stream was deflected (again) by a persistent (high) pressure ridge extending from the Yukon to Arizona.'
Spurned on by the success of the Russian Woodpecker signal, the United States secretly activated the High Active Auroral Research Project, or HAARP.
Located in Gakon, Alaska, this Tesla-based U.S. Navy and Air Force ionospheric heater has been projecting tightly-focused beams of intense radio-frequency energy into the atmosphere for the past several years. This controllable radio wave is so powerful and electromagnetically charged that it can actually lift and heat the ionosphere.
Put simply, the apparatus for HAARP is a reversal of a radio telescope; antenna send out signals instead of receiving.
HAARP publicity states that the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program is mainly an academic project with the goal of changing the ionosphere to improve communications for our own good. However, other U.S. military documents put it more clearly - HAARP aims to learn how to 'exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes.'
The patents described below were the package of ideas which were originally controlled by ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company. APTI was the contractor that built the HAARP facility. ARCO sold this subsidiary, the patents and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems in June 1994.
E-Systems is one of the biggest intelligence contractors in the world - doing work for the CIA, defense intelligence organizations and others. $1.8 billion of their annual sales are to these organizations, with $800 million for Black Projects. E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon, which is one of the largest defense contractors in the world. In 1994 Raytheon was listed as number forty-two on the Fortune 500 list of companies. Raytheon has thousands of patents, some of which will be valuable in the HAARP project.
The twelve original patents are the backbone of the HAARP project, and are now buried among the thousands of others held in the name of Raytheon. Bernard J. Eastlund's U.S. Patent # 4,686,605, "Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth's Atmosphere, Ionosphere; and/or Magnetosphere," was sealed for a year under a government Secrecy Order.
The Eastlund ionospheric heater was different; the radio frequency (RF) radiation was concentrated and focused to a point in the ionosphere. This difference throws an unprecedented amount of energy into the ionosphere. The Eastlund device would allow a concentration of one watt per cubic centimeter, compared to others only able to deliver about one millionth of one watt. This huge difference could lift and change the ionosphere in the ways necessary to create futuristic effects described in the patent. According to the patent, the work of Nikola Tesla in the early 1900!s formed the basis of the research.
What would this technology be worth to ARCO, the owner of the patents? They could make enormous profits by beaming electrical power from a powerhouse in the gas fields to the consumer without wires.
For a time, HAARP researchers could not prove that this was one of the intended uses for HAARP. In April, 1995, however, other patents were found connected with a 'key personnel' list for APTI. Some of these new APTI patents were indeed a wireless system for sending electrical power.
Eastlund's patent said the technology can confuse or completely disrupt airplanes' and missiles' sophisticated guidance systems. Further, this ability to spray large areas of Earth with electromagnetic waves of varying frequencies, and to control changes in those waves, makes it possible to knock out communications on land or sea as well as in the air.
The patent continues with: 'Thus, this invention provides the ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in the Earth's atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art, particularly by detonation of nuclear devices of various yields at various altitudes.'
'It is possible not only to interfere with third party communications but to take advantage of one or more such beams to carry out a communications network even though the rest of the world's communications are disrupted. Put another way, what is used to disrupt another's communications can be employed by one knowledgeable of this invention as a communication network at the same time.' 'Large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction. Weather modification is possible by, for example, altering upper atmosphere wind patterns by constructing one or more plumes of atmospheric particles which will act as a lens or focusing device.'
'Molecular modifications of the atmosphere can take place so that positive environmental effects can be achieved. Besides actually changing the molecular composition of an atmospheric region, a particular molecule or molecules can be chosen for increased presence.'"
"Eastlund also notes NATO interest in modifying the weather for military advantage. In May, 1990 a NATO paper: Modification of Tropospheric Propagation Conditions, detailed how the atmosphere could be modified to absorb electromagnetic radiation by spraying polymers behind high-flying aircraft. Absorbing microwaves transmitted by HAARP and other atmospheric heaters linked from Puerto Rico, Germany and Russia, these artificial mirrors could heat the air, inducing changes in the weather. U.S. Patent # 4253190 describes how a mirror made of "polyester resin" could be held aloft by the pressure exerted by electromagnetic radiation from a transmitter like HAARP.
