Tonight A Meteor-Like Object Passes Very Close To Earth - Was It A Real Meteor Or A Manmade Object Created Through HAARP Technology?

As I was taking a walk earlier this evening I heard a whooshing sound and saw a brightly colored aqua marine light in the sky, just before what appeared to be a meteor shot through the sky heading towards the Southwest.
My *initial impression was that regardless of what it was, the luminous object must have been close to the Earth, given that I could hear it as it passed overhead. My impression was later confirmed when I saw that this evening's news mentioned that hundreds of people had reported seeing a meteor fireball in the skies over the Northeastern part of the United States tonight.
*It is entirely possible that what many Americans living within the Northeastern part of the United States witnessed this evening was not a meteor at all, but instead, some form of plasma fireball created by HAARP technology. *See the following quote by retired Lt. Colonel Tom Bearden, in regard to how these HAARP plasma fireballs are created. What is frightening about these artificially created fireballs is that the Pentagon could direct them toward a heavily populated area in the United States, such as Manhattan, and the media would report that NYC was devastated by a meteorite.
"They will go through anything. What you do is that you set up a standing wave through the earth and the molten core of the earth begins to feed that wave (we are talking Tesla now). When you have that standing wave, you have set up a triode. What
you've done is that the molten core of the earth is feeding the energy and it's like your signal-that you are putting in-is gathering the grid of a triode. Then what you do is that you change the frequency. This author has seen many meteors in my lifetime, however, only once before did I actually see one that I could hear make a sound as it was shooting through the sky, and that was in the late 1960s.
For those who believe in the possible existence of the *Planet X of Zecharia Sitchin's Earth Chronicles' series of books (and there are a myriad of us who do), one must wonder if many of the anomalies that we are seeing on Earth at the present time, are being caused by this planet's gravitational pull on the Earth, as it approaches our planet.

There's no question that HAARP technology is responsible for many of the man-made disasters (which on the surface appear to be nature-related) which we have seen over the past decade, including devastating storms like Hurricane Sandy.
However, what if there is a legitimate supernatural component to these phenomena? If the Planet X of Zecharia Sitchin's Earth Chronicles does exist, could it also be contributing to these phenomena?

Theoretically, the American people have the power to force this government to end the Star Wars Initiative program that was started under the Reagan Administration in the early 1980s, and which now includes the covert mind control weapons' programs that this govermment is secretly using on a significant number of American citizens, under the cover of national security.
However, given the clandestine nature of these programs and the ability for those who oversee them to fund them through black budgets - derived through criminal operations such as drug and human trafficking - even if the Congress was forced to end these programs, the military intelligence complex would simply go underground with them, like the CIA did when Congress forced the Agency to officially shut down its MK-Ultra mind control program.
Of course, those of us who are the targets of a modern day version of MK-Ultra, now conducted through the electromagnetic spectrum, and by way of signals intelligence satellite networks which use artificial intelligence computers and EEG heterodyning in which to interface these computers with the neural pathways of our brains, realize that there is no effective way of shutting down these programs without exposing the people who are responsible them.
These programs are a complete perversion of the technology developed by scientist Nicola Tesla a century ago. * Tesla's intent was to use this electromagnetic technology to benefit the human race - not to destroy it.
* In the 1920s Nikola Tesla contacted the U.S. Federal Government claiming that he could construct an electromagnetic shield around the United States which would protect this country from a dirigible attack. Tesla also realized that it was only a matter of time before missiles would be developed, which would make his electromagnetic shield even more pertinent to the defense of the United States.
Tesla saw the future before the rest of the world did. He also had a vast understanding of how the electromagnetic spectrum operates, and how he could utilize certain frequencies within the EMF spectrum to develop technology which would benefit human kind.
This Government's leadership at the time turned Tesla's offer down because they did not want to spend the $2 million dollars that Tesla required to construct his invention. Two million dollars even in the early 1900s was a paltry sum next to the billions of dollars which were spent by the U.S. Military in those days.
However, this is further proof of how brilliant and far ahead of his time Nikola Tesla was, and how short sighted the military was at the time.
Moreover, were he alive today, Tesla would certainly find repugnant, how his brainchild has been completely perverted by this government, to harm humanity, instead of enhancing its existence on this planet.
Furthermore, and at least hypothetically speaking, if Planet X
(otherwise known as Nibiru) truly does exist, and is headed towards Earth, then the Earth's population will be helpless to prevent Nibiru from devastating our planet.
That is, unless this government already maintains the technical means in which to protect the Earth and its inhabitants from such a cataclysmic event, since it's clear from their development of microwave energy weapons, that it was Tesla's research which they have stolen, in order to create these weapons. As such, could the HAARP antenna arrays that are presently being used to cause geophysical manipulation of our weather, and the subsequent disasters that are taking place around this planet, instead be used in a positive way to protect the Earth from such a catastrophic event, as that described by Zecharia Sitchin regarding Nibiru's return trip through the Milky Way Galaxy?

*"The Lost Journals Of Nikola Tesla." Given the vast numbers of new UFO sightings being made on a regular basis, this author wonders how many of these craft are legitimate UFOs, flown by extraterrestrial biological entities, and how many are either reverse engineered aircraft built with alien technology, or flying disc craft based on the design of Dr. T. Townsend Brown, and the antigravity propulsion system designed by inventor Nicola Tesla a short time before his death in 1943?
That is in regard to the physical UFO craft seen in our skies, and not the holographic images of UFO craft that are projected into our skies via holographic projectors, and as part of NASA's protracted Operation Blue Beam "End Of Times" false flag operation.
After Dr. Brown first tested his scale model flying discs in the 1950s, which were powered by an antigravity propulsion system designed by Nicola Tesla, Brown found that the more voltage he used to propel these discs, the more closely they approximated the behavior of UFO craft. When Brown increased the voltage being used to power one of these scale models by a significant margin, the disc began to travel at such intense speeds, while defying the traditional laws of gravity, that the Military immediately classified Brown's research, and has yet to release it to the public more than fifty years later.
Moreover, to this day none of this information has ever been published by a peer reviewed scientific publication which is available to the general public in the United States, which should give the reader an idea of the importance of both Nicola Tesla's antigravity propulsion system and its application to the scale model UFO-like aircraft Dr. Townsend Brown constructed.

