"He sat on the Warren Commission, which concluded that President Kennedy was slain by a lone assassin. Congressman Hale Boggs was the only dissenting member of the Warren Commission who refused to sign the Warren Report until just before it was submitted. Later, in 1971 and '72, Boggs began making public statements that J.Edgar Hoovers FBI was wire-tapping Congress and blackmailing public officials. Boggs had misgivings at the "lone assassin" finding of the Warren Commission panel of which he had been a part in 1964 and had said, "I had strong doubts about it." He named Warren Commission staff member Arlen Specter as a major cover-up artist. In a speech in 1971, Boggs accused the FBI of tapping his phone and publicly denounced the Bureau's 'gestapo tactics.'
Boggs was reportedly prepared to make public statements that Richard M. Nixon was complicit in the JFK murder. Nixon was there all day, that bloody time in Dallas, although falsely stating he left that morning by plane. [Sherman Skolnick was on a Dallas radio show with a former Director of Pepsico Bottlers, whose counsel in 1963 was Nixon. He said Nixon did not leave that morning and when the murder was announced, Nixon, unlike the others gathered for a business convention, wanted to continue conducting business as usual as if nothing had happened.]
Congressman Boggs plane disappeared on a flight in Alaska from Anchorage to Juneau on Oct 16, 1972, less than 30 days before Nixon was re-elected President in 1972. U.S. Military Intelligence, jointly with other U.S. espionage agencies reportedly located the Congressman's airplane but have concealed that and the story has always stood that the aircraft was never found.
Twenty years later, in 1992, a Freedom of Information Act Request by Roll Call Magazine unearthed an FBI telex indicating that the plane was located and never retrieved. Information obtained by a government verified source described the location of the plane and stated that there were two survivors shortly after the plane disappeared. The information indicated an undisclosed "firm" involved in testing advanced surveillance equipment had located the crash. The informant had a military background, according to the FBI document obtained by Roll Call.
The FBI telex was sent to the Washington, D.C. FBI headquarters where it was presumably passed to the Acting Director, L. Patrick Gray. The previous director, J. Edgar Hoover, had been in a significant conflict with Boggs, who called for his resignation on the floor of the Congress. Boggs was one of the most powerful people in the country at a time when misuse of power was just beginning to be seen, culminating in the resignation of the President of the United States Richard Nixon.

The uncovering of this FBI document clearly indicates Boggs' plane was located and there was evidence of survivors. What exactly happened then?
Apparently Boggs airplane had been sabotaged to silence him on statements he was about to make about Tricky Dick. The History Channel devoted an episode of it's "Histories Mysteries" to this incident entitled "Alaska's Bermuda Triangle". NOTE: one month AFTER Nixon was re-elected, 12 Watergate figures perished on a sabotaged plane crash in Chicago, including Mrs. E. Howard Hunt [Dorothy Hunt], wife of the Watergate burglar. She had onboard two million dollars in securities she and her husband reportedly blackmailed out of Nixon for silence on Nixons complicity in the JFK murder. According to Sherman Skolnick:
"The government attempt at cover-up of the Chicago crash as `pilot error' was wrecked when we `liberated' the entire government file, showing sabotage, and sued the fakers on the National Transportation Safety Board. Despite confronting NTSB with these documents at a re-opened public hearing, the NTSB continued the big lie. Rockefeller-owned United Air Lines, covering up the sabotage, arranged to stop in the printing cycle my book, The Secret History of Airplane Sabotage."

Some of the other interesting points surrounding the Alaska disappearance include the fact that Boggs was taken to the airport for the first leg of the trip by a young democrat named Bill Clinton who later, as President, appointed Congressman Boggs' wife Lindy to the position of US Ambassador to the Vatican after she served eighteen years in the Congress after her husband's disappearance.

Interestingly enough, the owner of Earthplus Press is Dr. Nick Begich jr. - the son of Nick Begich Sr. The elder Begich - who along with Boggs, Begich's aide, and the pilot, perished in the 1972 downing of the Cessna 310, when in flight to Juneau, Alaska for a campaign tour.
Dr. Nick Begich has long researched the U.S. Federal Government's use of classified technology, especially its electronic warfare programs. As punishment for this, Wikipedia removed Begich's information from its Website, just as Wikipedia does for any person or organization that documents some truth that the U.S. Federal Government does not want the American people reading about.
Since Nick Begich jr. lost his father when he was a child, he has an obvious and understandable interest in government conspiracies, given that his father was likely murdered when the aforesaid Cessna aircraft was intentionally brought down, in efforts to murder Congressman Hale Boggs.
Based on the FBI telex which the Bureau covered up, at least two of the men on the Cessna 310 had been seen moving on the ground, meaning that the FBI knew that these men were alive and did nothing to try to rescue them.