A PhD polymer researcher who wishes to remain anonymous told researcher William Thomas that if HAARP's frequency output is matched to Earth's magnetic field, its tightly-beamed energy could be imparted to molecules 'artificially introduced into this region.' This highly reactive state could then "promote polymerization and the formation of new compounds," he explained. The heat generation needed to modify the weather can be fostered by adding magnetic iron oxide powder to polymers exuded by many high-flying aircraft. Radio-frequency-absorbing polymers such as Phillips Ryton F-5 PPS are sensitive in the 1-50 MHz regime, HAARP transmits between two and 10 MHz.
HAARP's U.S. Air Force and Navy sponsors claim that their transmitter will eventually be able to produce 3.6 million watts of radio frequency power. But on page 185 of an October, 1991 "Technical Memorandum 195" outlining projected HAARP tests, there is a call by the ionospheric effects division of the U.S. Air Force Phillips Laboratory for HAARP to reach a peak power output of 100 billion watts. Commercial radio stations commonly broadcast at 50,000 watts.
Some hysterical reports state that HAARP-type technologies will be used to initiate weather manipulation, climate modification, polar ice-cap melting, ozone depletion, earthquake engineering and ocean wave control through deliberate undertakings that alter and distort our planet's delicate electromagnetic energy fields. However, instead of using this technology to destroy mankind, it now is clear that HAARP is being used to modify the weather to stop, or at least lessen, the effects of global warming in order to save mankind. Alternative 4 - the successor to Alternative 3 is now operational.
There is another factor now operating in conjunction with HAARP that has caught the attention of conspiracy writers around the world - the mystery of the 'Chemtrails.' It can now be revealed that this is the next phase of Alternative 4!"

In reference to the Pentagon's use of HAARP technology and my experiences with directed energy microwave weapons, as well as HAARP being what is essentially a version of Nicola Tesla's *broadcast power technology of a century ago, this author has oftentimes noticed that the evening sky over my neighborhood is what I would describe as an aquamarine blue color at dusk. I have only noticed this over the past decade along with a number of other strange phenomena, including what I would describe as the type of whooshing sound made by a large industrial fan occasionally coming from the woods behind our home in the middle of the night.
* I have wondered for quite sometime, given the Pentagon's access to HAARP technology, and its uncanny resemblance to the earlier research done by Nicola Tesla, exactly when it was that the U.S. Department Of Defense actually acquired this technology?
The father of the HAARP system in Alaska, Dr. Bernard Eastland, has never denied that the patents he was granted for this technology, in order to construct the HAARP phased antenna array system in Alaska, are based on Nicola Tesla's earlier research on free energy.
In fact, Eastland has publicly stated that the Pentagon's claims that the HAARP system is simply being used for scientific research are false, and that HAARP can in fact be used as a weapon of mass destruction.
Eastland obviously knows that some of the capabilities of the HAARP system involve electromagnetic warfare applications that in extreme situations are capable of destroying this planet, as well as its inhabitants.
Moreover, as for confiscating Tesla's research after his death in 1943, the FBI ordered that the remaining trunks containing his belongings (which had been stored in Tesla's room at the New Yorker Hotel), be seized and held by the Office Of Alien Property.
This request by the FBI seems strange, since Nicola Tesla had become a naturalized citizen of the United States by the late 1800s. Moreover, rumor has it that the FBI had thoroughly rifled through Tesla's belongings before they were alleged to have been stored at the OAP.
In this author's opinion, the FBI took any research that they found in Tesla's trunks, and may have given it to the U.S. Military, while then storing the remaining trunks with Tesla's personal belongings (such as clothing) at the OAP.
This would certainly explain HAARP's similarity to so much of Tesla's broadcast power technology, since the Military would have for all intents and purposes, stolen Tesla's technology after his death.
Tesla had a lavish lifestyle for most of his adult life, living in posh Manhattan hotels until his money would run out. While he was in the midst of selling the patents to more of his inventions, in order to raise capital for further research and his opulent lifestyle, Tesla would often be forced to sell some of his belongings to pay overdue hotel bills.
In other instances, his personal property would be seized by the these hotels, in lieu of monies Tesla owed them, and the property then auctioned off.
