Editor's Note: This evening the FBI hacks into my computer to flash a warning that there has been a 2.5 magnitude earthquake in the vicinity of the town that I reside in, which turns out to be a complete falsehood. However, the FBI does have access to directed energy weaponry which could be used to artificially create an earthquake in this town, like the HAARP induced Virginia earthquake (with a magnitude of 5.8), which radiated up the eastern seaboard of the United States on August, 23rd Of 2011 - the day before this author's birthday. Russo was dying of bladder cancer at the time, however, he could have been murdered through the use of a HAARP directed energy weapon which would have caused him to have had a heart attack, stroke or aneurism, since he was already dying of cancer, and no one would have suspected that foul play may have been used to end his life.
