When Science Fiction Becomes Reality -- Brain Entrainment By Way Of Satellites & Artificial Intelligence Super Computers
Having just completed Dr. Nick Begich's book entitled "Controlling the Human Mind --The Technologies of Politicial Control or Tools for Peak Performance," I have decided to discuss some of the most pertinent aspects, excerpting areas that I believe to be important to all people on this planet. In particular, I have covered information that pertains directly to the types of mind control technologies that the US Federal Government is now using to exploit the American people by illegally electronically accessing our minds.
I have a vested interest in doing so, since the FEDS who've perpetrated these precedent setting crimes against me for more than a quarter of a century are now working covertly to destroy my credibility in efforts to neutralize me -- a common tactic that they have historically used to prevent those whom they've committed precedent setting crimes against from being able to obtain justice. The main component in this type of subterfuge is to create and maintain through the media and anyother useful venues, a series of LIES which the FEDS can then use to obfuscate the situation. The more confusion they are able to create, the better the chances are that they can -- through such a deceptive smokescreen -- misdirect the public's attention away from themselves and into a venue which can then be used to propagate and perpetuate their black propaganda.
As for Dr. Begich's book, it is a seminal work in that it discusses areas of the human mind that need to be more deeply researched in regard to how the brain is affected by way of outside influences -- in particular the use of myriad frequencies pulse microwaved into the brains of those people targeted for this illegal and non consensual experimentation, in order to entrain them so that they function in a specific way.
There's no question that certain types of brain entrainment can be beneficial to those undergoing such techniques (enhancing their abilities to learn and think critically -- microwave hearing for the hearing impaired etc.), provided that they are made aware of them and consent to such empirical experimention. However, when a person is subjugated to such technology without their knowledge or consent as many TI's (including myself) have been, there is no question that this technology poses a great danger to our freedom of thought and the creativity which is a result of such thought. And just as important, how each of us will evolve over the course of time, having had our thoughts covertly manipulated.
Dr. Begich acknowledges that the US Government's industrial/military complex is involved in the use of such weapons against the people of this country, and has abused said technology for their own immoral, unethical and nefarious means, utilizing unwitting American citizens as non consensual human experimentees.
There's also no doubt that in its efforts to weaponize space, this government has plumbed a new low for itself, through the illegal deployment of such technology. The real issue is just how deep does this conspiracy go, and how many of us does it concern?
According to reports by such credible people as John St. Clair Akwei, a former NSA employee and whistleblower against the NSA, the ability to monitor every American citizen by way of the unique invisible biolelectric field that surrounds each of our bodies, can be accessed by the NSA at anytime (without our knowledge or consent), and used as a tracking device in which we can be spied on by NSA satellites and artificial intelligence computers, which record everything that we say, do, and think 24 hours a day, for our entire lives. Akwei was fired from his job at the NSA when he discovered that this agency was using this technology to illegally spy on Americans (the NSA is not authorized to arbitrarily spy on Americans -- it is against its charter -- It must go through the secret FISA court do so and then only if it can prove that the person to be placed under surveillance has connections with international terrorists -- the NSA must prove that the threat must exist outside of this country.).
Consequently, John Akwei soon found himself being targeted by the NSA's illegal activities, subjected to its directed energy technology, and experiencing what many others targeted for such crimes (myself included) have come forth to report by way of the Internet. The first six pages of his lawsuit (a most compelling document which can be accessed at the link below) describe this technology in great detail; technology that absolutely decimates any notions of privacy that we as Americans once thought we had. Technology which is an absolute abomination to all Americans and our constitutional republic, in that it can be used to invade not just the privacy of our space, but also that of our own minds.

The following are some of the most interesting excerpts from Dr. Begich's book. This author does not impress easily, but I was truly astounded by much of what I read in his book. I should also state that some of the technology that Dr. Begich believes is in the process of being implemented in regard to mapping out (blueprint) the human brain was actually completed long ago; the results of which are no doubt being used in further exploration of ways in which to manipulate human brainwaves, and hence our thoughts and actions.
"A research publication commissioned by the Air Force - Radio Frequence Dosimetry Handbook -- described these models in time to meet the schedules they had put forward in 1982. The book gives the mathematics for calculationg the dosages (Dosimetry) of radio frequency radiation necessary to cause changes in animals and humans. The book compiled research spanning five decades, and contains a bibliography which is 29 pages long. In 1996 it was the only book of its kind available on the subject in the world. This book, and more importantly the research behind it, forms the matrix of thought and theory for the finest electromedical devices for healing yet contemplated. However, this military research is not being used to heal; it is being used to develop better methods of killing."
"One of the principle reviewers of the Radiofrequency Radiation Dosimetry Handbook for the Air Force was Dr. Herman P. Schwan. Dr. Schwan was also the largest contributor to the book, having two full pages of his work alone cited in the bibliography. His basic research is being used for the development of military hardware for use by the West. His employment in this effort is another case of the 'military means justifying the military ends.' An interesting aside to this individual's history includes his work in Nazi Germany during World War II, where he worked in scientific laboratories.
