The FBI's Failure To Defend The Rights Of Americans Against Color Of Law Crimes & And Its Complicity In The Treasonous Attacks Of Myriad Americans

*The FEDS have hacked this post at least twice today, misspelling words, or deleting letters as a source of annoyance. I experience such types of gaslighting tactics dozens of times per day. And the venue for these attacks can be anywhere from my online accounts (such as Blogger), to telephone calls which are ostensibly made for one reason, only to be used as a psychological operation -- and everything in between.


The Greatest Scandal In US History
As the NSA's treasonous and Orwellian crimes against my person become known the world over, the fallout from this scandal is just the beginning. A scandal so tremendous that it will ultimately effect the lives of every American citizen and for that matter all citizens globally, given the threatening nature of the satellite based mind control technology which I have been documenting on this Website for nearly two years now.

There has never been, nor will there likely ever be a more scandalous situation than that which I am describing here. Nor one which will place in jeopardy a government so abjectly EVIL as that which has clandestinely taken over the United States and her people.

A situation so disturbing, that even the FBI (the agency that is used to hide such government crimes) will find it impossible to avoid the fallout from this situation.

Especially since there are now literally thousands of people from the United States and abroad who are documenting very similar situations to my own, and are dedicating their lives to expose these Orwellian crimes to the rest of the world.

Given this, the FBI now finds itself in a serious quandary, since they are well aware that the crimes which I document here, they themselves along with other federal agencies, have committed against me and the US Bill Of Rights; and for many years.

Simply put, I have the US Constitution and its Bill Of Rights on my side and the FEDS don't.

And I am NOT backing down, no matter what they do.

They are also most concerned that should this information some how find its way to the major news organizations, and be substantiated by myriad others, who are also corroborating John St. Clair Akwei's lawsuit against the NSA, that the flood doors will be opened, and the FEDS will no longer be able to hide their treasonous criminality from the public. Something which they have been doing all along.

I regularly hear certain triggers used by the people around me which are uniform in nature and obviously derived from one source: the FBI/NSA/DHS co-conspirators, who beginning with the FBI nearly three decades ago, sought to deny me my rights as an American citizen, by placing me into the NSA's infernal satellite tracking program. A situation in which I have not only been illegally spied upon for all these years, but also used as a target for non consensual human experimentation -- an unwitting target of mind control research.

To say that these federal agencies have left a trail of destruction in their wake since attacking my person, is a complete understatement. The truth is that they have absolutely devastated my beloved Family and many former friends, all of whom have in one way or another been compromised by the NSA's illegal satellite tracking of my person, in which I have (as outlandish as this may sound) been used as a spy camera in which to unwittingly transmit visual images of these people to the NSA; which has been consistently tapping into the visual cortex region of my brain for decades. The federal agents who have violated the rights of these people, as well as my own, should be thrown into prison for the rest of their miserable lives.

As for trigger words and phrases, one of the common triggers that the FEDS use with me is the word disaster. And they are right about that, since their livelihoods, reputations, and freedoms are now hanging in the balance. They are committing the most serious of crimes, and can't figure out what to do in their attack against my person, since this information is going to continue to be promulgated regardless of what they do.

It doesn't even matter if they kill me at this point, because this information is so outrageous and pertinent to every person on this planet, that there is no way that those federal agencies who are perpetrating these Orwellian crimes are going to survive these treasonous attacks on us, unscathed.

Absolutely no way.

These are the worst kind of criminals that we are talking about here. Those who are paid to enforce the US Constitution, and who have deliberately done exactly the opposite. They are taking great joy in tormenting my beloved family and self, and one way or another they are gonna pay for it.

And I can't think of a better way of paying them back for the irreparable pain and suffering that they have caused each of us, then to make certain that the entire US population learns of the NSA's treasonous and Orwellian use of its satellite based remote neural monitoring technology; and DEMANDS a FULL & INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION into the NSA, FBI and other despicably treasonous agencies of the US Intelligence community.

And if you honestly believe that the US Congress and its attempts to block such an investigation are any match for those adults who comprise much of America's 300,000,000 strong population -- an extremely infuriated group of American citizens looking for explanations as to why they have been turned into human lab rats -- than think again.

Especially when they learn for certain that their rights have been as blatantly and treasonously violated as those of us who now know that we have been used as NSA satellite prisoners for years.

They say that there is a reason for everything that happens. And this is the absolute truth. For those of us who have been attacked so viciously, it is quite clear that we were chosen because we have the tenacity to fight this battle in a way in which most people would have given up long ago. Instead, we continue to get stronger and stronger, despite being electronically attacked by these weapons, and subjected to the destruction of our reputations, relationships and health -- as well as being targeted by groups of organized stalkers on a 24 hour a day basis.

All this while the US Congress (with few exceptions) have virtually ignored our pleas for help.

However, as the majority of Americans eventually learn of their own government's mass deception of their persons, and technologies which are being used to commit out rightly treasonous crimes against them, the tide will turn here. And it will be the US Intelligence community that is looking for a lifeboat.

