When A Law Enforcement Officer Violates The Color Of Law Statutes

When any person is granted some type of authority, whether it is by the federal, state or local governments within the United States, they have the responsibility to use that authority judiciously. This means that they must operate within the governing laws of this country at all times.

When officers/agents fail to do so they are no longer in compliance with the law, and complicit in committing criminal activities under the color of law statutes in this country; many of which carry stiff penalties, including prison time. A myriad of Targeted Individuals have reported that they have been setup by law enforcement agents simply as the result of a personal grudge. In such cases, these officers violated the Constitutional rights of those they targeted, by at the very least invading their privacy and denying them their right to due process of law.

In worst cases such as my own, these officers (the catalyst for my harassment was an FBI agent by the name of Raymond Migliore) have not only committed the aforementioned violations, but also taken part in a criminal conspiracy to destroy our reputations as well as our relationships with our very own Families, friends and communities. They have also subjected us to repeated psychological warfare through the use of psychological operations, orchestrated by themselves, and conducted by organized stalking groups, in addition to our own communities, who were later swept into these illegal and NAZI style protocols.

In the commission of the aforesaid, these officers are guilty of formulating criminal conspiracies against each of us and should be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for doing so. These officers, including FBI agent Raymond Migliore, are a disgrace to legitimate law enforcement -- nothing but loathesome thugs who should be incarcerated for the rest of their lives, so that they can hurt no one else.

If we allow officers such as these to get away with these crimes, we risk that other officers may decide that what these "bad apples" are perpetrating is OK to do, and begin doing so themselves.

For this reason, as well as many others, it is important to expose this rogue law enforcement to end their criminal activity. If you are being victimized by criminal law enforcement, it is your sworn duty to report those involved, and to work to ensure that disciplinary action is taken against them. If you fail to do so not only do you risk further harassment, but you also allow this type of unnacceptable behavior to perpetuate itself throughout the law enforcement community in this country.

The responsiblity to take action is yours and yours alone. If you are the victim of a crime by law enforcement, or for that matter anyother types of organized abuse against you, become a whistle blower.