The following are excerpts from the book: "The Lost Journals Of Nicola Tesla" By Tim Swartz. There are several excerpts regarding this work, denoted in quotations, followed by commentary by this author.
"Early in 1952 Brown had put together a proposal, code named Project Winterhaven, which suggested that the military developed an antigravity combat saucer with Mach-3 capability. The 1956 intelligence study entitled Electrogravitics Systems: An Explanation of Electrostatic Motion, Dynamic Counterbary and Barycentric Control, prepared by the private aviation intelligence firm, Aviation Studies International Ltd., indicates that as early as November 1954 the Air Force had begun plans to fund research that would accomplish Project Winterhaven's objectives.
The study, originally classified Confidential, mentions the name of more than
ten major aircraft companies which were actively involved in the electrogravitics
research in an attempt to duplicate or extend Brown's seminal work. Additional
information is to be found in another aviation intelligence report entitled: The
Gravitics Situation. Unfortunately, due to the militaries TOP SECRET classification, Townsend Brown's work has not appeared in any physics or science publications that can be accessed."
It is clear from the above statements, that the U.S. Military wants to keep this technology for themselves, and will continue to refuse to share it with the American people.
Imagine being able to own an automobile that was able to power itself by harnessing the electromagnetic field around it. The American motorist would no longer have to rely on the *traditional methods of fueling their automobiles, while in turn, saving billions of dollars each year in fuel bills.
* The same could be said for powering the heating systems in our homes based on a similar
system.
Instead, the gas powered vehicles still being offered by automobile manufacturers around this planet cater to the oil industry and its monopoly on fossil fuels, as do the oil burning furnaces that are still found in most homes, as well as commercial and industrial building complexes.
"In the early 1900's, Dr. T. Henry Moray of Salt Lake City produced his first
device to tap energy from the meta-frequency oscillations of empty space itself.
Eventually Moray was able to produce a free energy device weighing sixty pounds
and producing 50,000 watts of electricity for several hours. Ironically, although
he demonstrated his device repeatedly to scientists and engineers, Moray was
unable to obtain funding to develop the device further into a useable power station
that would furnish electrical power on a mass scale. Like Tesla, Moray had run
afoul of those who had an 'energy monopoly' and were not willing to share."
There's little doubt that this is the reason why Nicola Tesla (and men like aforementioned Dr. Henry Moray) continues to receive such short shrift in the history books, while a number of his far less talented contemporaries, including Thomas Edison, continue to be wrongfully praised for their so called scientific genius.
If Tesla had gotten his way, we'd all be off the fossil fuel commercial energy grid by now, instead using his free energy technology to power our homes and automobiles.
"When asked if it was more powerful than the Crooke's radiometer, he answered, 'Thousands of times more powerful.' Tesla claimed that from the
electric potential that exists between the elevated plate(plus) and the ground
(minus), energy builds in the capacitor, and, after a suitable time interval, the
accumulated energy will manifest itself in a powerful discharge.
Unfortunately, this invention, like so many others that Tesla claimed near the
end of his life, allegedly never was developed. At least it was never developed
publicly. When he died, there were in all, the approximate equivalent of a railroad
boxcar load of Tesla materials confiscated by the government, from around four
different storage locations.
Of this, a total of only about 150,000 documents were released to Tesla's
Yugoslavian relatives, now held by the Tesla Institute in Belgrade. These
documents and old models, primarily of a historical nature, comprise most of the
published Tesla materials of the institute.
A huge volume of documents and models were retained by the Custodian of
Alien Properties in an unclassified state, because the government's experts had
declared that none of it was worth classifying.
From 1943 until 1945, when, following the arrival of the Nazi scientists and the
secret war files of Nazi Germany, acquired under Operation Paperclip, officials
from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base hurried up to the warehouses of the
Custodian of Alien Properties, and took possession of all the documents and other
materials, all which were classified at the highest level.
The remainder of Tesla's papers in government hands are still classified. There
are literally tons of notes, documents, drawings, and plans, as well as the over
twenty boxes of still missing Tesla material. The government distributed false
rumors that Tesla never kept notes, which was a blatant lie.
To this day, there is no way of knowing whether or not Tesla's cosmic ray
motor was practical or not. However, evidence found in Tesla's lost journals
seems to indicate that free energy is possible and within the framework of known
science.
Richard (Scott) McKie designed and tested in 1991 a small model of a Power
On Demand MODule. The circuitry invokes Tesla's theories of electron flow,
resonance, and magnetism, combined with modern theories on high frequency
electronics and radio antennas to generate power directly, without the inefficient
conversion of energy from other sources."
Tesla was far more interested in using his scientific genius to benefit humankind, than he was in financially profiting from it.
He was also so far ahead of his time and his peers that more than seventy years after his passing, the average person can still barely understand Tesla's contributions or their significance to the 20Th and 21St centuries, or how many of his inventions they continue to use each day.
As an illustration of this pervasive ignorance, and the intent by those in power to ensure that such ignorance in our society remains, to this day Thomas Edison is credited with inventing the generator which powers Niagara Falls, when it was in fact Nicola Tesla who designed this generator. Just another example of Rothschild Zionism's perversion of American history and our educational system.
Tesla for all of his genius, died penniless, because he was an altruistic man and inventive genius, not a businessman.
Moreover, unlike his contemporaries, much of Tesla's research, including that which involved "broadcast power," is still being used in the modern day for classified government warfare programs such as HAARP, which would have Tesla turning over in his grave.
The HAARP system controlled by the Pentagon and designed by *Dr. Bernard Eastlund, is based on Tesla's earlier research on broadcast power.
* Even though physicist, Dr. Bernard Eastlund, is credited with creating the HAARP system in Gakon, Alaska for the Pentagon, this technology is actually based on the wireless "broadcast power" research of Nicola Tesla a century ago; except that unlike Tesla, whose intent was to benefit humankind with this technology, the U.S. Military's interest continues to focus on using this technology as part of its Orwellian space based electronic warfare program.
It is also interesting to note that the cause of the 2007 death of Dr. Bernard Eastlund remains heavily suppressed.
Could it have something to do with the fact that Eastlund was murdered by way of a technology that he helped the Pentagon to develop and refine for its own electronic warfare program? And after Eastlund himself had publicly stated that HAARP could be used as a weapon of mass destruction, thereby blowing the Pentagon's cover of claiming that HAARP was simply being used for academic purposes, in order to study the ionosphere.
* There are so many instances where government scientists have been covertly murdered once they've finished working on classified projects for the Pentagon, that one must give serious consideration to the possibility that the DOD may actually have a program in place which is used to covertly assassinate scientists (after they have completed their work on these programs) who are employed to work on government black ops programs, whose objectives would be considered by the American people, to be immoral and unethical.
As such, are these scientists murdered in a plausibly deniable manner in order to ensure that they will never be able to publicly expose these programs?
I've often wondered if the founder of Cray Computer, Seymour Cray, was murdered for his knowledge of the computers he designed for Intel agencies like the NSA.
Cray died after sustaining a serious head injury, when his Jeep flipped over after being hit by another vehicle. Was this an accident, or a covert assassination of one of the most brilliant computer designers in history?
Had Tesla come along fifty years after he did, there's little doubt that he would not have been able to patent many of his inventions, based on the conspiracy of a well established industrial complex, to collude to deny an American citizen their inherent right to patent an invention of their own, if the creation of that invention and its wide application may damage the financial security of such organizations.
The U.S. automotive establishment's conspiratorial attack on Preston Tucker and the Tucker Motor Company remains one of the best examples of monopolism in the United States.
Tucker built a better a car, the U.S. automobile industry did want to spend the money necessary to improve their automobiles so that they would be competitive with Tucker's, so they used whatever criminal means were necessary to put him out of business.
One must wonder more than a half a century later, how successful Elton Musk will be with his Tesla electric line of automobiles? The fact that Tesla's company has a market capitalization of roughly eight billion dollars, while the company itself has yet to turn a real profit, has this author wondering if Tesla has made some important contacts with highly placed individuals in this country, who may have a vested interest in seeing the Tesla capture a small, yet significant slice of the global automobile market.
As for the conspiracy by these monopolists to prevent an innovative business person from obtaining a patent for a unique creation of their own, the following excerpt from "The Lost Journals Of Nicola Tesla" is a further illustration of this:
"Does there exist a conspiracy to suppress free energy devices - like the
suppression that confronted Tesla with his free-energy receiver? There is the
possibility that there is a collection and network of vested interest groups that
seem to tightly band together for mutual financial survival.
The actions taken by any of these groups may be completely independent from
the others. As well, some sort of control and suppression in the press seems very
evident. Ken MacNeill published in 1983 a very disturbing article entitled
"Insights into the Proprietary Syndrome," in which he points out that over 3,000
patents have been suppressed!
Two historical events are worth including here regarding possible suppression
and inability to commercialize free energy devices. These are the Over-Unity
Device of T. Henry Moray, and the Hindershot Motor. Both of these devices
were publicly demonstrated to the US press in the 1930s, and carefully conducted
tests were made to assess these devices.
From the newspaper reports and clippings, it appears that both devices passed
all tests, only to fall into oblivion. What exactly happened to the devices, their
inventors, and the technology is not known. It also appears that the secrets of the
devices died with their inventors."
It is interesting to note that amongst his many achievements, Nicola Tesla spoke more than once of being the subject of extra-terrestrial visitors, who claimed to have once occupied the planet Earth, and whom prior to having left the planet, chose to seed it with intelligent inhabitants of their own creation, who would act as caretakers of this planet.
This indicates the type of genetic manipulation through gene splicing, that would have resulted in the creation of the human race. And if this is the case, then such a startling realization of the genuine roots of humanity, would, for all intents and purposes, completely discredit each of the formalized religions which have come to dominate the belief systems of the human race over the past few millennia.
Something that the late author of the Earth Chronicle series, Zecharia Sitchin, spoke of in regard to his claims that a race of extraterrestrials called the Anunnaki, were actually responsible for the creation of the human race.
This author has long believed that whilst Sitchin's research may have been lacking in a number of areas, the basic premise behind Sitchin's written works - that the human race was created by an alien race perhaps millions of years ago - is true.
Perhaps Nicola Tesla's accounts of such visitations by alien races more than a century ago, are indicative of what can only be described as a future paradigm shift for the planet Earth, in which its earlier inhabitants will again claim this planet for themselves (if they haven't already).
If this is indeed the case, then we must wonder what will become of the human race - in particular the masses - since it would appear that Rothschild Zionism's investment class has already planned in secret for this future subversion of our planet and humanity, by negotiating their own arrangements with these other-worldly beings, in order to at least temporarily ensure their own future survival.
If this ultimately turns out to be the case, then it will most certainly clarify why organizations like the Pentagon and NSA have been used to electromagnetically enslave our civilization, through the decoding of our individual brain maps; in an attempt to brand each of one us through domestic surveillance systems such as Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Networks and HAARP over the horizon radar systems.
It would also explain the respective governments of each of our nations' preoccupation with mind control research, and their non consensual human experimentation of our persons, in a concerted effort to destroy our free will to defend both ourselves and our countries, through the furtive imprisonment of our own brainwashed minds.
"Nikola Tesla became aware early in the 20th century that the planet was heating
up, so much so that by the first decades of the 21st century, Earth would be almost
uninhabitable for the human species. Tesla's source of information was the weird
voices he was picking up off of his specially modified radio receiver.
These mysterious voice broadcasts were the outcome of Tesla's initial research
into strange radio signals he picked up during his experiments at Colorado Springs
in 1899.
By now, Tesla had improved his receiving equipment to enable him to
pickup voice broadcasts. However, these voices were being heard on frequencies
that were suppose to be unable to carry these kinds of transmissions, but they were