And the reason for this is obvious enough. It's all about money, and remaining electable.

Simply put, the US Congress will do anything to ensure that they keep their positions. Their history of kowtowing to the private interests who get most of them elected, while ignoring the needs of the American Proletariat, is more than enough proof of this.

And as the proletariat is awakened to what is being covertly done to them by the US Intelligence community, it will be this powerful group of people who places these US Intel criminals under a magnifying glass, while finally scrutinizing their criminal operations.

And as ironic as it may seem to the TI community, if the very communities who are presently perpetrating the organized stalking of our persons, learned that they were also being tracked by this system, we could create a pool in which to determine just how quickly they would join us and go after the very federal agencies who are presently organizing them against us.

Which is why we are going to eventually win this cold war. And the treasonists within this subverted government are going to lose it.

As for the FEDS use of triggers (which they quite literally take from the 250,000 or more hours of tape which the NSA has amassed through its illegal satellite tracking of my person) -- actual physical proof of the FBI/NSA conspiracy to violate my 4Th and 5Th Amendment rights -- how about the phrase "BIG TIME?" Especially since there was a time many years ago where a group of friends all used that term regularly. But I am sure that you folks at the FBI and NSA already know that.

Or in regard to yourselves, why not try this one?

Quite a fitting creature when describing you reprobates within US Intel and the poisonous ways in which you operate. You have a sense of entitlement about you, that you most certainly have no right to. But then again, you think that you have the right to use satellites and artificial intelligence computers to electronically rape men, women and children. We know you've done it to us, so don't even bother to deny it.

Perhaps I can just list the triggers which you will be using next, and save you some E-mails or phone calls to the TI community, in which to network out with these triggers. As if they have even made a difference.

All you have managed to do here is to waste the valuable time of some good people who are hurting terribly because of you, on one more of your own victims.

But then again, creating such divisiveness is one of your specialities -- like blowing up buildings and shooting down planes with missiles, or torturing government whistle blowers with psychological warfare and satellite based directed energy weapons; and all of the other sick and depraved stuff which you as the Americanized Gestapo community that you are -- get off on. The kind of "stuff" which you have subjected me to for years, and something which I will pay you back for, by using my 1St Amendment rights to expose you for the filthy, pathetic and cowardly miscreants that you are.

You have wronged my Family, self and myriad others, and you are going to pay for it.

And contrary to what you have the public believing, this is not some loon giving you a warning. This is someone who knows the crimes that you have committed against me,where your skeletons are hidden, and how abjectly dangerous you are to every person on this planet.

You should know better than anyone that people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones -- especially when they have a cemetary's worth of skeletons within their own closets!

And as for your profiling of people, take a good look in the mirror, because as a group you federal agents are the most horrifying thing that you will ever see. And the reasons why the FBI and other agencies of US Intel will eventually either be completely restructured, or completely abolished.

Something which should have happened many decades ago, given your complete disregard for the rule of Constitutional law in this country, as well as your hatred for the American people and our freedoms.

And the fact that you have stooped so incredibly low as to videotape Americans within the privacy of our own bedrooms and bathrooms, compounded by your use of satellites to rape us physically and psychologically, makes you and the rest of you federal and degenerate brethren in crime, the lowest form of scum on this planet. There is nothing that you won't do, including murdering people, just to cover up for your own crimes.

The US Intelligence community and the DOJ are nothing but a covert and extremely well financed criminal SINdicate (sic), that has through your use of black propaganda, hoodwinked the American people into believing that you are the protectors of this country; when in fact you are the real terrorists!

FBI Crimes Under COINTELPRO Immune From Prosecution

NSA/FBI Satellite Predators Free To Torture And Murder
In the NSA/FBI conspiratorial COINTELPRO attack of my person over the past 28 years, these agencies have perpetrated virtually every crime against me documented under Title 18 of the United States Code, Section 242, including denying me my rights as an American citizen, under the color and cover of law. So how is it that these agents have not only been allowed to get away with these federal and treasonous crimes against the US Constitution, but continue to commit them against my person and myriad others on a daily basis?

Perhaps there should be an exclusion clause included within the following law, which states that Title 18 does not apply to federal agents of the FBI or other Intel agencies, since from my experience, it is an anomaly when these agents ever get prosecuted for these crimes..

The average citizen in this country would be amazed at the extensive and treasonous crimes that FBI agents commit against American citizens on a regular basis, yet are never made accountable for. In fact the US Intel community continues to perpetrate the most outrageous of crimes while attempting to convince the public that they are protecting them.


They are NOT PROTECTING YOU!

US Intel's "idea" of protecting the public is to obtain as much information about us without our knowledge or consent as they can get away with. And the NSA's use of remote neural monitoring of the human brain (through computer to brain link via the Tempest and Echelon global satellite spy networks), means that these agencies want to electronically attach themselves to us so that they can become part of our lives 24 hours a day.

