The FEDS Again Block A Post Of Mine Attempting To Educate A Person In Regard To One Of Their Mainstream Frauds

I should note here that I had no problem posting to this person's right wing Website when my information was of a fairly generic nature. In fact I was able to post twice.

However, when I attempted to post the following information my post was blocked from going through, given that this woman's Website gets a decent amount of Web traffic and the FEDS don't want what I posted below to be promulgated on a heavily trafficked site.

The FBI, NSA and Homeland Security have routinely done this every time I attempt to post on heavily trafficked Websites given that they are attempting to prevent my information from circulating on a wider scale. Their blocking my attempts to do so also constitutes one of the most outrageous violations of the 1st Amendment ever documented. I will just add this one to the ever growing list that I have and continue to compile.

And this once again proves that the only way the FEDS can operate is to LIE, CHEAT, AND STEAL in order to get what they want. And what they clearly don't want is the truth regarding the IRS and Federal Reserve Bank frauds being publicized.

** Note, later this evening I again attempted to post this message and this time it was allowed to go through. However, these blockings have regularly occurred for the past three years and there is no guarantee that it will stay there. I have also checked the traffic on Amy's Website and it is not nearly as heavily visited as I thought -- only roughly 5800 hits rather than the significantly higher visitations of Websites like those of the Independent Media Center Websites.

Perhaps this is the reason that the FEDS are not so concerned. Then again, there is no guarantee that this post will stay up since the FEDS routinely remove so many of them.

And when situations like this one occur they are done in efforts to damage my credibility. However, more than two solid years of journaling on a daily basis documents a steady pattern of abuse by the FEDS -- one which is irrefutable proof of the COINTELPRO being illegally waged against me.

On a separate issue, were you aware that the Federal Reserve Bank is not owned by the US Federal Government, but instead privately owned?

And were you also aware that it was created as the result of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 which was improperly ratified by Congress? The truth is that a few senators were bribed to do so, while the rest of Congress had gone home for the Christmas Holidays.

Were you also aware that the IRS is operating illegally since in 1897 the US Supreme Court ruled that the wages of the American worker were considered to be private property and as such not subjected to an income tax?

Did you also know that there have been at least 25 separate cases within the USA where men and women who had been arrested for tax evasion (for not filing a 1040 income return) were exonerated in court, because juries could not find a law authorizing the IRS to levy an income tax on their wages? There is NO such law.
Even several former IRS agents including a man named Joe Banister quit his job with the IRS when they could not show him the law authorizing it to levy an income tax on Americans.

Banister quit his job and began traveling the country telling Americans that the IRS was operating illegally and that they did not have to pay a federal income tax.

The IRS arrested him for fraud. And you know what happened?

A jury also exonerated Joe, because there is NO LAW authorizing the IRS to impose a federal income tax.

Title 26 of the IRS tax code merely states penalties if you fail to file an income tax -- however no law which is to be enforced.

And the IRS tax code is completely irrelevant since in 1913 the Supreme Court ruled that the 16Th Amendment conferred no new powers of taxation on Congress.

Moreover, it clearly states with the IRS tax code that "filing a 1040 income tax return is voluntary compliance." This means that you don't have to file one if you don't want to.

This documentary is a watershed event in US History which is going to eventually do away with the IRS and Federal Reserve Bank, as the collective American population learns of the "great deception" that has stolen trillions of dollars from them since 1913.

Also checkout Ed and Elaine Brown's standoff with the FEDS up in Plainfield, New Hampshire.

The Browns were wrongfully convicted in absentia to 5 years in prison based on tax evasion, in which the judge in the case refused to allow the Brown's to bring in the Supreme Court ruling of 1897.

This court acted on lower court rulings. However, the lower courts are supposed to be in compliance with the Supreme Court at all times, so how is it that lower court rulings can supersede the Supreme Court?

They can't. At least not Constitutionally.

This is an incendiary issue which is going to result in a tax revolution in this country.

However, please don't take my word for all of this. You can easily find this information for yourself, which I am certain -- given its import -- you now will.

And then go out and tell the world about the fraud that this government really is.
