The Move By Several U.S. States To Secede From The Union Presses On -- The Middlebury Institute

In their frustration at a failed attempt in which to restore the constitutional republic on which the United States was founded, several states are now seeking a peaceful resolution in which to secede from the Union (AKA America). Not since the Civil War have so many States seen the need for their own sovereignty. A situation which given the Depression that is rapidly approaching, as well as the Gestapo tactics being conducted by agencies like the NSA, FBI and DHS, is not likely to improve anytime soon.

The middle class in this country realizes that the present government has no interest in representing their interests, and as such, no longer serves the purpose for which it was intended. So it is not surprising that so many U.S. States are now seeking to secede from the Union to become their own sovereign nations. Legally, there is very little preventing them from doing so based on the 10TH Amendment to the U.S. Bill of Rights. However, as the Civil War has shown us, the last attempt in such secession resulted in a bloody revolution.

Hopefully, such a violent revolution will not be necessary this time around.

The Middlebury Institute has been searching for answers in regard to this dilemma.
