The NSA's Ability To Remotely Scan The Brains Of All American Citizens Is Far Beyond That Of Farwell Brain Fingerprinting Technology
The following "Technological Citizen" article on fMRI brainscanning technology describes the remote reading of a person's mind in an fMRI machine, as being state of the art.
However, this is not true. The National Security Agency has been remotely reading people's thoughts for decades using a more sophisticated form of fMRI deployed via signals intelligence satellites, which has been used establish a set of biolectric/brain entrainment frequencies for each American citizen.
This set of frequencies can be used to electronically track a *person's own brain by its unique fingerprint (in other words, the NSA has secretly created a national brain fingerprinting network which can be used to instantly identify and track any any American citizen, as John St. Clair Akwei discusses in his 1992 lawsuit against the NSA).
* Long term targets of this brainscanning technology recount daily situations where thoughts they had had the day before are routinely discussed by the people around them, who are used as part of this psywarfare operation. The person's television programming becomes another venue for these attacks, since TIVO style delivery is used in the broadcasts of these programs, where the portion of a program or commercial which contains psychological triggers is set to be delivered the moment that the target of these crimes turns on their TV.
The psyop is continued as the person switches from one channel to the next, and a new set of psychological triggers is delivered via TIVO programming with every new channel that is accessed. Before this author gave up watching TV as a result of this particular venue for the FBI/NSA psyop against my person, I had found that hundreds of cable channels had been tampered with in the same way.
This indicates that this particular aspect of television programming is used on a significant number of men, women and even children who are targeted for these psychological warfare operations. The programs themselves are for the most part like anyother program in that they appear to be normal programming - except that a portion of the program that contains content that offers psychological trigger value, is frozen TIVO style so that the TI is forced to see this whenever they switch from one channel to the next.
However, the TI does not have direct access to this TIVO programming - instead they are forced to watch whatever the perpetrators of these psywarfare operations choose to deliver to their TV sets. As such, if you are a TI, it is probably best to avoid watching TV altogether. Even if you're not a TI, most of the programs available on TV in the modern day qualify as non programs, given their mindless and oftentimes frightening content.
A furtive attack on the psyches of the viewers. Watching old movies and TV programs prior to 1990 - when the cable companies became obsessed with filling the hundreds of available cable channels with anything that would remotely qualify as programming content - is a lot healthier for your psyche. Internet sites such as YouTube.com, DailyMotion.com and Hulu.com are just a few Websites that offer such alternative and desperately needed programming.
Moreover, some targets of these Intel psychological operations have actually reported two-way visual contact with the people whom they see on their TV screens. This author has experienced this to some degree, however, other TI's have reported actually conversing with the people they see on the screen. Whether this is being done through a standard TV or one that has been modified is open to question, since the electronic equipment being sold to the public today may have far more uses than the consumer market realizes.
An example of this would be the RFID tracking chips that are secretly embedded in many of the products for sale in the United States.

As for the National Security Agency's brain fingerprinting of the American people, how else can you explain the NSA's ability to, as John St. Clair Akwei has stated: "instantly identify any person in the United States and track that person 24/7, and instantly identify any person in public who approaches the targeted subject."
If the NSA can instantly track any American citizen via its Echelon spy satellite array, then the NSA has catalogued information on each American citizen that can be used to track that citizen without their knowledge or consent. This indicates some type of brain fingerprinting technology, which can be used to instantly identify one American citizen from another.
In other words, the electronic branding of an entire nation, done in secret by a federal government that is operating in a very different and disturbing way then it was created to.
"Though these scans are certainly amazing technologies that bring about much fruitful research, in general, we seem to currently overstate their ability to reliably identify thoughts and patterns in the brain. The scans are limited in and of themselves, from a technical standpoint, writes Norman Doidge: 'The current generations of brain scans… detect bursts of activity that last one second in thousands of neurons. But a neuron’s electrical signal often lasts a thousandth of a second, so brain scans miss an extraordinary amount of information,' he writes.
Editor's Note: What Norman Doidge appears to not understand is that the NSA's Signals Intelligence brain scanning technology is far advanced from the basic Farwell brain fingerprinting technology that is currently being presented to the American public.
However, the NSA's brain scanning technology is likely subject to similar problems, since it is impossible to differentiate between an act and a thought. For instance, if you think about something, the content of your thought may be just a thought, when the operators of this brain scanning technology may claim that the thought was the result of a prior act.
This inherent flaw in this technology will prevent brain scanning technology from ever being seen as a legitimate lie detector, even though it is vastly superior to the terribly flawed polygraph that the FBI has been using for decades.
Moreover, what is unfortunate is that John St. Clair Akwei's information regarding the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network has only been read by a fraction of the U.S. population, when this domestic spy program should have been common knowledge in the United States by now.
