As a target of NSA mind control experimentation and the Agency's illegal satellite surveillance/predation of my person for more than three decades, this author has often wondered how it is that the NSA can instantly identify any American citizen, and then track that citizen via signals intelligence satellite for the remainder of their lives.
Based on the fact that each person's brain operates on a unique set (bioelectric resonance-entrainment frequencies) of EMF signatures, which are actually broadcast outside of the skull and into the ionosphere, all that is needed to track these frequencies, is equipment that can be used to identify them.
In essence, because the human brain acts as both a broadcasting device as well as a receiver, each person's brain can also be remotely accessed with the proper equipment, and any portion of the brain remotely targeted by accessing the specific entrainment frequency for a particular portion of the person's brain.
This enables two-way communication with the brain to take place; computer to brain interface, whether by direct means (placing electrodes on the person's head), or by indirect means via signals intelligence satellite networks like the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network. What NSA whistle blower John St. Clair Akwei has referred to as remote neural monitoring of the brain.
A signals intelligence satellite which is equipped with a super conducting quantum interference device can be used to track these minute EMF signatures which are emitted from the brain.
However, in order to identify one person's EMF signature from another person's, the NSA must first have these EMF signatures catalogued within its computer database.
This poses the question: how is the NSA able to obtain our brain's own unique set of bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies? As laypersons who do not have the luxury of knowing how the NSA accomplishes this, we can only speculate.
However, when an EEG is taken of a person's brain, this EEG represents a unique signature which can be used to identify that person from another person.
And if the citizens of all NATO member countries are in fact the subjects of some type of brain fingerprinting program, one must wonder if as newborns, we were each given an EEG prior to being released from the hospital?
If so, then one must also wonder for those who live in the United States, if this EEG scan was later collected by the NSA and catalogued into its database for the purpose of being able to identify us through the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network?

So it logically follows that the NSA would have to be able to distinguish one person's EEG waves from anothers. And this would mean that the NSA must already have the EEG brain scan of each American citizen catalogued into its computer database.
This poses the following question: Are American children being given EEG brain scans as newborns, and are these EEG scans being catalogued into the NSA's database so that they can be used to remotely track and keep tabs on each of us?
This explanation is as plausible as implanting RFID chips in newborns as part of a national satellite tracking network, which would be concealed under the cover of national security.
