The FBI And The Staged Car Wreck - Another In The Myriad Forms Of Entrapment That This Gestapo Uses In Its COINTELPRO Operations
I wrote the following article after I was knocked off of my motorcycle by a vehicular stalker, who should have been arrested for criminal menace, as well as intentionally causing a traffic accident. The damage to my motorcycle was not serious, however falling from the vehicle after it had been crashed into, could have been deadly.
Since 2005, after an FBI vehicle surveillance team member (or someone at the FBI's direction) deliberately crashed into my Honda motorcycle as I waited for a traffic light to change, this author has learned much about the nefarious tactics that the FBI uses in its attacks on those it targets: including the Bureau's orchestration of automobile accidents.
While many people are familiar with the insurance scam perpetrated by hustlers to deliberately orchestrate car crashes and collect insurance payments, until a few years ago, this author was completely unaware that the FBI uses a very similar tactic, in its psychological warfare campaigns against those it targets.
In fact, I have read of several instances where Targeted Individuals (TI's for short) simply stopped driving, for fear of being crashed into by the FBI's goon squad members.
Over the next few paragraphs I am going to document several staged accidents or other unexplained incidents which have occurred since 1981, which I am certain were perpetrated by the FBI, in an attempt to entrap either my Family or myself into committing insurance fraud.
One thing to remember about these federal agents is if there is an angle that can be used to incriminate you by way of entrapment, they already know about it, and have no moral or ethical issues in utilizing it.
Around 1980 or 1981, I was driving home from classes I was attending at college. I was traveling southbound on the New England Thruway with no cars around me. Suddenly from my rear view mirror, I saw a car approaching very quickly from behind my vehicle.
I noticed that as the driver approached the back of my car, he changed lanes. I thought it strange that since I was in the center lane, and he was the overtaking vehicle, that he would not have moved into the left lane instead of the right, which he proceeded to do.
I waited for him to get out of my blind spot, which he did not do. Instead, he traveled in my blind spot of my car for what seemed to be a few minutes.
Suddenly, he gradually pulled up on the right side of my car, and then tried to crash into me. Had I not moved he would have most certainly hit me.
I then decelerated in the hope that this lunatic would drive away. Instead he slowed down and returned to blind spot of my vehicle. This went on for several minutes. Finally the driver the pulls up alongside my car again, and this time waves his arm indicating that he wants me to pull off the road.
I figured, either this crazy bastard will run me over if I do, or shoot me. Either way, I wanted no part, of the situation. Especially since I had done nothing to provoke the person, and his behavior was completely irrational.
Since I had a fairly quick automobile, I decided to try to outrun him, concluding that I might actually be able to find a highway patrol car that I could flag down for help, however, I never found one.
I continued to run my car at high speed down the New England Thruway for several minutes hoping to lose this lunatic. When I could no longer find him in my rear view mirror, I eased off the speed and resumed normal driving.
This was fine for a few minutes, until I suddenly saw this maniac barreling straight for my car again. Rather then wait around, I gunned my car and ran it flat out heading straight for the Throgs Neck Bridge Toll Booths.
Once there I pulled over and waited for this psychopath so that I could have him arrested, but after waiting for several minutes he never showed up.
I concluded that he must have either headed for the Bruckner Expressway which would have taken him towards New York City, or an earlier exit which would have left him within the Borough Of the Bronx.
Looking back, I definitely think that this crazed driver was and FBI agent or a provocateur being used by the Bureau to provoke me into a violent confrontation that I could have been arrested for.
This incident would place the FBI's COINTELPRO of my person going back to at least the 1980 if not earlier.
And it is further evidence of my allegations that the FBI is behind the organized stalking crimes that I have been aggressively targeted for since 2003.
In 1986, I was employed as a real estate salesman for Coach Realtors in Great Neck, NY. I am always extremely careful when backing out of a parking space, so much so, that I usually check at least three times before completing the maneuver.
One afternoon, I went to back out of a parking space within the realty lot. As I began to reverse, I looked back several times. Once out of the space I looked forward for a split second and felt my car buck abruptly as I heard an ear splitting crash.
As I looked into my rear view mirror, I saw an older Toyota sedan. When I stepped out to survey the damage, a middle aged woman with a pleasant demeanor exited her vehicle. As I inquired as to whether or not she had sustained any injuries in the crash, I wondered how it was that she could have gotten so close to my car in such a short time, when only a few seconds before, the area behind my car was clear.
After she assured me that she was fine and told me that she did not wish to hurt me (her exact words), I asked her where she had come from, and how it was that she just happened to be in the spot behind my car, when only a few seconds earlier her car was nowhere in sight.
