More On The 4TH Amendment Right To Privacy Which The American People Lost In The Early 1980's - Yet Are Still Unaware Of

  • Some U.S. Intelligence Credos Which Are Certain To Tick You Off

  • "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

-- The 4TH Amendment To The U.S. Bill Of Rights

One can be certain that an FBI/NSA warrantless satellite fishing expedition of any American citizen which has lasted for several decades would violate the "unreasonable searches" portion of the 4Th Amendment.

And in the most precedent setting ways imaginable.