And I know this for a fact because I have been illegally spied upon by the NSA, which has used this system to remotely track me by the unique EMF field that my body emanates -- something which is coded into the NSA's data base -- most likely under my social security number.

And there is no question that if you are an American citizen, you are also coded into this system as the rest of us are, and may well be tracked right at this moment without your knowledge or consent. I was tracked in such a way for the better part of 23 years before I realized what was going on. And I believe that it's entirely possible given the emergence of the Illuminati's one world fascist government, that all American citizens are unwittingly having their EMF fields illegally tapped into by the NSA, and being satellite tracked and remote neural monitored 24 hours a day.

And if this is in fact the case, then you have a right to be just as furious as I am.

Aside from outright murder, this remote tracking of Americans by way of these satellites is the most serious crime being perpetrated against us under Title 18. However, the FEDS will never admit to the existence of this technology unless the American people force them to do so. And even then, they will deny that they have the ability to spy on Americans at any time.

Instead, we will be told that only *"terrorists" are being spied upon by this technology. Which will be another outright LIE by government agencies that are far more proficient at telling the public lies, than they are the truth.

* So does this mean that George W. Bush and Dick Cheney are under such surveillance? Because at this point in time, they are the world's two most notorious terrorists. And responsible for the murders of well over 1,000,000 people.

One thing's for certain. Regardless of how far they are pushed, the NSA will never admit that this satellite based spy system is also being utilized to target Americans for the sole purpose of remote forms of mind control experimentation.

Something which the FEDS are smart enough to realize would threaten their very existence.

So for the time being the agencies of US Intel remain completely immune from such prosecution, even when they commit the crimes of torture and murder (oftentimes done by way directed energy weapons, deployed by the NSA's satellite spy network). And for this reason, those of us who know for certain that this satellite network is being used for the most nefarious crimes ever documented, have no other choice but to expose the NSA for the criminal organization that it is.

Anything less, would make us complicit in the crime of treason.

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242
Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law
This statute makes it a crime for any person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom to willfully deprive or cause to be deprived from any person those rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution and laws of the U.S.

This law further prohibits a person acting under color of law, statute, ordinance, regulation or custom to willfully subject or cause to be subjected any person to different punishments, pains, or penalties, than those prescribed for punishment of citizens on account of such person being an alien or by reason of his/her color or race.

Acts under "color of any law" include acts not only done by federal, state, or local officials within the bounds or limits of their lawful authority, but also acts done without and beyond the bounds of their lawful authority; provided that, in order for unlawful acts of any official to be done under "color of any law," the unlawful acts must be done while such official is purporting or pretending to act in the performance of his/her official duties. This definition includes, in addition to law enforcement officials, individuals such as Mayors, Council persons, Judges, Nursing Home Proprietors, Security Guards, etc., persons who are bound by laws, statutes ordinances, or customs.

Punishment varies from a fine or imprisonment of up to one year, or both, and if bodily injury results or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire shall be fined or imprisoned up to ten years or both, and if death results, or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.


As Americans We Have All Been LIED To!
Based on what I have personally witnessed, the US Federal Government is now so abjectly corrupted that the only solution is a civil revolution. Because as it stands, the New World is here to stay. And its leaders are going to continue to tax your earnings by way of the IRS, and through a completely illegal system of taxation.

And the Bush Administration and which ever comes after it (provided that Bush and his cronies don't perpetrate another 9-11 on US soil before the next election) are going to continue to deceive you, while destroying what few rights you have left.

This is continuing to happen right under most of your noses, yet you have failed to recognize it!

Moreover, get ready to see the merger of Canada, Mexico and The United States into one country; a cashless society, which will be reliant on the corrupt Federal Reserve Bank counterfeiting cartel to allow its citizens to make their purchases through a system which the Federal Reserve maintains complete control over. All purchases will be made as credit and debit card purchases have been made for years.

However, you will no longer be able to have access to cash. And this will be problematic, because if the Federal Reserve decides for any reason to freeze your electronic bank account, you will not even be able to purchase the basic necessities in life, including food.

For the Illuminati New World Order, the watchword is: consolidation.

Consider how for decades now Americans have witnessed the consolidation of American companies that were gobbled up (Pacman style) by much larger ones. Or mergers between roughly equally sized companies which have been propagated. This is exactly the type of concept which will lead to the North American Union -- the merger of the USA, Mexico and Canada. A merger, that's right around the corner; like it or not.

And consider that we are dealing with a federal government that has so little respect for our rights that all they see the citizens of this country as are "cash cows" and "lab rats!" We are the fools! Because not only are we being subjected to the use of non consensual experimentation, we are financing this experimentation!

America has truly become the land of the lies. And she's not alone, since there are many other countries which have deceived their own citizens just as egregiously as we have been. With agencies like the FBI looking to cover up the crimes of criminal organizations such as the IRS and Federal Reserve Bank.
