Did Certain Branches Of The John Birch Society Play A Role In JFK's Assassination?

The above was a handbill circulated by the Texas chapter of the John Birch Society on November 21st, 1963. Not exactly a warm welcome for the 35th President of the United States. Moreover, at the time, the John Birch Society was looking to find someone to replace Kennedy as leader of the free world. The real issue here is were they so intent on seeing this change that they may have played a role in JFK's death? The following article addresses several key aspects of this issue. While there has been a myriad of speculation in regard to which organizations were behind Kennedy's death (the Federal Reserve Bank as well as the FBI and CIA rank at the top of this list), one thing is for certain -- with more than a million members -- the JBS was then, and still is a foreboding organization -- a serious force to be reckoned with. And that means a powerful influence on this government.