Tesla wrote that these voices were of men from other worlds - men who had
lived on Earth sometime in its prehistoric past, had developed the technology to
colonize nearby space and were still interested in the inhabitants they had left
behind. These men had colonized the planet Mars as well as maintaining bases
on the moon. Others of their kind had gone deeper into space, out of our solar
system altogether to explore the galaxy.
It had been decided that the Earth was to become a reserve so to speak, to allow
nature to take its course and new species to evolve and fill the niches left vacant
by the departure of its first inhabitants. However, some things were not left to
nature alone. The first men decided to leave behind remnants of themselves in the
form of our early ancestors. Tesla's description of the re-seeding of planet Earth
with intelligent hominids sounds very much like genetic manipulation.
This could explain why reports of UFO occupants, who claim extraterrestrial
origins, look so much like us. The majority of contacts with beings who step out
of UFOs all agree on their human-like appearance. With very few exceptions, all
alleged extraterrestrials possess very human features. One head with two eyes a
nose and a mouth, two arms, two hands with five fingers, two legs and feet. Many
have been reported to be so human in appearance that they are indistinguishable
from normal humans. Maybe this is because they are human - the first humans.
Of course, Tesla died before the modern UFO wave, but his descriptions of his
purported extraterrestrials bear an uncanny resemblance to our UFO occupants."
"It is amazing to consider that Nikola Tesla, sometime in the 1920's first wrote
in his personal journals his thoughts concerning the buildup of greenhouse gases
in the Earth's atmosphere. These gases, caused by manmade and natural
pollutants were to eventually cause the planet's overall temperature to increase to
such a point that the polar icecaps would melt, flooding the coastlines. As well,
weather patterns would change dramatically bringing about fierce storms,

