Former Santa Maria District Attorney Gary Dunlap Comments On Santa Barbara DA Tom Sneddon's Attempts To Set Him Up On Bogus Charges

Stacking The Deck Against The Witch Hunted

"One of the worst examples of such behavior is Sneddon’s attack on Santa Maria attorney Gary Dunlap. Sneddon had charged Dunlap with a slew of charges including perjury and witness tampering. After being acquitted of all charges, Dunlap filed a $10 million lawsuit against Sneddon and his hood of bandits for violating his civil rights during the investigation.

In an interview with the highly respected MJJForum, Dunlap leveled a number of serious charges against Sneddon and those in his office. This gentleman has been a practicing attorney in the Santa Maria and Santa Barbara area for nearly forty years and is not pulling stories of horrific prosecutorial misconduct out of his behind. In fact, a number of persons who do not even know each other are claiming the exact same thing with tangible proof of said misconduct. Among the many charges that Dunlap levelled against Sneddon:

'Sneddon and the law enforcement officials assigned to Dunlap's investigation performed illegal searches and seizures. “Well, they engaged in a sting operation, which they manufactured and allowed to get out of hand, and it essentially became just a real witch hunt. There were a number of violations of my rights in the investigatory stage as well as during the prosecution stage.'

Stacking charges against defendants. '…I don’t know if you realize how difficult it is when they throw the kitchen sink at you, I mean, when they throw seven felonies against you, how difficult it is to get an acquittal on all charges. You know, I mean it’s one thing to be charged with one crime and have a trial and be acquitted on it, but the District Attorney in Santa Barbara has a policy that if they throw enough charges against you, the jury is bound to convict you on something.'

Sneddon’s kitchen sink manufacturer must be working overtime, tossing sinks at the Michael Jackson case like friends toss Krispy Kreme donuts at Rosie O’Donnell."

Editor's Note: Targets of organized stalking can make similar complaints in regard to the aforementioned statement, since TI's are the subjects of vicious and oftentimes slanderous rumours circulated by the FBI, after conducting illegal surveillance over an extended period of time without gaining any indictments of those whom the Bureau has been spying upon, which then turns into the type of outrageous witch hunt that former DA Gary Dunlap describes in the above quote.

However, unlike Dunlap, who was the target of a very public smear campaign, targets of organized stalking are smeared through a secretive and criminal network which is usually orchestrated by the FBI.

They are never arrested or charged with crimes, but instead, subjected to what can only be referred to as the most egregious violations of due process of law ever documented, while the FBI attempts to utilize every illegal tactic available in which to demonize these people, based on the oftentimes substantial monies the Bureau has invested in attempts to entrap them.

In other words, the more money that the FBI has wasted in attempting to entrap those whom it cannot arrest legally, the more these people will be demonized, to the point of total absurdity; a situation in which the Bureau will not answer for its own crimes, but instead attempt to "stack the deck" against these persons.

Such witch hunts continue to characterize the FBI's Gestapo behavior, which is aided and abetted by the Justice Department and Congress, as well as state and local governments and law enforcement.

In a situation in which the FBI has quite literally obliterated the inherent rights of the persons involved, the Bureau's only recourse is to demonize these people, since as long as these witnesses are alive, they can testify in open court and under oath to the crimes that the FBI (and perhaps other government organizations) has perpetrated against them, as well as those with whom they are associated.

In its attempts to protect such a coverup, the FBI will attack anyone whom these targets are associated with in efforts to silence them, because the Bureau must do so in order to maintain this covert criminal empire. An empire which operates from the very highest echelon of the U.S. Federal Government, all the way down to state and local governments and law enforcement.

All of whom are not only taking part in such crimes, but also being used to conceal them. An in the instance of those targets who are aware of the National Security Agency's use in secretly implementing a *national brain fingerprinting program in the United States, these people are seen as a breach to national security, even though they have exposed crimes being perpetrated by this government against the American people, which are being concealed under the cover of national security.

*See John St. Clair Akwei VS The National Security Agency

Such expositions automatically trigger an aggressive attack on those who promulgate them, in which government agents operating in what can only be described as survival mode (given that these crimes threaten the existence of such an abjectly criminal government), will attempt to portray these whistleblowers as terrorists, in efforts to both demonize as well as deny them their inherent rights as citizens of the United States.

The U.S. Federal Government, or more accurately, the shadow government that now controls the United States, and through such major deceptions as the fraudulent war on terror, is now desperate enough to do whatever they must to destroy such citizens. Since a government riddled with this terrible corruption can no longer rely on the *Constitutional rule of law in which to prosecute these people.

*(A Constitution which they have completely disregarded for their own criminal agenda, yet routinely refer to in their attempts to exploit the Constitution, in efforts to deceive the American people into believing that what was once the very foundation of the United States is still being enforced, instead of the paper tiger which these political reprobates have reduced it to - The U.S. Constitution has become a paper tiger.)

Moreover, this is why when Akwei attempted to try his case against the NSA in 1992, a former and corrupt federal judge by the name of Stanley Sporkin (A former general counsel to the CIA in the 1980's, and long-time asset of the U.S. Intelligence community), was appointed to the case for the express purpose of dismissing it, in order to ensure that a jury never learned of the NSA's domestic spying of Americans; or the Agency's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network; a network of signals intelligence satellites which are used to catalogue, target and track the unique electromagnetic fields which emanate from our brains and have thus been used to electronically brand us as little more than heads of cattle.

As such, propagandized smear campaigns have become this government's only way out of such self induced nightmares, since they will not answer for the crimes which they commit nor the clandestine technology which is oftentimes used to perpetrate such crimes, and instead will find any justification possible to warrant their torture and murder of any citizen whose testimony can quite literally rock this corrupted government from its foundation.

And the testimony which John St. Clair Akwei has offered in regard to the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, is exactly the type of scandal which can, and should result in this government's dissolution.

"NSA personnel can dial up any individual in the country on the Signals lntelligence EMF scanning network and the NSA's computers will then pinpoint and track that person 24 hours-a-day. "The Military-Intelligence complex in the United States has become a modern day Orwellian nightmare - Especially the NSA's satellite based Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, which the NSA has used in order to secretly implement a national brain fingerprinting program in the United States. This SIGNIT EMF scanning network, deployed by the NSA's Echelon spy satellite array, has become the real life equivalent of George Orwell's Big Brother."

"Some patents, now owned by Raytheon, describe how to make 'nuclear sized explosions without radiation' and describe power beam systems, electromagnetic pulses and over-the-horizon detection systems. A more disturbing use is the system developed for manipulating and disturbing the human mental process using pulsed radio frequency radiation (RFR), and their use as a device for causing negative effects on human health and thinking. The victim, the innocent civilian target is locked on to, and unable to evade the menace by moving around. The beam is administered from space. The Haarp (2c) facility as military technology could be used to broadcast global mind-control, as a system for manipulating and disturbing the human mental process using pulsed radio frequency (RFR). What does all this mean? It means, to begin with, that you will need to come to terms - now, or in a few short years - with the fact that the U.S. Government has the technological capabilities to 'read your mind' 7b and interact with it. With or without your permission."
