As it so happens, I have been driven by this radar operation more than once when I visited relations in the UK. So it could be used for more than listening in on PC's and other computers.

I agree with you, John. The NATO Governments have this entire planet wired.
We have the NSA's Echelon system, the networked GWEN Radar system,
and the HAARP attenna farm in Alaska, all used covertly to "mind control" the people on this planet.
It is just unfortunate that more people do not realize the sophistication of these systems, or the audio/visual satellites that the NSA, CIA, DoD and FBI have access to.
There is no longer any such thing as privacy anywhere in the world in this day and age.
Satellite based remote neural monitoring has even seen to it that privacy of thought no longer exists.
We are truly living in George Orwell's anti-Utopian nightmare, however the technology is so covertly deployed that few people realize it.
And what's worse, is the US Government's use of psychotronic weapons being actively deployed against its own citizens.
This has only further complicated the situation since this "mind control" technology may manifest itself by having citizens who are under its influence, functioning in ways that they would ordinarily not, yet have no idea that their thoughts are being remotely influenced.
It is a living nightmare.
Moreover, if those of us who have been subjugated to this technology state to the average person that our minds have been remotely influenced, they are likely to think that we are insane.
The painful reality is that we are quite sane, but dealing with tremendous adversity in attempting to expose this technology and the Nazi's who are subjecting us to it.
Julianne Mckinney once stated in a radio interview with Greg Syzmanski, that her belief is this technology is in someway going to be used to "mind control" the entire population on this planet.
And from what I have experienced and the completely bizarre occurences that I have seen first hand, I agree with her.
The real issue now is how do we get the truth out to the public when the FEDS are the ones who control the media?