So, while the name Alternative 3 may have been nothing more then the
imagination of a clever television writer - the basic premise, that the greenhouse
effect caused by air pollution would make human life on Earth extremely
hazardous, is probably correct. And Nikola Tesla allegedly first came across this
disturbing information while monitoring late into the night, mysterious voices on
his specialized receiver.
Tesla theorized that the planet's developing pollution problems were being
closely monitored by extraterrestrials who were studying Earth and its inhabitants.
Tesla was indecisive on whether or not these intelligence's were hostile, friendly
or indifferent. He had no clear-cut evidence that the information he had been
receiving was factual - in fact, Tesla often wrote that if it were not for the unusual
way that he was getting this knowledge, he would have dismissed it long ago as
the ravings of a madman. Nevertheless, Tesla was intrigued enough to devote
most of his later years to research and inventions based on the voice transmissions
he was receiving from his Martials.
Some researchers have attributed Ronald Reagan's Space Defense Initiative to
a branch of Alternative 3. This special project was using a portion of its black
budget to build a space based weapon system to be deployed not against Soviet
nuclear missiles, but instead, to a perceived threat against hostile extraterrestrial
forces.
In Genesis Revisited, Zecharia Sitchin maintains that the world's leaders
'...have been aware for some time, first, that there is one more planet in our solar
system and, second, that we are not alone.' He claims that only this knowledge
can explain the incredible changes in world affairs that have been taking place
with even more incredible speed."
Dr. T. Townsend Brown and Electrogravitics
"The idea of using high voltage electricity as a means of propulsion is not new.
Tesla laid the groundwork in the late 19th century which was then continued by
such notables as Thomas Townsend Brown, who discovered in 1923 what was
later called the Biefeld-Brown Effect.
Thomas Townsend Brown, was a physics student of Dr. Paul Alfred Biefeld at
the California Institute for Advanced Studies. Brown noticed that when he had
two plates carrying high voltages of direct current separated by a dielectric, the
negative electrode moved by itself in the direction of the positive plate. In other
words, Townsend Brown discovered that it is possible to create an artificial gravity
field by charging an electrical capacitor to a high-voltage.
He built a special capacitor which utilized a heavy, high charge-accumulating
(high K-factor) dielectric material between its plates and found that when charges
with between 70,000 to 300,000 volts, it would move in the direction of its
positive pole. When oriented with its positive side up, it would proceed to lose
about one percent of it's weight.
He attributed this motion to an electrostatically-induced gravity field acting
between the capacitor's oppositely charged plates. By 1958, he had succeeded in
developing a 15 inch diameter model saucer that could lift over 110% of its
weight. Brown's experiments had launched a new field of investigation which
came to be known as Electrogravitics, the technology of controlling gravity
through the use of high-voltage electric charge.
As early as 1952, an Air Force major general witnessed a demonstration in
which Brown flew a pair of 18 inch disc airfoils suspended from opposite ends of
a rotatable arm. When electrified with 50,000 volts, they circuited at a speed of
12 miles per hour.
About a year later, he flew a set of 3 foot diameter saucers for some Air Force
officials and representatives from a number of major aircraft companies. When
energized with 150,000 volts, the discs sped around the 50 foot diameter course
so fast that the subject was immediately classified.
Interavia magazine later reported that the discs could attain speeds of several
hundred miles per hour when charged with several hundred thousand volts.
Brown's discs were charged with a high positive voltage, on a wire, running along
their leading edge and a high negative voltage, on a wire, running along their
trailing edge.
As the wires ionized the air around them, a dense cloud of positive ions would
form ahead of the craft and corresponding cloud of negative ions would form
behind the craft. Brown's research indicated that, like the charged plates of his
capacitors, these ion clouds induced a gravitational force directed in the minus to
plus direction.
As the disc moved forward in the response to its self generated gravity field, it
would carry with it its positive and negative ion clouds and their associated
electrogravity gradient. Consequently, the discs would ride their advancing gravity
wave much like surfers ride an ocean wave.
Dr. Mason Rose, one of Townsend's colleagues, described the discs principle
of operation as follows: 'The saucers made by Brown have no propellers, no jets, no moving parts at all. They create a modification of the gravitational field around themselves, which analogous to putting them on the incline of a hill. They act like a surfboard on a wave. . . the electrogravitational saucer creates its own hill, which is a local distortion of the gravitational field, then it takes this hill with it in any chosen direction and at any rate.'
'The occupants of one of [Brown's] saucers would feel no stress at all no matter
how sharp the turn or how great the acceleration. This is because the ship and its
occupants and the load are all responding equally to the wave-like distortion of the
local gravitation field.'
Although skeptics at first thought that the discs were propelled by more
mundane effects such as the pressure of negative ions striking the positive
electrode. Brown later carried out vacuum chamber tests which proved that a
force was present even in the absence of such ion thrust.
He did not offer a theory to explain this unconventional electrogravitic
phenomenon; except to say that it was predicted neither by general relativity nor
by modern theories of electromagnetism. However, recent advances in theoretical
physics provide a rather straightforward explanation of the principle.
According to the novel physics of subquantum kinetics, gravity potential can
adopt two polarities, instead of one. Not only can a gravity field exist in the form
of a matter-attracting gravity potential well, as standard physics teaches, but it can
also exist in the form of a matter repelling gravity potential hill.
Moreover, it predicts that these gravity polarities should be directly matched
with electrical polarity; positively charged particles such as protons generating
gravity wells and negatively charged particles such as electrons generating gravity
hills. Thus contrary to conventional theory, the electron produces a matter-repelling
gravity field. Electrical neutral matter remains gravitationally attractive because
of the proton's G-well marginally dominates the electron's G-hill. Consequently,
subquantum kinetics predicts that the negative ion cloud behind Brown's disc
should form a matter repelling gravity hill while the positive ion cloud ahead of
the disc should form a matter attracting gravity well.
As increasing voltage is applied to the disc, the gravity potential hill and well
become increasing prominent and the gravity potential gradient between them
increasing steep. In Rose's terminology, the craft would find itself on the incline
of a gravitational hill. Since gravity force is known to increase in accordance with
the steepness of such a gravity potential slope, increased voltage would induce an increasingly strong gravity force on the disc and would act in the direction of
the positive ion cloud.
The disc would behave as if it was being tugged by a very strong gravitational field emanating from an invisible planet sized mass positioned beyond its positive pole. Early in 1952 Brown had put together a proposal, code named Project Winterhaven, which suggested that the military developed an antigravity combat saucer with Mach-3 capability. The 1956 intelligence study entitled Electrogravitics Systems: An Explanation of Electrostatic Motion, Dynamic Counterbary and Barycentric Control, prepared by the private aviation intelligence firm, Aviation Studies International Ltd., indicates that as early as November 1954 the Air Force had begun plans to fund research that would accomplish Project Winterhaven's objectives.
The study, originally classified Confidential, mentions the name of more than
ten major aircraft companies which were actively involved in the electrogravitics
research in an attempt to duplicate or extend Brown's seminal work. Additional
information is to be found in another aviation intelligence report entitled: The
Gravitics Situation. Unfortunately, due to the militaries TOP SECRET classification, Townsend Brown's work has not appeared in any physics or science publications that can be accessed.
Article Reveals Government Research
Because of the influence of such pioneers as Tesla and T. Townsend Brown, the research and development of antigravity devices has been ongoing for a number of years. The June 1957 issue of Mechanic's Illustrated featured an article by G. Harry Stine entitled: Conquest of Space. Stine, the Chief of Navy Range Operations at White Sands Proving Grounds, makes it perfectly clear that the military was extremely interested in antigravity research. There is a good chance that the rocket will be obsolete for space travel within 50 years.
Some of us have been concentrating on the development of the rocket as the possible power plant for outer space propulsion. We've fired a lot of rockets and we've proved that they will work well in outer space. We've also learned a lot about what's out there by using rockets. And probably we will take the first few faltering steps into space with rocket power plants.
But recent discoveries indicate that the spaceship of the future may be powered by anti-gravity devices. These, instead of using brute force to overcome gravity, will use the force of gravity itself much as an airplane uses the air to make it fly.
Sir William Crookes, the English scientist who developed the cathode-ray tube we now use for television, made extensive investigations of levitation phenomena - a field that once belonged to vaudeville magicians. Scientists, reasoning that if they believed
his reports of weird green glows in vacuum tubes they should also look into Crookes' levitation studies, have been making slow but steady progress.
Others have been investigating the fields of gravitic isotopes, jet electron streams, and the mechanics of the electron shells of atoms. Townsend T. Brown, an American investigator, has gone even further than that. There are rumors that Brown has developed a real antigravity machine. There are many firms working on the problems of antigravity - the Glenn L. Martin Co., Bell Aircraft, General Electric, Sperry-Rand Corp. and others.
Rumors have been circulating that scientists have built disc airfoils two feet in diameter incorporating a variation of the simple two-plate electrical condenser (capacitor), which charged to a potential of 50,000 volts, has achieved a speed of seventeen feet per second with a total energy input of fifty watts.
A three-foot diameter disc airfoil charged to 150 Kilovolts turned out such an amazing performance that the whole thing was immediately classified. Flame-jet generators, making use of the electrostatic charge discovered in rocket exhausts, have been
developed which will supply charges up to 15 million volts. Several important things have been discovered with regard to gravity propulsion. For one, the propulsive force doesn't act on only one part of the ship it is pushing; it acts on all parts within the
gravity field created by the gravitic drive. It probably is not limited to the speed of light.
Gravity-powered vehicles have apparently changed direction, accelerated rapidly at very high g's and stopped abruptly without any heavy stresses being experienced by the measuring devices aboard the vehicle and within the gravity-propulsion field. This
control is done by changing the direction, intensity and polarity of the charge on the condenser plates of the drive unit, a fairly simple task for scientists.
Sounds incredible, doesn't it? But the information comes from reliable sources. We are licking the problems of gravity. Indications are that we are on the verge of tapping a brand new group of electrical waves which link electricity and gravity. Electronic
engineers have taken the electrical coil and used it as a link between electricity and electro-magnetism, thus giving us a science of electromagnetic's which in turn has given us such things as radio, television, radar and the like.
Now, gravity researchers seem to think that the condenser will open up the science of electrogravitics. Soon we may be able to eliminate gravity as a structural, dynamic and medical problem. Although we will probably use rocket power to make our first explorations into space, the chances are now pretty good that this will not always be the case. In 50 years we may travel to the moon, the planets or even the stars propelled by the harnessed forces of gravity.
If this seems fantastic, remember that the rocket and the idea of a trip to the moon was fantastic twenty years ago. Fifty years ago the idea of commercial air travel was utter nonsense.
With gravitic spaceships, we may travel to the moon in less than an hour, to the planets in less than a day or to the stars themselves in a matter of months. We may be able to do it in absolute comfort without the problems of zero-gravity or high accelerations.
The idea of the rocket becoming obsolete is not a happy idea, particularly when so much work has been done on rockets. If a better method comes along, why shed tears? After all, our basic goal is to travel and explore in space and it doesn't make much difference
how we do it.
Is Antigravity Already in Use?
Recently an article appeared in Jane's Aviation Weekly that stated the B-2
Stealth Nuclear-Strike Bomber is in fact, currently using an electrogravitic
propulsion system. Paul A. LaViolette has done considerable study on the use of
electrogravitic technology by the U.S. Air Force, which has conducted secret
Black Project research on the matter since late 1954.
LaViolette contends that electrogravitics may have been put to practical use in
the B-2 Advanced Technology Bomber to provide an exotic auxiliary mode of
propulsion. This conclusion is based on the recent disclosure that the B-2 charges
both its wing leading edge and jet exhaust stream to a high voltage.
Positive ions emitted from its wing leading edge would produce a positively
charged parabolic ion sheath ahead of the craft while negative ions injected into
it's exhaust stream would set up a trailing negative space charge with a potential
difference in excess of 15 million volts.
According to electrogravitic research carried out by Tesla and T. Townsend
Brown, such a differential space charge would set up an artificial gravity field that
would induce a reactionless force on the aircraft in the direction of the positive
pole.
An electrogravitic drive of this sort could allow the B-2 to function with
over-unity propulsion efficiency when cruising at supersonic velocities. On March
9, 1992, Aviation Week And Space Technology magazine made a surprising
disclosure that the B-2 electrostatically charges its exhaust stream and the leading
edges of its wing-like body.
Those familiar with the research of Tesla in the early 20th century will quickly
realize that this is tantamount to stating that the B-2 is able to function as an
antigravity aircraft. Aviation Week obtained their information about the B-2 from
a small group of renegade west coast scientists and engineers who were formerly
associated with black research projects.
In making these disclosures, these scientists broke a code of silence that rivals
the Mafia's. They took the risk because they felt that it was important for
economic reasons that efforts be made to declassify certain black technologies for
commercial use.
Two of these individuals said that their civil rights had been blatantly abused
(in the name of security) either to keep them quiet or to prevent them from leaving
the tightly controlled black research and development community. Although the
scientists mentioned nothing about electrogravitics in their Aviation Week
disclosure about the B-2, they did admit to the existence of very dramatic,
classified technologies applicable to aircraft control and propulsion.
They were especially hesitant to discuss these projects, noting that they are
very secret. One of them commented: "Besides, it would take about 20 hours to
explain the principles, and very few people would understand them anyway."
Apparently what he meant is that this aircraft control and propulsion
technology is based on principles that go beyond what is currently known and
understood by most academic physicists. That is with the exception of two
geniuses who developed the original ideas for high voltage electric drives decades
ago.
It must be also considered that the B-2 is now no longer the only aircraft to use
such technologies. Since that time an entire generation of black budget secret
aircraft may have been developed with electrogravitic systems."

