*Patrick Keefe certainly seems to understand the NSA's covert and illegal methods of operating. However, given its illegal use of Americans (and possibly citizens from many other countries)for non consensual human experimentation, the situation has gone well beyond that of mere criminalty. The NSA's crimes have exceeded those of constitutional violations and treaded so far into those of human rights, that there's now a title wave of controversy heading its way.
