Government Sanctioned Electronic Harassment Victim Jesus Mendoza Exposes The FBI's Covert Use Of Electronic Warfare On American Citizens

Note: Thanks to recent NSA electronic sabotage, my computer's router is no longer functioning. And until I can repair or replace it, I will be posting on another computer from time to time. I am also being hit with myriad forms of directed energy weaponry. For most of the summer, I have experienced an acute shortness of breath (torture by way of directed energy weapons), which over the past week has "mysteriously" disappeared. In its place, my inner ear is being adversely affected by those within the NSA who continue to torture me with this technology.

I now find it difficult to stand for very long. Several weeks ago, in spite of the difficulty in breathing, I began to walk a few evenings a week to get some exercise. Of course, the minute I started to gain some benefit here, I began to notice that when I would begin my walk, at least one or two jets would pass over my home, and a short time later, there would be a pungent scent in the air which had an immediate adverse affect on my ability to breathe.

Now I must also deal with the difficulty in balancing myself with this recent case of *artificially induced vertigo. However, I will not allow this latest machination by the FEDS to dissuade me from moving forward in my exposition of their outrageous crimes against my Family and person. The most grievous attack on the Fourth Amendment in United States History.

*These electronic harassment attacks are myriad in nature, and can change quite literally with the flip of a switch. I believe that the NSA programs much of them in advance, so that from day to day a person targeted for such electronic warfare will never know what type of attack will be taking place from one day to the next.

For example, an electronic attack on your respiratory system can take place one day, and then on your heart, brain or other part of your body the very next. Thanks to the Pentagon's creation of the Dosimetry handbook (which has completely mapped out the electronic frequencies to every part of the human brain), the brain of any citizen is open to such attacks without their knowledge.

As the result of such a "HIDDEN EVIL" the FBI and NSA have demonstrated that in reality, the constitutional rule of law in America does not really exist; at least not any longer. However, most Americans don't realize this because they have never been subjected to a U.S. Intel COINTELPRO operation.

When targeted for such an illegal operation, the U.S. Intel community will violate all aspects of the Constitution and Bill Of Rights, while oftentimes setting remarkable precedents in the covert torture and oftentimes murders of their victims. I have been used by the NSA for non consensual human experimentation since roughly 1980, and covertly tortured by way of satellite based directed energy weaponry since the mid 1990's. I should also note that it was during this time that the FBI (who began perpetrating a COINTELPRO operation against my person in 1980) received permission from the Department of Justice, to use directed energy weaponry to covertly torture American citizens. A *TI by the name of Jesus Mendoza also confirmed this in his testimony which describes the long-term electronic harassment of his family and self.

In Court Documents, Federal Attorney Admits CIA Targeted Innocent Texas Citizen Who Is Also Being Targeted With Deadly Electronic Weapons

Jesus Mendoza. 52, recently filed his third lawsuit trying to get the U.S. government to cease and desist from using electronic weaponry on innocent citizens.

Leslie Oliver is being "cooked alive" and Jesus Mendoza is dying a slow "electronic death," as two more stories surface about torture and abuse at the hands of a totalitarian U.S. government using high-grade military weaponry against its own people.

Their stories of gang stalking and electronic harassment, by a U.S. government grown mad with power, add to a growing list of thousands of Americans who are desperately trying to alert the public about what they call "the perfect crime."

And it's called the perfect crime since electronic weapons are invisible while causing severe mental and physical damage on its target.

In response to the accusations, government officials claim to use electronic weaponry against only foreign enemies, but Mendoza, 52, of Mission TX, has uncovered shocking evidence in a lawsuit he recently filed that the CIA and NSA are authorizing the use of this weaponry against innocent Americans, including Mendoza.

"I have an admission from the federal attorney in the lawsuit I filed against the U.S. government that the CIA has targeted me and these weapons are being used against me and my family," said Mendoza,, in an extensive interview on Greg Szymanski's radio show, The Investigative Journal. Mendoza has filed three lawsuits against the federal government to cease and desist with the use of such weapons, two of the cases being dismissed while the third is still pending.

"I also have included in my lawsuit a sworn statement from an FBI agent who verified that he was ordered to use electronic weaponry on innocent citizens as a part of a government program," added Mendoza.

The FBI & NSA Collusion/Connection
If you are being targeted by an agency like the FBI in such an instance, the NSA will be called in to track you 24 hours a day by targeting the unique electromagnetic field which surrounds your body, and then videotape you regardless of where you are located -- including, and especially within the privacy of your own home.

In doing so, the FBI and NSA conspire to destroy your 4TH Amendment rights under the color of law -- perhaps the most serious federal crime they can perpetrate.

