American Jim Bensman Describes The FBI Terror Tactics It Used Against Him

It's become clear that since the Patriot Act was passed the FBI is abusing its newly found and unparalleled authority more than ever. This abusive organization has continued throughout its history to violate Americans' Civil Rights including that of privacy and the right to due process of law.

In doing so the FBI has turned out to be a modern day Gestapo, existing to destroy Civil Liberties in the United States rather than to protect them. And its actions are no longer going unnoticed. More and more Americans are complaining openly about the FBI's callous abuse of their Civil Rights, especially under the most corrupt Presidential administration in US history.

It's clear that a storm is now brewing between the American people and the FBI, and that in the final analysis the FBI is going to be challenged by them far more aggressively than ever before.

Americans who are being abused by the FBI need to start filing lawsuits against this organization. If necessary a class action lawsuit may need to be filed as well. But something has to be done before the FBI can cause any further damage to American Civil Liberties.