And would have been if Akwei had been allowed to pursue his lawsuit against the NSA in 1992.
Instead, John St. Clair Akwei has become another government whistleblower who's been attacked for exposing crimes committed by a federal government agency.
Akwei , has stated that in the past the NSA has tortured him through the use of electronic warfare technology, that is deployed via the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, in efforts to prevent him from refiling the lawsuit which former corrupt Judge, Stanley Sporkin, (A CIA asset and former general counsel to the CIA) was used to derail in 1992.
John St. Clair Akwei is one of the very few legitimate government whistleblowers whom the American people should be listening to.
Moreover, if the majority of the people living in the United States were familiar with Akwei's lawsuit, the U.S. Federal Government would be bombarded with American citizens demanding to know more about the NSA's domestic spying of their persons, and the classified technologies which remain hidden under the cover of the National Security Act.
The corporate government in Washington D.C. understands that they could never survive this scandal if enough of the American people knew about the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, and its use in spying on American citizens, while denying them their inherent rights under the U.S. Bill of Rights.
As such, how can any private citizen who knows about this government's covert brain fingerprinting of the American people not speak out in an effort to alert Americans to technology that is clearly being used to furtively enslave them?
This signals intelligence technology was designed with the express intent of spying on Americans without their knowledge, in order to circumvent the constitutional rights to privacy and due process of law, while using many Americans as unwitting targets of non consensual human experimentation.
Moreover, the fact that the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network can also be used to remotely implant thoughts into the minds of American citizens bespeaks the evil intent of this organization. The technology is being used to alter people's behavior, and to make them easier to control.
How desperate is the U.S. Intelligence community to destroy those of us who know about this technology, based on our own experiences as targets of it?
Desperate enough to fabricate evidence against us, while in many instances using brainwashing protocols and outright blackmail to control those around us who could testify to the Intelligence community's crimes against us, as well as its violations of their own inherent rights as American citizens.
Desperate enough to use secretive networks in which to slander us, circulate disinformation, including audio/video information which they claim is about us (much of which is likely fabricated via video-voice morphing technology), while doing everything possible to conceal some very ugly truths that we know about this government for a fact, that these agents don't want the general population in the United States ever learning of - much less ever being able to confirm.
That's what these smear campaigns are really all about - destroying any citizen who knows that the U.S population is living in a matrix of lies that continue to be used to lead them down an artifically created path to their own destruction. This is why the American middle class is being systematically dismantled by the hierachy in the United States corporation. They want to leave you destitute.
And while this would be a form of slavery, the fact is that slaves are considered to be chattel, and that as such, a monarchy is at least minimally responsible for their maintenance. As such, the American middle class is being treated even worse than a slave.
Moreover, the entire concept of due process of law under the 6Th Amendment, and the right for each American citizen to be secure in their persons and homes under the 4Th Amendment, has been destroyed under the Patriot Act.
Why do you think that the rule law has been disregarded here? Because it's the federal government who's committing these crimes under its authoritiarian rule; a government which refuses to answer for these crimes, or the classified technology being used to perpetrate them.
Instead, the federal government will use such coercive tactics to force those who could testify to this government's crimes, against those of us whom these crimes are being committed against - a clear case of suborning witness perjury, and complete perversion of the criminal justice system in the United States.
The U.S. Federal Government does not want to answer to our allegations, which is why virtually every target of this technology who has contacted a U.S. politician for help in ending these crimes, has been completely ignored.
The TI community has made many efforts over the past six years in which to educate U.S. politicians in regard to this technology, as well as to the vigilante hate crime organizated stalking, only to later find that most of these politicians already knew about these crimes, and were secretly endorsing them as part of the implementation of a world government agenda in the United States.
The result is that a number of men and women from the TI community have simply disappeared from this community, leaving us wondering what has become of them.
If in fact, they are even still alive.
The conspiracy which the federal government in the United States is getting away with here is the biggest cover up in regard to its own crimes against the American people in U.S. history. The concealment and denial of a national brain fingerprinting program which should result in the abolition of the current corporate government in Washington D.C., as well as the Nazi establishment which operates under the facade of the intelligence community in America.
A Nazi establishment created out of a covert CIA black operation in 1947 called Paperclip, which was used to smuggle Nazi war criminals into the United States, in order to create a new Nazi war machine under the guise of an intelligence community in America.
Most Nazis didn't die at Nuremberg as the American people have been told. They were instead relocated to America with the help of the CIA; yet another of the CIA's many atrocities against the human race.
As for those of us who acknowledge that the Nazi Holocaust was a reality, we also acknowledge that the outright attack on the U.S. Bill of Rights by this corporate government in Washington D.C. since its criminal and treasonous passage of the Patriot Act, is a prelude to a new holocaust in the last place the world would have expected.
