Editor's Note: A white van with red lettering and a ladder mounted atop the vehicle has been taking part in the vehicular stalking of this author over the past hour. When I went to collect today's mail, the vehicle (which had been parked with the motor running in front of a home just two down from my own) began a slow pass in front of my person, in an act of criminal menace.

The driver continued on until the van was out of sight, only to return a few minutes later. The van is now parked in this neighborhood as the "lead vehicle" & being used for the express purpose of stalking this author.

This "ringleader" is the catalyst in a more aggressive stalking protocol which has now included several other vehicles over the past half hour. Lawless behavior by a pack of lowlife criminal thugs who would have never taken part is such aggressive organized stalking tactics prior the passage of the Draconian and treasonous Patriot Act. Further proof that the present federal, state and local governments are not enforcing the United States Constitution, but instead the defacto constitution of the Illuminati's one world government, known as the Patriot Act.

Obviously, Intel is unhappy about my reports, since they describe an egregious abuse of the Constitutional rule of law. Especially when taking into consideration that the NSA has used this author for non consensual human experimentation for the past several decades, and subjected my person to the most outrageous violations of the Bill of Rights in American History.

The only aspect of this insidious situation that is more shocking than the violations themselves, is that those within Intel who continue to perpetrate these crimes believe that they have a right to do so.

However, they don't. And never will.

Of course, throughout history such egregious violations of basic human rights have always been challenged aggressively, as this author has done in the past and will do in the future; regardless of the Intel community's Nazi-minded and torturous, murderous tactics. These miscreants consider themselves to be above the Constitutional rule of law and will be held accountable for their furtive and depraved crimes whether they want to be or not.