As I was taking a walk earlier this evening I heard a whooshing sound and saw a brightly colored marine aqua light in the sky, just before what appeared to be a meteor shot through the sky heading towards the Southwest.
My *initial impression was that regardless of what it was, the luminous object must have been close to the Earth, given that I could hear it as it passed overhead. My impression was later confirmed when I saw that this evening's news mentioned that hundreds of people had reported seeing a meteor fireball in the skies over the Northeastern part of the United States tonight.
*It is entirely possible that what many Americans living within the Northeastern part of the United States witnessed this evening was not a meteor at all, but instead, some form of plasma fireball created by HAARP technology. *See the following quote by retired Lt. Colonel Tom Bearden, in regard to how these HAARP plasma fireballs are created. What is frightening about these artificially created fireballs is that the Pentagon could direct them toward a heavily populated area in the United States, such as Manhattan, and the media would report that NYC was devastated by a meteorite.
"They will go through anything. What you do is that you set up a standing wave through the earth and the molten core of the earth begins to feed that wave (we are talking Tesla now). When you have that standing wave, you have set up a triode. What

This author has seen many meteors in my lifetime, however, only once before did I actually see one that I could hear make a sound as it was shooting through the sky, and that was in the late 1960s.

Of course, those of us who are the targets of a modern day version of MK-ULTRA, now conducted through the electromagnetic spectrum, and by way of signals intelligence satellite networks which use artificial intelligence computers and EEG heterodyning in which to interface these computers with the neural pathways of our brains, realize that there is no effective way of shutting down these programs without exposing the people who are responsible them.
These programs are a complete perversion of the technology developed by scientist Nicola Tesla a century ago. * Tesla's intent was to use this electromagnetic technology to benefit the human race - not to destroy it.
* In the 1920s Nicola Tesla contacted the U.S. Federal Government claiming that he could construct an electromagnetic shield around the United States which would protect this country from a missile attack, decades before missile technology had even been developed.
Tesla saw the future before the rest of the world did. He also had a vast understanding of how the electromagnetic spectrum operates, and how he could utilize certain frequencies within the EMF spectrum to develop technology which would benefit human kind.
This Government's leadership at the time turned Tesla's offer down.
However, this is further proof of how brilliant and far ahead of his time Nicola Tesla was.
Moreover, were he alive today, Tesla would certainly find repugnant, how his brainchild has been completely perverted by this government, to harm humanity, instead of enhancing its existence on this planet.
Furthermore, and at least hypothetically speaking, if Planet X
(otherwise known as Nibiru) truly does exist, and is headed towards Earth, then the Earth's population will be helpless to prevent Nibiru from devastating our planet.
That is, unless this government already maintains the technical means in which to protect the Earth and its inhabitants from such a cataclysmic event, since it's clear from their development of microwave weapons, that it was Tesla's research which they have stolen, in order to create these weapons. And for their own inhumane world government agenda.
As such, could the HAARP antenna arrays that are presently being used to cause geophysical manipulation of our weather, and the subsequent disasters that are taking place around this planet, instead be used in a positive way to protect the Earth from such a catastrophic event, as that described by Zecharia Sitchin regarding Nibiru's return trip through the Milky Way Galaxy?
Could HAARP technology be used to create the type of electromagnetic shield which Tesla described to the U.S. Military nearly a century ago?
Keeping this in mind, one must wonder if the EMF shield which Tesla claimed to have been able to construct around the United States, would be powerful enough to prevent the destruction that a rogue planet could cause while passing through this part of the Milky Way Galaxy, if this EMF shield can be electronically deployed over our entire planet.
Since we are seeing increasing empirical evidence regarding the myriad anomalies which are slowly destroying, not only this planet, but also both the human as well as animal inhabitants of the Earth - what does this portend for humanity as well as other forms of life on this planet in the future, if we cannot find a way in which to combat both the natural part of this phenomena - as well as the man-made EMF weapons which are being used to furtively enslave us?
Moreover, what is to become of a government that has perverted the very technology which could be used to save the human race from such a devastating event, when it is instead using this technology against us?

In reference to the Pentagon's use of HAARP technology and this author's experiences with directed energy microwave weapons, as well as HAARP being what is essentially a version of Nikola Tesla's *broadcast power technology of a century ago, this author has oftentimes noticed that the evening sky over my neighborhood is what I would describe as an aquamarine bluish green color at dusk.
I have only noticed this over the past decade along with a number of other strange phenomena, including what I would describe as the type of whooshing sound made by a large industrial fan, occasionally coming from the woods behind our home in the middle of the night.
* I have wondered for quite sometime now, given the Pentagon's access to HAARP technology, and its uncanny resemblance to the earlier research conducted by Nikola Tesla, exactly when it was that the U.S. Department Of Defense actually acquired this technology?
The father of the HAARP system in Gakona, Alaska, *Dr. Bernard Eastlund, has never denied that the patents he was granted for this technology, in order to construct the HAARP phased antenna array system in Alaska, are based on Nikola Tesla's earlier research on free energy.
*When Dr. Eastlund began publicly speaking about the "Weapons Of Mass Destruction" capabilities of the Pentagon's HAARP system, in a move to discredit Eastlund, the Pentagon claimed that he had never had anything to do with the creation of HAARP.
In fact, before his mysterious death, Dr. Eastlund had publicly stated that the Pentagon's claim regarding the HAARP system simply being used for scientific research is false, and that HAARP can in fact be used as a weapon of mass destruction.
Dr. Eastlund obviously knew that some of the capabilities of the HAARP system involve electromagnetic warfare applications that in extreme situations are capable of destroying this planet, as well as its inhabitants.
As for the U.S. federal government's mass deception of the American people, the NASA space program appears to be part of this fraud, and apparently has been since
NASA was created in the 1960s.
In particular, this author is referring to NASA's "Space Shuttle" program, which ran from the midst of the 1980s until just a few years ago. The "program" was sold to the American people as one which would be used to study our galaxy and the further exploration of outer space.
However, the U.S. space shuttles never travelled far enough into space to be able to actually study outer space. Instead, they were used to travel to areas which contain low orbiting U.S. government spy satellites, for the purpose of servicing these satellites.
Something that neither NASA nor the U.S. federal government will ever admit to, given that like HAARP, the space shuttle program was yet another covert operation used to benefit the U.S. Military Intelligence complex, while being represented to the American people as a scientific exploration program that they would be forced to foot the bill for.
Moreover, as for confiscating Nikola Tesla's electronic warfare research after his death in 1943, the FBI ordered that the remaining trunks containing Tesla's belongings (which had been stored in Tesla's room at the New Yorker Hotel), be seized and held by the Office Of Alien Property.
This request by the FBI seems strange, since Nikola Tesla had become a naturalized citizen of the United States by the late 1800s. Moreover, rumor has it that the FBI had thoroughly riffled through Tesla's belongings before they were alleged to have been stored at the OAP.
In this author's opinion, the FBI took any research that they found in Tesla's trunks, and may have given it to the U.S. Military, while then storing the remaining trunks with Tesla's personal belongings (such as clothing) at the OAP.
This would certainly explain HAARP's similarity to so much of Tesla's broadcast power technology, since the U.S. Military would have for all intents and purposes, stolen Tesla's technology after his death.
Tesla had a lavish lifestyle for most of his adult life, living in posh Manhattan hotels until his money would run out. While he was in the midst of selling the patents to more of his inventions, in order to raise capital for further research and his opulent lifestyle, Tesla would often be forced to sell some of his belongings to pay overdue hotel bills.
In other instances, his personal property would be seized by the these hotels, in lieu of monies Tesla owed them, and the property then auctioned off.
This would oftentimes result in some of the trunks which Tesla kept private items in, including scientific research papers he had been working on, being sold at auction to cover his indebtedness.
And this resulted in a significant amount of his research being scattered in a myriad of different locations. Far too often, those who'd purchased these trunks at auction, found that they had no use for the items they contained.
This leads us to wonder how much of Tesla's research may still be residing in an old trunk of his somewhere, and how much of this research may have simply been completely discarded.
The following book was written by a man named Tim Swartz, in regard to much of the lost research of Nikola Tesla. In this book, Swartz makes reference to a man by the name of Dale Alfrey, whom Swartz claims purchased several trunks of Tesla's at an estate sale, only to eventually be accosted by three menacing looking men in black, who claimed that Alfrey had no right to the Tesla research papers which the trunks contained.
At first the book sounds like a typical sci-fi story of intrigue. However, when one understands the importance of Nikola Tesla to the technical world that we live in today, it makes perfect sense that the U.S. federal government would want to get their hands on any research papers that Tesla had ever written.
According to Swartz, after threating the safety of Alfrey, his wife and children, the men in black left his home.
However, when Alfrey returned to his study, he found that the trunks containing Tesla's papers were missing, and his computer's hard drive had been wiped clean.
This certainly sounds like something the federal government would do in an effort to destroy any remaining links to information that the government would want to keep for themselves.
We do know that years after they had been confiscated by the FBI, what remained of Tesla's belongings after the government agencies had scavenged through his research papers and inventions, was eventually sent back to his native country, where these items are today housed in a museum bearing his name.
This author also finds it of interest that in 1895, Tesla's Manhattan laboratory was destroyed when the building it was located in caught fire. Could the fire have been deliberately set in order to cover up the theft of much of Tesla's research on free energy at the time, and what Tesla referred to as "broadcast power" technology?
At the time of the fire, the media reported that it was of suspicious origins, even though no one had ever been arrested or charged with setting the fire.
Tesla's broadcast energy technology could be beamed through the air to provide everything from free wireless energy to the American people, to an electromagnetic defense system used to shield the United States from a foreign attack.
Is the Tesla based HAARP system in Alaska part of the Reagan Administration's Strategic Defense Initiative? What the media has since dubbed as "Star Wars" technology? And is HAARP the realization of Tesla's wireless broadcast energy paradigm, however, used with the intent of harming humanity; instead of promoting Tesla's dream of using this technology to protect and nurture the human race?
Over the years Nikola Tesla's genius has been the subject of many science fiction TV episodes, feature films, and even books. Even if Tesla, himself, was not mentioned by name.
For instance, Ayn Rand's 1957 novel, Atlas Shrugged, is said to have been inspired by the research of Nikola Tesla, with her main character, John Galt, being based directly on the man himself.
As for Tesla's research into broadcast power (the predecessor to today's HAARP technology and directed energy weapons), this author embedded an episode of the 1960's British TV series "The Avengers" on this blog a few years back, which focused on "broadcast power" being used as a weapon in which to murder people with complete anonymity.

