If only this information applied to just the CIA. Unfortunately it concerns the entire US Intelligence community.

And the types of attacks that they use in their COINTELPRO operations are specially tailored to the persons whom they are targeting.

While no attacks are identical, there are common aspects to most all COINTELPROs. They are designed to destroy a person's spirituality, psychological well being, reputation, relationships and finances.

i.e. The FEDS use these protocols to decimate a targeted person's life.

The only aspect of these FEDS that is equal to the depravity that they deploy against those they target is the complete lack of empathy that they have for such targets.
