Technology To Make Humans Invisible?

I have been reading some of the articles written by a man named Alan Yu, a former high ranking official in the Taiwanese Government, who claims to have had access to information which proves that the US Government's Philadelphia Experiment was not only a unqualified success, but also spawned a generation of new technology which makes interdimensional travel by humans possible.

This is not the first time that I have heard of this. My first exposure to it was a few years back, when I had learned of the Montauk Project, an alleged covert Government operation which built upon the research done by those involved with the original Philadelphia Experiment.

Alan Yu claims in much of his research, that this technology has also been used to make agents invisible by placing them into a specific type of electromagnetic field. Moreover, he also asserts that these agents for unexplained reasons are miniaturized (quite literally to the size of ants), and are able to levitate with the use of a jet propulsion backpack, also miniaturized by exposure to a certain type of EMF.

Mr. Yu claims that because of their minute size, these agents are able to infiltrate any situation going unnoticed, and even gain access to the human body by way of certain body cavities.

Now if I had read this article prior to my experiences with some very advanced Government technology I would have thought Mr.Yu had just gotten out of a laughing academy. However, given some of the amazing things that I have experienced over the past few years, including the ability for the NSA to not only scan my thoughts through the use of synthetic telepathy, but to also manipulate them through this same satellite/super nanocomputer derived technology, I think that this technology is not only plausible, but also probable.

The real issue at this point is not that technology like this exists, but how much of it does our Government and for that matter the rest of the Government's around the globe have access to?

It's not like these Governments don't lie to their citizens. Finding a time when they have actually told us the truth is the ultimate challenge.