What is also of interest here, is that Hale Boggs' daughter, author and news personality Cokie Roberts, claimed that her father did not have any suspicions that the Kennedy Assassination was an inside job. Clearly, Roberts was being less than candid here and for good reason - fear for her own life.
Moreover, Robert's cooperation in this coverup, as well as her own mother's (Congresswoman Lindy Boggs), ensured that Lindy would easily gain the seat that her husband had held prior to his murder. Moreover, Cokie Roberts has become yet another excellent source of disinformation for the controlled media system in the United States.

In the above video, a man by the name of James Kromer who attempted to run his vehicle into the Minneapolis office of the FBI, mistakenly crashed it into a college building instead, doing thousands of dollars worth of damage.
Kromer stated that his reason for the attack involved his intent to destroy the "mind control machinery" that the FBI was using to torture him.
This man's allegations may sound outlandish, however, there are quite literally, thousands of people on the Internet who are corroborating his accounts (including this author), each of whom has their own nightmarish story to tell, regarding their use as targets of classified government financed programs, which involve the use of a national brain fingerprinting network, first documented two decades ago by a government whistle blower by the name of John St. Clair Akwei.
In his 1992 lawsuit against the National Security Agency, Akwei refers to a clandestine program which is being used to deploy a remote form of wireless functional magnetic resonance imaging (brain scanning) technology on an unwitting American public, in order to conduct what can only be described as a modern day and far more advanced version of the CIA's MKULTRA mind control program of the 1950's.
This time around, instead of using a laboratory, the Intelligence community is using the U.S. population as unwitting lab rats.
This technology, which Akwei has stated is being deployed through the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, is capable of both retrieving information from the human brain, as well as implanting information into one's brain - all without the targeted person ever realizing that these Orwellian crimes are being perpetrated against them.
And without the need to implant the targeted person with a microchip, since the person's own unique electromagnetic field is exploited to perpetrate these crimes.
This means that the entire population of this planet can be subjected to such satellite predation, as the result of remotely targeting each person's brain's own unique EMF field.
Moreover, the nature of these crimes is dependent on the specific person being targeted, since many of these high tech attacks involve the use of tailor-made psychological warfare campaigns, which are used to fit the psychological profile of the person. And done with the express intent of causing as much psychological damage to the person as possible.
Furthermore, in the instance of James Kromer, while there's no way of knowing if the FBI was directly responsible for the psychotronic attacks on this man (the Bureau has had access to psychotronic technology since the mid 1990's at the direction of the Department of Justice), there's little doubt that prior to this incident he had been targeted for non consensual human experimentation by some government agency.
There's also no doubt that the FBI, as well as the rest of the intelligence community in the United States, is lying to the public by claiming that this mind invasive technology does not exist, while both the Bureau and the media continue to portray those citizens whom it furtively deploys this signals intelligence technology against, as being mentally unstable.
It is the intelligence community's abject sadism and egregious disregard for the law regarding its torture and even murder of American citizens, that it hides behind the cover of national security, while claiming that these victims are crazy.
However, they are far from crazy, but instead, manifesting years of daily psychological abuse at the hands of men and women operating within the U.S. Intelligence community, who can be described as nothing less than psychopaths.
Regarding those who are targeted for the vigilante hate crime of organized stalking - an adjunct to the crime of non consensual human experimentation which is also used against them - many of these people have been driven to either commit suicide, or crimes for which they can be incarcerated - like James Kromer finally did.
Moreover, one can only imagine the torture that Kromer was subjected to before he finally snapped. This author has been targeted by the FBI, NSA and DHS for a vicious psychological warfare program for nearly a decade, and by the FBI and NSA for non consensual human experimentation for the past 30 years.
And it is only in having learned how to undermine those who perpetrate these attacks, that I have survived this long and been able to extensively document these crimes for the millions of readers who regularly visit this Website.
Regarding James Kromer, there have been many similar cases in the news over the past few years, as targets of these crimes of non consensual human experimentation, mentally unravel after years of being tortured by those who themselves, are completely brainwashed and thus devoid of any remorse for their crimes.
Simply stated, their humanity has been brainwashed right out of them, to the point where they can joyfully torture men, women and even young children to death, while using classified technology that gives them total anonymity in perpetrating these crimes.