Especially given the technology's use in completely abrogating the American people's Constitutional protections under the 4Th Amendment, and with blogs such as my own, which extensively documents these outrageous government crimes, becoming more and more common on the Internet.
A few years ago I decided to do some research in regard to many of the science-fiction genre TV programs which I grew up with in the 1960s and '70s, and was surprised to find just how many of them actually focused on classified government technologies, which were presented in a fictional setting at the time that these programs were produced.
In this author's opinion, what this means is that the U.S. Military Intelligence complex has a secret agreement to share its information regarding some of this technology with Hollywood's motion picture industry, as long as it is presented within a fictional setting. This should come as no surprise given the CIA's infiltration of Hollywood beginning in the 1940s and '50s, under Operation Mockingbird.
Nor should it come as a surprise that much of the CIA's infrastructure is based on the British Intelligence community's, which is said to have been the real catalysts behind the creation of the CIA and the rest of the U.S. Intelligentsia.
Rather than continue to have to remove these programs from YouTube every time I decided to embed them on this Website, the FBI instead chose to narrow the bandwidth on my Website so that videos embedded on this blog can no longer be viewed here.
It is interesting to note that while the FBI would do this on occasion in the past, once this Website surpassed a 500,000 ranking (out of more than 600 million Websites), the FBI then narrowed the bandwidth of this Blog so that the millions of readers which it has attracted since this Website was created in 2006, would have difficulty in accessing this Website.
Moreover, even though I have attempted to document FBI/NSA electronic tamperings with this Blog since I started it in 2006, their daily sabotage of this Blog is so extensive, that it has become impossible to document every one of these crimes.
This is both an infraction of my right to use this Website for my own personal use, as well as a furtive violation of my 1St Amendment rights. But then again, we are talking about the Nazi indoctrinated FBI here, which has a very long and disturbing history of completely disregarding the U.S. Bill of Rights, not to mention finding furtive ways in which to torture and murder American citizens who have been targeted for the FBI's COINTELPRO operations over the past century.
Perhaps that is why the FBI remains so popular with the American public? Sarcasm should be duly noted here. Especially for an organization that to this very day, is still absent the legislative charter which the FBI by law must have in order to legally operate in this country.
Moreover, given how unconstitutionally the FBI operates in the first place, this author can understand why the Bureau was created without a legislative charter, since a charter would have at least set certain guidelines for what the FBI can and cannot legally do.
At least theoretically, this would have prevented the FBI from being used as a secret police force by the Executive Branch of the U.S. federal government, which is essentially the FBI's primary function in the United States.
Moreover, regardless of how often the FBI has been publicly chastised by the Congress and media in the past for its Gestapo-type operations, the Bureau continues to do whatever they want, making up their own convenient rules as they go, while destroying the lives of those whose civil rights this organization attempts to completely abrogate.
The FBI's collusion in concealing the fact that the American people have been brain mapped is just a further example of this.
Furthermore, and in spite of the FBI's outrageous violations of this author's 4Th, 5Th and 6Th Amendment rights, I can say with absolutely certainty, based on decades of being used as a target of a second generation of the CIA's original MK-Ultra (which now takes place via the electromagnetic spectrum), that the U.S. federal government does have access to technologies which can be used to remotely enter the neural pathways of any American citizen's brain, without that person's knowledge or consent!
I just hope that at some point in the very near future the American people wise up to this and take the appropriate actions in which to take back their Constitutional rights.
Or they will soon find themselves the slaves of a fully implemented technocratic police state.
As for some of the other strange anomalies which this author continues to experience since I became a target of DOJ/DHS fusion-center-orchestrated, organized stalking in 2003, we are in a residential area without any factories or other large commercial buildings which would have such industrial fans, so the aforementioned "whooshing sound" I mentioned above, which occasionally occurs during the night, remains a complete mystery.
Over the past decade I have also noticed a strange siren-like sound which occurs from time to time. However, not the typical sound that one would hear being made by a fire department alarm, or coming from an emergency vehicle or police car.
If you've ever seen the 1975 movie *"The Stepford Wives," this siren sounds similar to the one used in the movie.
While this siren sound does not occur on a daily basis, it does occur fairly frequently. Moreover, its odd sounding pitch immediately attracts one's attention.
* Sounds like the type of mind control that has become prevalent across the United States in post 9/11 America*Perhaps now that I have written about this siren here, I will hear it more frequently?
As for the aquamarine colored sky which this author has noticed at dusk on many occasions over the past decade, this is very different from the normal blue color of the sky. And I have often wondered if this distortion of the color of the sky in the area above my neighborhood is the result of HAARP technology being broadcast through the air.
I also noticed this phenomenon on the night of March 22, 2013, just before seeing what I initially thought was a meteor fireball cross the sky directly over my home. The sky was definitely an aquamarine bluish-green color at the time that this fireball passed overhead.
I believe that it's quite possible that what I saw (and what many other people living on the East coast of the United States saw) that evening, was some form of plasma fireball created by the Pentagon through its use of HAARP technology. I also noticed that the fireball made what I would describe as an electronic hissing sound as it passed overhead.
If fireball was in fact made of plasma and created through the use of HAARP, then it proves what the father of the HAARP project (Bernard Eastlund) stated about HAARP before his mysterious death - That HAARP can be used as a weapon of mass destruction.
Keeping this in mind, this would mean that the Pentagon now has the ability to create plasma fireballs using HAARP directed energy weapon's technology, which can be directed anywhere on the face of this planet, including major U.S. cities like Manhattan, Chicago and San Francisco.
This would mean that the Pentagon now has the ability to commit plausibly deniable, genocidal mass murder, under the guise that their false flag terrorism was an act of God!

This author has also publicly accused the Pentagon and NSA of secretly implementing a national brain mapping program in the United States, which in this author's opinion has since the early 1980s, been used to decode the individual brain maps of all American citizens, as part of an Orwellian signals intelligence driven domestic spy program in this country.
Many of the people who know that they are the targets of this technology have often asked how the information in regard to the bioelectric resonances of our own bodies could have been obtained by the U.S. federal government, in order to use such information
for the purpose of domestic surveillance of U.S. citizens, as well as their use in non consensual human experimentation.
In this author's opinion, the answer lies in collusion between the hospitals in which we are born and the U.S. Military Intelligence complex. Specifically, this complexes' use of the hospitals in the United States to collect medical information on each U.S. citizen during the time we spend in a hospital shortly after we are born, which is then catalogued into a myriad of government computer databases for later use.
This author believes that the basic medical information which in the past the U.S. federal government has used in order to remotely identify each American citizen, involves the unique heartbeat and brainwave prints of each citizen; both of which a hospital can obtain from a newborn baby, by conducting EKG and EEG monitoring of that infant's heart and brain before they leave the hospital with their parents for the first time.
While this is purely speculative, it would explain how the NSA is able to instantly identify any American citizen by remotely monitoring our brain's own unique EMF signatures.
And in this author's opinion, this is likely how the federal government is able to keep tabs on each of us by such remote means as *Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Networks, and over the horizon radar systems, such as **HAARP.

