Valerie E. Caproni Is Full Of Baloney
Valerie E. Caproni, general counsel for the FBI, and capo in the hierarchy within the FBI criminal syndicate, aids and abets the FBI in its day to day criminal operations, through the obfuscation of exculpatory evidence in criminal cases. And in certain instances, including the one regarding the terrorist attack on TWA Flight 800, Caproni committed treasonous crimes against the American people, by covering up the facts in such terrorist attacks, while in the process obstructing justice. Something people go to prison for doing.

So why has Caproni been allowed to get away with such outrageous crimes?

The following article by author John Cashill, describes how Caproni helped to sideline a legitimate investigation into the terrorist attack on TWA Flight 800, by removing the NTSB, and replacing them with the FBI. This was done so that the facts in the case could be completely disregarded, while the FBI fabricated its own evidence , and offered up what to this day is the most unbelievable explanation for the explosion of a jetliner in aviation history.

In this evil machination, the FBI ignored the eyewitness accounts of 270 Long Islanders who'd reported having seen two ground to air missiles being fired at TWA Flight 800, the first of which missed the aircraft, but the second of which struck and destroyed Flight 800.

"Dzakovic was given access to only 43 eyewitness statements. Of the 43 witnesses, 24 had seen what appeared to be a missile. He writes in September 1996, "Subsequently I heard that the FBI may have in excess of a hundred witness statements." In fact, by Aug. 20, the FBI had interviewed in excess of 700 eyewitnesses, 270 of whom had seen likely missiles. At this stage, even with the FAA, the FBI was being coy."

The Department Of Justice and FBI LIED. But Why?

Both Caproni and the FBIs' conduct were so outrageous, that FAA Agent Bogdan Dzakovic reported that there was something anomalous occurring with the FBI's investigation of the doomed airliner, and sought to learn exactly why the agency had replaced the NTSB, whose purview it was to investigate the Flight 800 disaster.

Caproni had been told to do so by the Clinton Administration, fearing that because it was an election year, reporting the crash of TWA Flight 800 as being the result of a terrorist act, would have resulted in negative consequences for Bill Clinton, who was at the time running for his second term in office.

In reality, the investigation into the downing of TWA Flight 800 was a cover up from the moment that the FBI took it over, and to this day the real facts behind this terrorist attack, like those of 9-11, have never been reported by the US Media. A prime illustration of how the media in this country is totally controlled by the US Intel community, and used for the purpose of disinformation, in order to keep the American people ignorant of what is really occurring in this country.

And this particular travesty of justice occurred under the Bill Clinton criminal (syndicate) administration in 1996.

Dear Chairman Kean,

Al Salzenberg of the 9-11 staff suggested I write you a letter to express my dissatisfaction with the progress of the 9-11 Commission.

On or about Feb. 20, I talked to Mr. Salzenberg at some length about one very specific concern I had with the commission. I was impressed with the time he gave me and the fact that he seemed, at least, to take my information seriously.

My concern was with the presence of former Clinton Deputy Attorney General Jamie Gorelick on the commission. Immediately after the crash of TWA Flight 800 in July 1996, Justice Department attorney Valerie Caproni fully ignored existing statutes and gave the FBI power over the National Transportation Safety Board in the management of the investigation.

In a stroke, as I explained to Mr. Salzenberg, the Clinton Justice Department hermetically sealed the investigation and silenced the independent voices of the NTSB. Ms. Caproni could not have acted on her own authority. As the "political officer" equivalent in the Justice Department, Ms. Gorelick likely orchestrated this takeover – one that all parties now acknowledge to have been illegal.
