Due Process Of Law Was Seriously Compromised Before The Attacks On 9-11 -- However The Patriot Act Has Now All But Nullified Due Process In America
This is especially important since the US Federal Government under the Bush Administration has now used the term "domestic terrorist" as a loophole for denying any American citizen their right to due process of law, since it opens up the possibilty of these citizens being illegally targeted by way of government operated audio visual satellites which can track them 24 hours a day while electronically recording their subvocalized thoughts.
The remote neural monitoring aspects of this satellite technology are the equivalent of having the police interrogating people of interest without the ability to contact their attorneys, and in many instances for years on end. And I should know since I am one of these people having had my civil rights violated in this way for nearly thirty years!
As a result of this type of illegal spying, over the course of decades, a targeted person can literally have billions of their thoughts illegally stolen from them in what is no less than a complete rape of the human mind, and precedent setting violation of our 5th Amendment right to avoid self incrimination. It is also clear that through its deployment of such outrageous technology the US Federal Government and in particular its Intelligence Community, no longer have any respect for the rights of the American people; something which is going to provoke a major reformation within this country in the future.
Furthermore, given the extensive use of spy satellites by US Intelligence, it is also readily apparent that these satellites are being deployed against millions of Americans at a time who are unwittingly subjected to protracted government fishing expeditions, while being watched no matter where they are, as their private moments and thoughts are routinely stolen from them.
And I don't care what this Government's excuses for doing this are -- civil and human rights violations this outrageous being perpetrated by Congress or any federal agency are not going to be tolerated.
That this situation exists in the present day on as large a scale as it does should cause concern for every person on this planet - not just the American people (the NSA, FBI, CIA and DHS are major offenders here).
And there's little doubt that as this information continues to be propagated, before too long there will be a confrontation brewing between the American people and the US Congress.
And there damn well should be.
Moreover, those who have been targeted for other types of non consensual cover research and human experimentation as well as organized stalking crimes, have also been denied our right to life, liberty and in many cases property, as well as the pursuit of happiness. And as such we have clearly also been denied our right to due process of law.
Furthermore, those within the US Government who have done so must be held accountable for these crimes, for if we fail to do so we will only allow for a furtherance of such Constitutional abuses, which must not be allowed to happen.
No American who has been subjugated to any loss of their freedoms at the hands of this government, without first being afforded the right to due process of law, should ever tolerate it. And we should not rest until those who have denied us this right are brought to justice. Therefore, we must collectively make certain to hold our officials responsible, since they have failed to enforce due process in our cases and in doing so have also allowed for these abuses to now be perpetrated against all Americans.
Due process
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In United States law, adopted from English Law, due process (more fully due process of law) is the principle that the government must respect all of a person's legal rights instead of just some or most of those legal rights when the government deprives a person of life, liberty, or property. Due process has also been frequently interpreted as placing limitations on laws and legal proceedings, in order for judges instead of legislators to guarantee fundamental fairness, justice, and liberty. The latter interpretation is analogous to the concepts of natural justice and procedural justice used in various other jurisdictions.