** While it was initially designed as a phased radar array for remotely influencing the ionosphere, HAARP can also be used as an over the horizon radar system for remotely reading and manipulating the minds of unsuspecting targets of this arcane technology.
As for the U.S. Department of Defense's use of HAARP as a weapon of weather warfare, I also cite the following article entitled: "Air Force 2025: Owning The Weather" which gives the reader an excellent idea of the Pentagon's intent of controlling global weather patterns through the use of HAARP by the year 2025. Except that we don't have to wait until 2025 to witness this phenomenon, since the Pentagon has been manipulating our weather with its HAARP phased array radar system for the past 24 years, and weather manipulation through the seeding of clouds began in the United States back in the 1940s.
So why isn't this technology being put to good use by creating rain to put out wild fires, or to block the path of devastating hurricanes and tornadoes which can cause floods, mud slides and earth quakes? Because the global military industrial intelligence complex works for Rothschild Zionism's investment class, and as such, has no interest in benefitting humanity, but instead controlling the human race by any means necessary. This is also why much of this technology remains classified.
It's also why the HAARP antenna array (which remains unclassified) has been described to the American people as being a benign system which is used expressly for scientific purposes, even though the Pentagon is lying when it makes this claim.
Senator Ted Stevens, who was killed in a plane crash while travelling over the State of Alaska in 2008, was originally a proponent of the HAARP system in its early years, and was largely responsible for convincing Congress to allocate funding for the HAARP program and its facility in Gakona, Alaska.
However, in later years after Stevens learned of HAARPS' use as a weapon of mass destruction, he turned against the program, and was reported to have been attempting to expose the truth about HAARP, when he was killed in what was likely a staged plane crash used to silence him.
Ironically enough, this was the same method used by the Nixon White House to silence Congressman Hale Boggs in 1972, after Boggs had publicly accused the Nixon DOJ and FBI of bugging the phones of several members of the House of Representatives, including Boggs himself, because these politicians had voiced concerns that the Warren Commission Report, regarding the murder of President John F. Kennedy, had been tainted in order to cover up a conspiracy within the U.S. federal government to kill J.F.K.
Both Hale Boggs and Congressman Nick Begich Sr. disappeared when the Cessna aircraft they were flying on was alleged to have crashed. To this day, the official explanation is that the plane has never been found. However, in the 1990s the FBI was accused of a conspiracy to cover up the fact that not only was this plane found, but that at least two survivors had been seen walking near the planes' fuselage after it had either safely made an emergency landing or crash landed. A 1992 FOIA request has turned up a telex sent by the FBI to the search crews looking for Boggs' plane, claiming that the plane carrying Boggs and Begich had been found, and that there were survivors.
The FBI later retracted the statement, and has since claimed that the telex is a hoax.
However, given the FBI's history of pathologically lying to the American people, and the fact that tapes released from the Nixon White House via the U.S. Freedom Of Information Act revealed a conversation between President Richard Nixon and House Minority leader Gerald Ford, describing the scandal regarding Hale Boggs' public claims of the FBI bugging members of the U.S. House of Representatives, and that not only should J. Edgar Hoover have been forced into retirement, but that the FBI should have either been abolished or completely restructured, would have certainly put Hale Boggs' life in jeopardy.
As for HAARP, this system is no more benign than a signals intelligence weaponized spy satellite network, the GWEN system, or a cell phone tower. Each of which have covert uses that the U.S. federal government prefers that the American people never learn about.
Especially when it involves the use of these systems for mass mind control, since they broadcast on the same frequencies as the human brain.
As such, I implore the reader to research HAARP for themselves, given the dangers that it poses to the Earth's magnetic field. And moreover, to read "HAARP The Ultimate Weapon of the Conspiracy" by Jerry Smith. Especially since Smith, who died of cancer in 2010, was likely murdered through the use of this technology, for writing this excellent expose on the Pentagon's geophysical manipulation of the weather, and its use as a military grade weapon of mass destruction.

Editor's Note: As a target of government non consensual human experimentation for many decades, this author has witnessed what I can only describe as myriad events
which I would have to say have been anomalous. I have seen both people and animals subjected to remote forms of mind control experimentation, strange phenomena in the skies above my home, as well as myriad types of electronic warfare harassment directed at both my person and Family.
I am also certain that I have seen HAARP weapons at work in the skies above my home, including flashes of light and a marine aqua tint to the sky which is often present at the times that I have noticed these light flashes. I also cite an event which occurred
on March 22nd of 2013 which involved what the media reported to be a meteor, which in reality was more than likely a plasma fireball created by a HAARP weapon. Whether or not the HAARP system involved was the one in Gakona, Alaska or another HAARP antenna array which the public may not even be aware of, remains to be seen.
It is entirely possible that this HAARP weapon was used as a *Tesla magnifying transmitter (TMT), like the one discussed by retired Lieutenant Colonel Tom Bearden in the following quotation. It is also interesting to note that when Bearden began publicly speaking out in regard to HAARP, he suffered a heart attack, which was likely caused as the result of a directed energy microwave weapon attack. And as punishment for speaking out in regard to this classified technology.
I have also wondered if an associate of Bearden's who is also interested in producing "free energy" technology - a man by the name of John Bedini (Co-owner of Bedini Electronics - a well known manufacturer of high-end audio electronics) might be in danger because of this.
* The first Tesla magnifying transmitter was built in the early 1900s in Wardenclyff, Long Island (an area on the North Shore of Long Island which is today known as Shoreham). Known as the Tesla Tower, Tesla used the Tower to send a message to the Perry expedition on their way to the North Pole. At first Tesla was not even certain
that the Tower's particle beam was working, until a bird accidentally flew into its path and disintegrated on contact with the beam.
While what happened next has been heavily disputed throughout the years, an area of forest in Russia's Siberian wilderness called Tunguska, was literally wiped out
at the same time that Tesla was using his TLT particle beam weapon.
The official report for the destruction of more than 500,000 acres of land adjoining the Tunguska river was that a comet had crashed into the area. However, what Tesla had likely created with his particle beam weapon was a plasma based meteor-like fireball (like the one which millions of Americans witnessed on 3/22/13) which caused the massive destruction of the Tunguska woodlands.
Imagine the Pentagon being able to use its HAARP antenna array in which to direct a plasma fireball like the one this author witnessed on 3/22/13, at a largely populated area like New York City. The devastation could involve the deaths of millions of Americans, yet would be plausibly deniable by the Pentagon.
This technology, along with those within our own corrupted governments who are using it to perpetrate the covert torture and murders of their own citizens, are truly evil.

"They will go through anything. What you do is that you set up a standing wave through the earth and the molten core of the earth begins to feed that wave (we are talking Tesla now). When you have that standing wave, you have set up a triode. What
you've done is that the molten core of the earth is feeding the energy and it's like your signal-that you are putting in-is gathering the grid of a triode. Then what you do is that you change the frequency. If you change the frequency one way (start to dephase it), you dump the energy up in the atmosphere beyond the point on the other side of the earth that you focused upon.

Moreover, based on my own experiences as a target of MK-Ultra mind control experimentation by the NSA for decades, as well as precedent setting FBI corruption which includes some of the most egregious violations of my own civil rights by these organizations for nearly 40 years - violations which include physical torture via directed energy weapons as well as vicious psychological warfare operations - this author is always interested in researching situations in which the U.S. Military Intelligence complex is clearly involved in criminal activities, which have been completely ignored by their own internal policing units, as well as the Congress, White House and U.S. media.
As part of this research, this author is interested in the myriad crimes of the FBI, perpetrated from the time that the organization was known as the Bureau of Investigation - founded by the DOJ in 1908 - and which under the leadership of a young DOJ attorney by the name of John Edgar Hoover, would from 1924 on, develop an internal structure based on the Nazi's Gestapo.
The fact is that the FBI's criminal activities have been taking place for so long, and are so rampant, that one could spend several lifetimes investigating them, never to
fully learn of the extent of the FBI's crimes.
The reality of the situation is that the *Justice Department and the FBI have always considered themselves to be above the law, which is evidenced by the FBI's lack of a legislative charter.