These agencies will also blackmail the families of those citizens whom they target, in order to prevent them from corroborating the targeted person's accurate accounts of such cruel and inhumane torture.

This practice of the FEDS is far more common than most Americans might imagine, given that the Congress and Department of Justice willfully aid and abet these crimes, while covering up for the U.S. Intel community.

This occurs while the citizens targeted for these crimes are again victimized through the FEDS' use of myriad forms of calumny, in order to dehumanize and discredit these citizens.

It is indeed a slick operation for the FBI and its brethren in crime, since these agents can wantonly slander these people without ever being challenged by them, while such defamation continues to take place in a vacuum, in which the targeted persons are met with complete denial that such crimes are even being perpetrated against them.

Such activities (albeit without the advanced satellite technologies that these agencies have access to in the present day)were common place in the 1930's under Adolph Hitler's Gestapo, and they continue to be propagated by the FBI, CIA, DHS , NSA and other agencies which operate clandestinely, and completely outside the rule of U.S. law.

For those being targeted for such COINTELPRO's, this wicked harassment never ends. And it is all the FEDs can do to keep their demonization of our persons going, in efforts to obscure their outrageous and vicious crimes.

However, it is these federal agencies that are complicit in a complete deception of the American people, as they deny what they have done, yet when cornered with irrefutable proof that they have committed such crimes, will no doubt attempt in the most pathetic of ways, to justify such crimes as spying on Americans within the privacy of their own bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as remotely tapping into their brainwaves in order to both remotely read and manipulate their sub vocalized thoughts.

These are the actions of Nazi's, and indicative of the complete decimation of the U.S. Constitution. In all likelihood, as has always been the case with such government tyranny, these abuses, if continued, will eventually lead to civil unrest -- and quite possibly another civil war within the United States.

The U.S. Intel community is expert in violating every aspect of the Bill Of Rights.

Something its agents appear to pride themselves on.

Moreover, the FBI, NSA, DHS and their provocateurs continue to attack my immediate family very aggressively in efforts to make me homeless -- a crime that has been taking place for nearly six years now. However, these federal miscreants can expect an even more aggressive campaign by myself to further expose their criminality, cruelty and complete acts of treason in the future.

Exposing these government criminals has quite literally become my raison d'etre.

Especially when considering their use as pawns by the New World Order. And thus subsequent threat to the freedom of thought which all Americans are entitled to by law, yet are being denied by these monsters; through the covert use of agencies like the NSA, and its electronic to computer brain link technology.

As I have said in the past, such abject violations of the rights any citizen in this country (or for that matter any country) must be fought aggressively -- and if necessary to the death, for if we don't fight to defend our rights we will most assuredly lose them.

I have no fear of these federal agents/criminals and they are well aware of it. They are also well aware that I have told the truth about the vicious crimes that they have committed against my Family, self and myriad others targeted for COINTELPRO and other forms of covert government operations, and that I will spend the rest of my days telling the public exactly what I know about these criminal agencies, in efforts to have them abolished.

I also promise not to disappoint the FEDS here, since they can count on me to match them every step of the way -- with one exception - my campaign in which to expose their crimes has always been completely legal and will continue to be. Their COINTELPRO is completely ILLEGAL, UNTEHICAL, IMMORAL and downright SICK -- and growing more so each day, as they unwittingly illustrate for the American people just how criminal and wanton their violations of both the U.S. Constitution and basic human rights are.

Moreover, given my aggressive promulgation of Akwei VS NSA over the past few years, the NSA's ability to remotely track Americans by way of their own EMF fields is no longer secret -- especially with many people now coming forward to corroborate this information as it is contained within John St. Clair Akwei's lawsuit against the NSA.

And this exposition is why the FBI and NSA ( in particular) have attacked me as aggressively as they have. They could not afford to lose the secrecy of this technology, yet have now done so. And in time, the American people themselves will be calling for the abolition of these agencies, as they begin to realize the complete threat that these Illuminati run organizations represent to both their privacy and safety.

The FBI and NSA are DANGEROUS ORGANIZATIONS that should be abolished!

There has never been, nor will there likely ever be a more scandalous situation in regard to the U.S. Federal Government, than the crimes that U.S. Intel is committing through the Echelon satellite tracking system -- the remote accessing of the brains of targeted citizens for the purpose of illegal spying as well as non consensual human experimentation.

Moreover, entire families are being destroyed by the use of this technology, and the U.S. Federal Government must be held accountable for such Orwellian brainwashing tactics.

This is truly the sickest government that we as Americans have ever been witness to. A government which in its abject cruelty and dishonesty, we can safely call a crime against humanity.