If ever there were speculation that Congressman Hale Boggs, the 17th Majority Leader of the United States House of Representatives during the Nixon Administration, was murdered by the *White House and FBI, the above tape of the April 6, 1971 phone conversation between President Richard Nixon and House Minority Leader, Gerald Ford, regarding Nixon's lack of trust for Boggs (after Boggs had called J. Edgar Hoover and the entire FBI a Gestapo), only serves to give us what may serve as the smoking gun in why Boggs' plane never arrived in Juneau Alaska on October 16, 1972.

One may also surmise from Nixon's statement, regarding claims made by J. Edgar Hoover, that the FBI had not wire tapped a member of Congress since 1924 (the year that the Bureau Of Investigation morphed into the FBI), that Boggs may have accused the FBI of tapping his phone conversations.
*Hoover's claim that the FBI had not placed any members of Congress under surveillance can be taken with a grain of salt, given the godfather of the U.S. Intelligence crime syndicate's history of pathologically lying to the public, while using the FBI as his own personal domestic spy organization.
Moreover, during their conversation, Nixon and Ford made a point of claiming that Boggs was acting irrationally, even speculating that he was over medicated (typical of the claims made about people who learn of government cover ups and attempt to expose them).
If the FBI had learned that Boggs, who was a member of the Warren Commission, had suspected that the Kennedy Assassination was an inside job (which we now know it was), Hoover would have certainly used the FBI to put him under surveillance, in efforts to determine if he was going to publicize this information and create problems for the White House.
In the present day, look at how many government whistle blowers have reported being stalked by the FBI after having attempted to expose a crime being committed by the federal government. NSA whistle blower Russ Tice is one of the best illustrations of this.
Certainly, Hale Boggs' claims of J. Edgar Hoover and the FBI operating like a Gestapo could have arisen from Boggs' own experience as a target of the FBI's illegal surveillance, or even a COINTELPRO operation. Something that neither the FBI nor the Nixon White House would ever have admitted to.
Many people, including this author, who learn of the FBI's clandestine role as domestic spy and covert terrorist, have been shocked to find that the organization isn't what the public is told it is - but instead a secret police force like the KGB or Stasi.

Prior to taking the scheduled flight from Anchorage to Juneau Alaska, Congressman Boggs had stated to friends, that the Warren Commission Report was fraudulent, and that he was going to insist that a new investigation be conducted. Boggs never lived long enough to get the chance.
A short time later, the plane that Boggs and several others were flying on, including the late Congressman Nick Begich senior, disappeared when flying over a 600mile stretch of land and water between Anchorage and Juneau Alaska.

The following is the censored FBI telex which proves that Boggs' plane had been found at that there were at least two survivors.
In their desperation to cover up what they had done, could those responsible for this crime have secretly removed the wreckage of this plane, murdered the two men who were still alive and then disposed of all four bodies?
Why would they have done this?
The reason is clear enough. If the plane is ever found, a forensic investigation may provide evidence that the plane had been tampered with before its flight; or even blown up or shot down.
If by some miracle, the plane's cockpit is still intact and the bodies of the passengers are still there, DNA technology may be able to determine if the pilot was drugged at the time of the crash.
One thing's for certain, despite more than a month's long search by officials for Boggs' plane, the FBI prevented a legitimate investigation into his disappearance, and has no interest in reopening this case after four decades.
Especially when one considers the incriminating conversation between Nixon and Ford on April 6, 1971, which clearly shows their concern that if allowed to do so, Boggs could create serious problems for both the White House and FBI. And especially after Congressman Boggs had openly accused John Edgar Hoover of wiretapping several members of Congress who did not believe the Warren Commission Report. Before his death, Boggs had even accused the FBI of wiretapping him. Boggs was so furious, that he openly called for Hoover's resignation on the floor of the House of Representatives, which is what Nixon and Gerald Ford are referring to in the aforementioned tape.
Moreover, there's also the death of Dorothy Hunt, former CIA operative and wife of Howard E. Hunt (of Watergate infamity), in a 1972 plane crash, after Hunt threatened the Nixon Administration claiming that she had evidence of Richard Nixon and the CIA's complicity in the murder of John F. Kennedy. Hunt claimed that her evidence would "blow the lid off of the White House."
It has been alleged that Dorothy Hunt had been carrying a substantial amount of money with her, which was found on her body at the crash scene. It is rumoured that Hunt had blackmailed Richard Nixon and that the money found on her person was a payoff from Nixon, in an attempt to coverup his role as an accomplice in the murder of President John F. Kennedy.
So here we have the accounts of two government officials who report having revelations regarding the murder of John F. Kennedy, and Richard Nixon's involvement, who both end up dying in plane crashes within two months of one another.
As for Hale Boggs' loyalty to the American people, today's Congress persons are far more self interested (as well as brainwashed), very few of whom are willing to risk their lives out of any allegiance to the American people. Their loyalty is to the corporate lobbyists who donate to their campaigns.
However, Hale Boggs was one of the few politicians, who in all likelihood lost his life attempting to protect the American people's interests, by exposing the real reasons for John F. Kennedy's murder. A President who dared to, and ultimately paid the price for challenging the Federal Reserve System's control over the monetary system in the United States, as well as the U.S. Corporation and its federal government's collusion with the British Monarchy & House of Rothschild, to ensure that America remain a British crown colony.