She just shrugged her shoulders and did not answer me.
It is unfortunate that at the time this author was unaware of how the FBI will initiate automobile accidents in order to either injure or kill the targeted person, or perpetrate a less serious collision in efforts to entrap the person into committing insurance fraud.
If the person is honest, they will not commit insurance fraud. So the FBI will then collude with the insurance company which underwrites the policy for the targeted person's vehicle. The FBI does so by having the insurer send a double payment, which the policy holder is told to cash. The second payment will usually show up a few weeks after the initial payment. This is just one of a myriad of examples of the types of deplorable tactics that the FBI uses in its entrapment schemes.
I should also note that Toyota which the female provocateur was driving when she attempted to entrap this author, was similar in size and weight to my Honda station wagon.
However, while my Honda sustained substantial damage to its tailgate section costing over a thousand dollars to repair, the Toyota did not have a scratch. Now in my research over the past few years I have learned that the vehicles that FBI vehicle surveillance teams utilize for such entrapment schemes, have several aftermarket components installed.
One of these aftermarket components includes heavy duty front and rear bumpers. At least I now know why this provocateurs car had no damage when station wagon sustained quite a bit.
Around 1988, I was driving my Honda CRX-SI west bound on Route 25A in Jericho, NY, when I noticed a red pickup truck pass me. I was maintaining a constant speed of about 35 - 40 mph and the roads were slick.
I noticed that this truck would pass my car, and then slow down in order to let me pass, only to pass me again.
In those days the CRX was a neat little car that got many stares, so I was used to this kind of response from other drivers.
However, the driver in the red pickup was responding more than usual. I passed him again thinking that I was finally far enough away from him to not be concerned, when I was suddenly sideswiped by his truck.
I heard a crash, while simultaneously seeing peripherally out the left window of the CRX, a blur of red streaking past me.
Since the truck was again in my blind spot, I had no way of preventing this collision.
And the time it did not occur to me that the driver of this pickup truck was looking for a way to crash into my vehicle as part of any other FBI entrapment scheme, in which to set my person up in an insurance fraud.
We both pulled over on the right hand shoulder of the road. I inquired as to the other driver's physical condition, and when he assured me that he was fine, I asked why he had run into me.
His response was that he had been working double shifts at the Cold Spring Harbor Post Office and dozed off behind the wheel.
As I started to head for a payphone to call the police, he asked if it was necessary. I told him that my car was practically brand new and that since he caused the accident it was DEFINITELY necessary! We waited a short while for a Nassau County Police cruiser to arrive. Two officers got out of the cruiser and asked if we were OK.
They then began asking each of us questions as they surveyed the damage to our vehicles. I overheard the guy who crashed into me say to the officer questioning him, that he (referring to myself) crashed into me. I immediately told the other officer that the guy was lying to him, and that the way that our vehicles were positioned traveling through the curve (where the crash took place), made his version of the accident impossible due to the laws of physics.
My vehicle was on the outside of the curve as I was traveling through it while his was on the inside of it. His vehicle's inertia was being carried towards mine while my vehicle's was being carried towards the shoulder of the road. The case went to subrogation, and after a year, it was decided in my favor; the other driver was found to be 100% responsible for the accident.
Even the final insurance report made a notation that it was the Police officers' opinion that after reviewing the accident scene, the accident could not have occurred the way the other driver said it did.
Summary: in addition to crashing into my vehicle, he also lied to the cops as to what really happened. This was yet another example of and FBI entrapment scheme which failed to entrap the targeted person.
Unfortunately for this author, that meant that the FBI would continue further entrapment schemes in efforts to set this author up in a sting operation.
Around 1990, I was just exiting my neighborhood when what appeared to be an unmarked (it was a rust color) undercover police sedan already in the traffic circle on Cedar Swamp Road, deliberately changed direction for a few seconds and headed right at me, before correcting and proceeding South or Route 107.
Completely unaware that this provocateur was being used in yet another FBI entrapment scheme, and furious, at having my life threatened, I pulled up to him at the next traffic light yelling out "what the hell is wrong with you?"
He ignored me and as we pulled out from the light made another attempt by trying to cut me off at which time I pulled alongside him again. This time the guy pulled out a badge and I got pulled over. He got out of his car and identified himself as a retired detective, but not before screaming at me and ordering me to give him my car keys, which I did.
Shortly after his tirade, he calmed down, handed my keys back to me and said, "look, I am sorry for losing my temper." He then said something like "if you see someone who annoys you, instead of getting angry cut them some slack. Have a nice day."
As I drove away I could not believe what I had witnessed. A guy claiming to be a retired cop, who deliberately threatened my life by purposely veering at me with his car.