The FBI's disdain for the laws which it claims to uphold has been proven time and time again with the FBI's renegade behavior using programs like COINTELPRO. Moreover, the fact that the FBI has never had a legislative charter serves as further proof that this organization is completely anti-American in its existence, and a threat to the Constitutional protections of all American citizens.
This author also cites the FBI's history of stealing technology developed by private companies and individual, while claiming government privilege. I have often wondered if an electronics' engineer by the name of John Iverson paid with his life, for having publicly stated his intent to sue the FBI in court, in an effort to recover what Iverson claimed was hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of his invention designs, which the *FBI had helped themselves to, citing government privilege.
* The FBI did the same with many of Nicola Tesla's research papers on electronic warfare and free energy technology (including the very mind control weapons' technology which the Pentagon, NSA and CIA are presently using against myriad American citizens), when the Bureau raided his apartment at the New Yorker Hotel the day after Tesla died in 1943. At that time the FBI confiscated research that Tesla offered to sell to the U.S. government decades earlier, yet which the government refused to pay for during Tesla's lifetime. Under government privilege the FBI stole this research, and the U.S. government received what would have likely been worth billions of dollars in patents to Tesla's estate in the modern day, for free.
In the early 1990s John Iverson's home was raided by the FBI, as the result of an invention he was working on at the time, which the FBI then seized. Before he disappeared a short time later, John Iverson had told friends that this was not the first time that the FBI had *"stolen" one of his inventions, and that this time he intended to take the FBI to court to recoup the R&D costs of this particular invention.
One of the people Iverson told this to was his girlfriend, whom he also expressed his concerns to, regarding his fear that the FBI was out to murder him, in order to cover up the theft of his inventions.
This occurred later in the same decade that the Reagan Justice Department was sued by the creators of Promis computer software, after the DOJ decided to steal this software from Inslaw Inc., citing government privilege.
Moreover, while the DOJ stole this software from Inslaw, they were also illegally selling it to police departments around the United States for profit, while the DOJ attempted to use its influence to bankrupt Inslaw, which it eventually succeeded in doing. This sounds a lot like the CIA's use of the Justice Department to bankrupt former Assistant HUD Secretary, Catherine Austin Fitts' investment firm, Hamilton Securities, because Fitts had uncovered loopholes that the CIA was using within the HUD system, to launder some of its own black budget.
The Reagan DOJ's derailing of Judge George Bason's judicial career, as punishment for ruling against the Justice Department in the PROMIS case, is typical of the DOJ's attempt to destroy any federal judge whom they cannot control. In fact, this attempt by the DOJ to micromanage the entire American judicial system by illegally spying on judges - in an effort to "dig up" whatever they can on them to use as blackmail in which to control them - has become standard practice for the U.S. Department Of Justice and its FBI underling. This also serves as further proof that the FBI really is nothing but an organized crime syndicate which operates as a furtive, yet modern day secret police force like Germany's Nazi Gestapo, or Italy's Stasi.
And we can say the same for the hierarchies within the U.S. Military Industrial Intelligence complex, all of whom are complicit in the destruction of the American middle class and our Constitutional rule of law, through their complicity in the 9/11 false flag operation, and in the interest of propagating a 21St century technocratic feudal system.
As a tyrannical oligarchy how can you best achieve such a system? By ensuring that the people whom you are going to enslave, never learn about it in advance.
In this particular vein, one of this author's most pressing concerns involves the technocratic side of such a feudal system, which utilizes mass mind control to achieve its goals. And right under the global populaces' collective nose.
At the present time, we have such a furtive system in operation within our own subverted governmental infrastructure, which secretly uses signals intelligence EMF scanning networks and HAARP over the horizon radar systems, in conjunction with a national brain mapping program, to covertly enslave the American citizenry; most of whom have no concept that this system even exists, much less the nefarious ways in which it is already being used by our so called leadership.

A Decade Before DOJ/DHS Controlled Fusion Centers
There Was FinCEN
"One appalling example of Big Brotherism is the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). The Justice Department created the FinCEN after several cabinet level agencies signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in 1995.
"FinCEN now monitors databases from the IRS, FBI, Drug Enforecement Administration, Secret Service, Customs Serviece, Postal Service, Postal Service, Census Bureau, CIA, National Security Agency (which intercepts data on international wire transfers), Defense Intelligence Agency, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, the Immidgration and Naturalization Service, National Security Council, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve, and the State Department's Bureau of Intelligence and Research.
"FinCEN also accesses state records of real estate ownership, property tax payments, motor vehicles, drivers' licenses, etc. It also accesses commercial databases that assist it in obtaining credit records, telephone records, magazine subscription lists and even supermarket purchase data--every purchase you make with one of those cool new discount shopper cards goes straight to FinCEN.
"FinCEN has access to all of this information and al; of these databases without need of a warrant.
"FinCEN uses this data to create dossiers on every person its artificially intelligent computer system suspects of possibly engaging in a financially traceable crime. These dossiers are then transmitted to any and all federal agencies which might feel compelled to investigate these suspected crimes. If the CIA truly is 'prevented' from engaging in domestic surveillance, then they are about the only agency that is!"
"Another way around laws and directives against spying on Americans and engaging in other domestic intelligence operations is found in the ruse of hiding behind a 'national security' smokescreen. The military/industrial/intelligence community has used the 'national security' dodge for decades. In the absence of clear definitions of such terms as 'national security' and 'national security risk' they have discovered a catch-all cover."
"Another tactic used by federal and military agencies to circumvent the wishes of 'We the People' and our elected representatives has been resorting to black budgets -- funding themselves with income not derived from Congress and the national budget. The illegal resupply of the Contras by Ollie North, et al, is an example of a black budget operation.
"Still another way around oversight has been the use of uninformed contractors. EOs (Presidential Executive Orders) and regulations which limit intelligence activities do not extend to non-intelligence government agencies or to their contractors. Executive Order 12333 specifies that government contractors do not need to know that their services support U.S. Intelligence objectives.
"This is probably the situation with HAARP. Many universities participate in the HAARP project. Some of them have strict policies prohibiting them from engaging in secret projects. HAARP's apparent openness allows them to participate with 'clear conscience.' EO 12333 allows CIA/DOD to contract out a project, like HAARP, without the participants having a clue as to the real objective of the project.
"In its report of 8 July, 1992, the Senate Subcommittee on oversight of Government Management addressed the problem of tracking funds granted to government-contracted research and development (R&D) centers. The report notes that the problem
is compounded by DOD's penchant for creating hard to monitor 'shell' contractors as disbursement centers for funding programs.
"Neither the contractors nor their subcontractors are directly accountable to the Congress. Being beyond Congressional oversight, they have the license to operate as government surrogates in intelligence operations about which 'officially'
they know nothing."
*Editor's Note: According to John St. Clair Akwei, the NSA established its EMF brain mapping of American citizens through a private contractor called the Kinnecome Group, which according to Akwei at the time of his 1992 civil action against the U.S. National Security Agency, was operating a domestic surveillance system based on signals intelligence, which can be used to instantly identify and remotely track any person living within the United States. John St. Clair Akwei stated in this civil action, that the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network can be used to "dial up" the unique EMF signatures of any person living within the United States, and both remotely track that citizen 24 hours a day, without any physical contact with this surveillance subject, as well as establish two way communication with that person's own brain.
Akwei also stated that any person who approaches an NSA surveillance subject can be instantly identified by the more than 50,000 NSA agents who operate within our own communities, under cover organizations. This means that any organization, including businesses, can be used as a cover for the NSA's agents.
It also means that each American citizen has been unwittingly subjected to the NSA's brain mapping of their persons, as part of this signals intelligence driven domestic spy program.
Akwei also stated that the NSA is authorized by Executive Order to spy on any American citizen. And while he does not state which EO authorizes the NSA to conduct such domestic surveillance, this author believes that it is in fact EO 12333 (which since it was created in 1981 by President Ronald Reagan, has been amended at least three times) which has allowed the NSA to conduct such domestic spying. If this is the case, then Executive Order 12333 is completely unconstitutional, in that it violates the very charter of the NSA, which strictly prohibits the Agency from spying on the American people.
The same can be said for any federal government agency's use of EO 12333 to violate its own charter.
Most importantly, Executive Order 12333 and its subsequent amendments over the past thirty three years, is an outright attack on the 4Th Amendment rights of every American citizen, and an indication of just how deceptive and evil this shadow government really is.
"The Army's Research and Technology Program sponsors 42 laboratories and R&D centers, employing approximately 10,000 scientists and engineers. The *annual budget of $1.3 billion is only a small part of overall DOD research spending. Weapons research, which includes the development and testing of 'non lethal' weapons, is not governed by laws restricting the activities of intelligence agencies, though it may be presumed that these agencies contribute to and benefit from such research.
* The reader should keep in mind that this book was written in 1998. There are likely far more of these covert programs in operation today, than there were in 1998.
