FEDS Now Interfere With My Auto Insurance
The case was eventually decided in my favor and State Farm's. Once settled, the other driver's carrier became responsible for paying all costs associated with the collision, including the monies that State Farm paid out in my claim.
To say that over the past 19 years I have been an excellent risk for them to take in writing policies for, would be an accurate statement. Yet, a few years back I suddenly began to notice strange occurences happening with this company in regard to my policies. The first had to do with having my name improperly listed on an insurance policy which they had mailed me.
Instead of having my middle initial as it had always been, they had my full middle name. I had done some research and found that this could have caused a problem with my registration when I went to sell the car.
I alerted them to this and it was quickly taken care of. But I would have to wonder if they were not told to deliberately do this at the time by the FEDS or the organized stalking group that has been attacking me over the past several years. Common sense would have me think that it would've been the FEDS who told them to do so, since your average stalker can't just walk in and ask a State Farm representative to commit a felony.
And if a State Farm employee deliberately falsified information on an insurance policy form in order to defraud a customer, they would indeed be in the commission of a felony.
***UPDATE
I was mistaken in regard to State Farm's not sending me a policy for my motorcycle for the 2006 - 2007 season. They did send it and I misplaced it, so the following letter to them should not have been necessary, as this was a mistake made by myself and not State Farm.
However, what I still do find disturbing is that when I asked for replacements for these cards they were not sent. Moreover, the documentation that was sent clearly showed that the policy numbers were both purposely listed incorrectly. Perhaps now that I have found these ID cards, State Farm will send the replacements, since I no longer need them?
In any event, it's clear that while I was mistaken about not receiving the latest policy, that State Farm (or someone with its stationary) clearly sent me documents that listed my information incorrectly, and that this was yet more of the gaslighting tactics that they employ against me on a daily basis. Please disregard the aspect of the policy not being sent, but pay attention to the rest of the post and the letter that I sent to State Farm, since I do mention the harassment that I experience on a daily basis to them.
The next problem occurred when the policy for my Honda motorcycle was not sent as it should have been. All I received was a notice weeks later alerting me to the fact that the policy was in danger of being cancelled. I quickly paid it and received notice within a few days that the policy had been reinstated.
However, I had never received the ID cards or the policy itself, so I went on line to the State Farm Insurance Website and requested them. That was this past Sunday, October 1st. I should note that in the past when I needed something from State Farm it usually took a day or two at the most to receive this information once I contacted them. However this time around it took twice that amount of time. Time for the FEDS to decide how they wanted to play their latest angle of harassment?
In the mail today, October 5th, I received two envelopes from State Farm, neither of which contained the ID cards that I had requested.
Instead they contained a notice stating that they had updated my information so that it could now be accessed online. However, the ID numbers for my policies were both incorrect, and it was clear that these were not done by accident, but rather, deliberately. So it would now appear that either State Farm is taking part in the FEDS harassment of me, OR someone who has access to their stationary is.
If it was State Farm, I must now wonder if in another six months they will fail to send me both the policy and a cancellation warning so that they can simply cancel my policy altogether for failure to pay it?
I have certainly never given them a reason for a legitimate cancellation, so I must seriously consider this in light of the organized stalking harassment that I am presently being subjected to by these stalkers, and the FEDS who have orchestrated it; both of whom have become a major threat the safety of my Family and me.
However, since this policy is a legal and binding contract, I expect State Farm to abide by their end of it, as I have by mine, when I paid good money to have them write both this policy and the one for my automobile. Asking for a service and the proper documentation that should have been supplied with it, for a contract that you have paid for, is a more than reasonable request.
I also sent State Farm an E-mail which I have listed below to document the extent to which the FEDS are violating my Civil Rights. I would hope that State Farm will do the right thing and simply send me the ID cards without any further inconvenience, since I have paid for the policy and these cards rightfully belong to me.
I find it very unsettling that I must now take to reporting transactions which are (or at least should be) quite simple in ordinary situations, but have now become problematic as a result of the FEDS (or their goonsquads) tampering in this latest area.
I will update what happens with State Farm to determine whether or not this company will now be a problem to deal with. It is clear that the FEDS are using the Patriot Act to violate my Civil Rights in precedent setting ways.
Moreover, I shall document these crimes and others which they continue to perpetrate against my person, since what is being done here is in total violation of my Constitutional rights, and should be documented to illustrate the severity of the crimes that the FBI and other federal agencies are committing against a myriad of American citizens at this time.
What they are doing is unjust and will not be tolerated.
My letter to State Farm Insurance:
Dear State Farm Representative:
I recently attempted to have insurance identification cards sent to me by ordering them at your Website. I have not received them. I also never received the policy for my Honda Motorcycle (Policy # 040 3249-B05-32) prior to the date in which it was to be paid.
Instead, I received a cancellation notice weeks later informing me that the policy would be cancelled if it was not paid by a certain date. The policy was paid and I did receive State Farm confirmation that is was "good to go" from August of 2006 to August of 2007.
What concerns me is that I never received the policy in the first place. Earlier this week, I went to the State Farm Website to order the ID cards which "should" have been included with the policy that was never sent.
However, today the only mail that I received from State Farm were two envelopes for the policies that I have for both my Ford automobile and Honda motorcycle. No Insurance ID cards were included in either envelope.
Still worse is that both of the ID numbers for my respective vehicles were incorrect. However, when I checked them on the State Farm Website they are as they should be.
Over the past several years I have been repeatedly harassed by both federal agents and organized stalking groups who regularly tamper with both my regular mail and e-mail -- a federal offense. I have documented this problem with several state senators in regard to numerous instances and the complete violations of my Civil Rights, which have been ongoing in all this time. Yet, nothing has been done by them to end this illegal and unconstitutional harassment.
Rather than to belabor the point here, I would prefer to simply have you send me the ID cards for my Honda Silverwing Motorcycle with the proper ID number, and at your earliest convenience.
I am sorry that State Farm has been dragged into what can only be referred to as a "psychotic mess" in which multiple crimes against me are perpetrated on a daily basis, by criminal law enforcement and their organized stalking minions.
I sincerely hope that this will not cause a problem between State Farm and myself, since for nearly 20 years now, we have never had a problem in doing business.
I also hope that the aforementioned ID cards will be forthcoming and that there will be no further problems in regard to them.
Best regards,
James F. Marino