This would oftentimes result in some of the trunks which Tesla kept private items in, including scientific research papers he had been working on, being sold at auction to cover his indebtedness.
And this resulted in a significant amount of his research being scattered in a myriad of different locations. Far too often, those who'd purchased these trunks at auction, found that they had no use for the items they contained.
This leads us to wonder how much of Tesla's research may still be residing in an old trunk of his somewhere, and how much of this research may have simply been completely disgarded.
The following book was written by a man named Tim Swartz, in regard to much of the lost research of Nicola Tesla. In this book, Swartz makes reference to a man by the name of Dale Alfrey, whom Swartz claims purchased several trunks of Tesla's at an estate sale, only to eventually be accosted by three menacing looking men in black, who claimed that Alfrey had no right to the Tesla research papers which the trunks contained.
At first the book sounds like a typical sci-fi story of intrigue. However, when one understands the importance of Nicola Tesla to the technical world that we live in today, it makes perfect sense that the U.S. federal government would want to get their hands on any research papers that Tesla had ever written.
According to Swartz, after threating the safety of Alfrey, his wife and children, the men in black left his home.
However, when Alfrey returned to his study, he found that the trunks containing Tesla's papers were missing, and his computer's hard drive had been wiped clean.
This certainly sounds like something the federal government would do in an effort to destroy any remaining links to information that the government would want to keep for themselves.

We do know that years after they had been confiscated by the FBI, what remained of Tesla's belongings after the government agencies had scavenged through his research papers and inventions, was eventually sent back to his native country, where these items are today housed in a museum bearing his name.
This author also finds it of interest that in 1895, Tesla's Manhattan laboratory was destroyed when the building it was located in caught fire. Could the fire have been deliberately set in order to cover up the theft of much of Tesla's research on free energy at the time, and what Tesla referred to as "broadcast power" technology?
At the time of the fire, the media reported that it was of suspicious origins, even though no one had ever been arrested or charged with setting the fire.
Tesla's broadcast energy technology could be beamed through the air to provide everything from free wireless energy to the American people, to an electromagnetic defense system used to shield the United States from a foreign attack.
Is the Tesla based HAARP system in Alaska part of the Reagan Administration's Strategic Defense Initiative? What the media has since dubbed as "Star Wars" technology? And is HAARP the realization of Tesla's wireless broadcast energy paradigm, however, used with the intent of harming humanity; instead of promoting Tesla's dream of using this technology to protect and nurture the human race?
Over the years Nicola Tesla's genius has been the subject of many science fiction TV episodes, feature films, and even books. Even if Tesla, himself, was not mentioned by name.
For instance, Ayn Rand's 1957 novel, Atlas Shrugged, is said to have been inspired by the research of Nicola Tesla, with her main character, John Galt, being based directly on the man himself.
As for Tesla's research into broadcast power (the predecessor to today's HAARP technology and directed energy weapons), this author embedded an episode of the 1960's British TV series "The Avengers" on this blog a few years back, which focused on "broadcast power" being used as a weapon in which to murder people with complete anonymity.
Sounds a lot like the directed energy microwave weapons that this author and myriad other targets of non consensual human experimentation document on our blogs does it not?
I embedded the episode on this Website as an illustration of how the global military/intelligence complex uses the media to portray much of its classified technology as fiction, through sci-fi TV shows and feature films, in an effort to gauge the public's opinion to such technology, without this complex ever being forced to actually admit that the technology is real.

So are virtually all of the videos that this author embeds on this Blog in regard to government mind control technology (anything to do with Rothschild-Zionist Expositor, Eustace Mullins' superb writings), as well as TV programs and movies which I reference because of their use to display real government classified technologies in a fictional venue.

Especially given the technology's use in completely abrogating the American people's Constitutional protections under the 4Th Amendment, and with blogs such as my own, which extensively documents these outrageous government crimes, becoming more and more common on the Internet.
A few years ago I decided to do some research in regard to many of the science-fiction genre TV programs which I grew up with in the 1960s and '70s, and was surprised to find just how many of them actually focused on classified government technologies, which were presented in a fictional setting at the time that these programs were produced.