If I knew then what I know now, not only would I have not given him my keys, I would have said, you're a cop, you should have known better. Let's go visit the local PD so we can discuss what you just did to me. I am now certain that this guy was a provocateur for the FBI. While it is possible that he was a retired cop, it is also quite likely that he lied about that too.
Sometime around 1996 or 1997, this author had started seeing a new Lyme disease specialist, and his treatment regimen was beginning to help me. I was no longer bedridden 24 hours a day, and could get up for a few hours at a time to do some odds and ends. I decided to get my Honda CRX running, as it had been sitting unused for over a year, due to my being bedridden from chronic Lyme disease.
Over the next few days I was actually able to get the car cleaned up a bit, battery charged etc. The following week I went for a quick drive out. While sitting at a stop light, I had a large green sedan with out of state plates deliberately back into me. While there was no damage, I remember copying down the license plate of the car and wondering why he backed into my car? It made no sense at all.
Since no damage was done, I tossed the paper with the plate number on it while cleaning out the glove box. However, there is no doubt in my mind that the FBI was behind this crime as well.
Sometime around 2000, this author and two members of my Family were driving on the Cross Bronx Expressway to visit my ailing Grandmother in New Jersey.
Traffic was heavy, and cars were moving bumper to bumper. While sitting idle, we felt ourselves being hit from behind by a man driving a Jeep.
He was quickly out of his vehicle, as was I.
I asked him if he was OK, and after receiving a positive answer, sarcastically asked him where the fire was, since neither of us, including the cars around us, were going anywhere in a hurry.
The guy was very apologetic, stating that he had just looked down for a second and his vehicle had rolled forward -- exactly the way the vehicle had rolled forward into my Honda motorcycle while I waited at a traffic light in 2005. An FBI vehicle surveillance team driver will position their vehicle behind yours in heavy traffic or at a traffic light, and then take their foot off the break just long enough to allow their vehicle to crash into yours.
This roll forward is fairly silent and gives the driver ahead of the FBI provocateur no warning that he is about to be run into.
The driver of the Jeep even gave us a story about how he was going to pickup his wife at a nearby hospital after having some tests done for an illness.
While I did not think much of the man's conversation at the time, looking back now, I have found several things which occurred that are anomalous.
1. The man immediately stated that "this must be your Dad's retirement car ha?" Now why would he have used that phrase? When my Dad purchased this car, he did say that it was going to be his retirement car. Since the FBI has been electronically and illegally eavesdropping on my Family for all these years, this is how he could have known about it, and used the term to gaslight me.
2. He did not accelerate into us, just hit us from his vehicle's momentum so that we would not hear any acceleration, and hence not have the time to react. This was exactly the way my Honda motorcycle got hit, when an FBI surveillance vehicle rolled forward into it as I waited at a traffic light in 2005. As stated earlier, this roll forward is fairly silent and gives the driver ahead no warning that they are about to be crashed into.
3. The fact that this driver had said that his wife was at the hospital having tests done, when we were on our way to Hackensack Medical Center to visit my ailing Grandmother. Another coincidence, or another gaslight?
Definitely a gaslight.
4. We tried for well over an hour to call the local cops. At the time, my Dad's car, which we drove from the left lane of the Cross Bronx Expressway across three lanes to the shoulder, would not restart once we shut the engine off. We continued to try calling the local cops and were told they were on the way. Considering they should have been there within minutes, waiting over an hour without any response was VERY strange.
Could an electronic weapon have been used to interfere with the ignition system on this car, which when disengaged would have allowed the car to restart?
*I say this given my own research as well as first hand experience as a target of directed energy weaponry.
The Jeep's driver left us his pertinent information, and then drove off claiming he did not have time to wait for the cops. After waiting an hour, we also got tired of waiting.
*My Dad suggested that I try starting the car again, and to my surprise this time the engine fired right up, even though we did have a fairly substantial amount of damage to the rear section of the car. I am certain that the driver of the Jeep was a provocateur.
The problem is this. Even if I can find this driver through the insurance reports, if he was working as a provocateur at the time, there is no way that he would ever admit to it. Moreover, at the time of the accident, we could not reach the police, so we were unable to have a police officer survey the area to see the heavy traffic that was involved.
The driver could have said that he was cut off and had no choice but to crash into us, even though we were both sitting in heavy traffic and moving along in stop and go traffic at all of five miles per hour.
Another instance of the FBI's perpetration of crimes with plausible deniability, since these agents are nearly always able to hide their crimes through the use of intimidation tactics and other forms of incentives - like outright blackmail.