In this author's opinion, what this means is that the U.S. Military Intelligence complex has a secret agreement to share some of this technology with Hollywood, as long as it is presented within a fictional setting. This should come as no surprise given the CIA's infiltration of Hollywood in the 1940s and '50s, under Operation Mockingbird.
Nor should it come as a surprise that much of the CIA's infrastructure is based on the British Intelligence community's, which is said to have been the real catalysts behind the creation of the CIA and the rest of the U.S. Intelligentsia.
Rather than continue to have to remove these programs from YouTube every time I decided to embed them on this Website, the FBI instead chose to narrow the bandwidth on my Website so that videos embedded on this blog can no longer be viewed here.
Even though I have attempted to document FBI/NSA electronic tamperings with this blog since I started it in 2006, their daily sabotage of this blog is so extensive, that it has become impossible to document every one of these crimes.
This is both an infraction of my right to use this Website for my own personal use, as well as a furtive violation of my 1St Amendment rights. But then again, we are talking about the Nazi indoctrinated FBI here, which has a very long and disturbing history of completely disregarding the U.S. Bill of Rights, not to mention finding furtive ways in which to torture and murder American citizens who have been targeted for the FBI's COINTELPRO operations over the past century.
Perhaps that is why the FBI remains so popular with the American public? Sarcasm should be duly noted here. Especially for an organization that to this very day, is still absent the legislative charter which the FBI by law should have in order to legally operate in this country.
Moreover, given how unconstitutionally the FBI operates in the first place, this author can understand why the Bureau was created without a legislative charter, since a charter would have at least set certain guidelines for what the FBI can and cannot legally do.
At least theoretically, this would have prevented the FBI from being used as a secret police force by the Executive Branch of the U.S. federal government, which is essentially the FBI's primary function in the United States.
Moreover, regardless of how often the FBI has been publicly chastised by the Congress and media in the past for its Gestapo-type operations, the Bureau continues to do whatever they want, making up their own convenient rules as they go, while destroying the lives of those whose civil rights this organization attempts to completely abrogate.
The FBI's collusion in concealing the fact that the American have been brain mapped is just a further example of this.
Furthermore, and in spite of the FBI's outrageous violations of this author's 4Th, 5Th and 6Th Amendment rights, I can say with absolutely certainty, based on decades of being used as target of MK-ULTRA, that the U.S. federal government does have access to technologies which can be used to remotely enter the neural pathways of any American citizen's brain, without that person's knowledge or consent!
I just hope that at some point in the very near future the American people wise up to this and take the appropriate actions in which to take back their Constitutional rights.
Or they will find themselves the slaves of a fully implemented technocratic police state.
As for some of the other strange anomalies which this author continues to experience since I became a target of DOJ/DHS fusion-center-orchestrated, organized stalking in 2003, we are in a residential area without any factories or other large commercial buildings which would have such industrial fans, so the aforementioned "whooshing sound" I mentioned above, which occasionally occurs during the night, remains a complete mystery.
Over the past decade I have also noticed a strange siren-like sound which occurs from time to time. However, not the typical sound that one would hear being made by a fire department alarm, or coming from an emergency vehicle or police car.
If you've ever seen the 1970's movie *"The Stepford Wives," this siren sounds similar to the one used in the movie.
While this siren sound does not occur on a daily basis, it does occur fairly frequently. Moreover, its odd sounding pitch immediately attracts one's attention.
* Sounds like the type of mind control that has become prevalent across the United States in post 9/11 America *Perhaps now that I have written about this siren here, I will hear it more frequently?
As for the aquamarine colored sky which this author has noticed at dusk on many occasions over the past decade, this is very different from the normal blue color of the sky. And I have often wondered if this distortion of the color of the sky in the area above my neighborhood is the result of HAARP technology being broadcast through the air.
I also noticed this phenomenon on the night of March 22, 2013, just before seeing what I initially thought was a meteor fireball cross the sky directly over my home. The sky was definitely an aquamarine blue at the time that this fireball passed overhead.
I believe that it's quite possible that what I saw (and what many other people living on the East coast of the United States saw) that evening, was some form of plasma fireball created by HAARP technology. I also noticed that the fireball made what I would describe as an electronic hissing sound as it passed overhead.