"Eastlund’s first patent (US #4,686,605) was for a 'method and apparatus for altering a region in the Earth’s atmosphere, ionosphere, and or magnetosphere.' His second patent described the reflection of a second signal, using the ionospheric bulge, to distant locations on the Earth’s surface. Eastlund had been working with the Atlantic Richfield Company, holders of a massive reserve of natural gas under Alaska’s north slope.
ARCO bought Eastlund’s first two patents with the understanding that this new technology would make it possible for their natural gas reserves, too expensive to be piped from Alaska, to be converted to electrical energy on the north slope, and then bounced off the heated ionosphere to customers in remote locations around the globe. Also, because Eastlund’s 'heaters' could elevate the Earth’s ionosphere, his discovery provided the ability to control weather! HAARP: Weapon of Total Destruction

Albert Einstein’s theories of relativity and the development of atomic energy are seen as the pinnacles of Twentieth Century technology. But Bernard Eastlund’s discoveries, when they are eventually disclosed, will render many of Einstein’s innovations obsolete.
You’ve probably never heard of Bernard Eastlund. If the US military has their way, you probably won’t. He’s a very private physicist with a small company in Houston. In the mid-80’s, Eastlund invented and patented a technology that will nevertheless reshape our lives, for better or for worse, whether we like it or not.
Last month, ViewZone ran a photograph that was sent to us for identification (see Unusual Photographs). We received many wild explanations, from underground alien bases to ancient city streets. But a handful of anonymous e-mails were consistent. These described the long, parallel, perfectly straight lines as part of an antenna complex used to communicate with submerged submarines. These same e-mails spoke of “death rays” that could blast distant locations with lethal electromagnetic radiation.
The photograph was eventually believed to be an ELF (an acronym for Extremely Low Frequency) antenna installation, designed for submarine communication. There is one almost identical to the photograph in Michigan. Since our anonymous informants seemed to be so knowledgeable, we were curious about their claims of a “death ray” installation located somewhere in Alaska. Our informants directed our attention to something called HAARP (High Frequency Active Aurora Ionospheric Research Program).
HAARP is a military project based on Eastlund’s discoveries. It is a technically difficult program to discuss with non-scientists and, as such, it has eluded the spotlight of the popular press. In addition, HAARP has been maintained partially as a clandestine project, operated by the US Navy. The information that is made available to the public is carefully worded to make HAARP appear as a bland, harmless, unclassified, atmospheric research facility.
This public image is maintained, in part, through a website, complete with a reassuring, updated, digital photograph, showing dozens of motionless aluminum dipole antennae at their remote Alaskan base. Public statements speak about “better understanding the ionosphere,” a layer of Earth’s atmosphere about 60-90 Km. high. They are polite when questioned, but stick to their “harmless research” stories, despite contradictions in the press and in publicly available documents. In preparation for this article, ViewZone contacted HAARP. Not only did they deny that the facility was doing military work, but they also diminished the work of Dr. Eastlund, implying that he knew very little about his own discovery.
Eventually everyone will know about Bernard Eastlund and his work. It will someday be taught in schools. His technology will impact every living thing. But this will have to wait for the military, who own his valuable patents, to release Eastlund’s work for humane applications. For the time being, this work is buried in the secretive work of HAARP.
To completely understand Eastlund’s work, you must first understand how and why HAARP works. This is not an easy task. But we’ll try to keep it simple.
What is HAARP? The official HAARP facility is located in Gakuna, Alaska. The site consists of a collection of antennae, arranged in a computer-controlled grid, known as a “phased array.” A phased array has the ability to focus radio signals in a precise direction, without the necessity of turning the antennae. Modern radar systems no longer use the revolving dish that we have come to recognize. The new radar antennae, which rely on phased arrays, look more like the flat screen of a drive-in movie, speckled with small umbrella-like antennae in neat rows. The phased array in HAARP is not a radar, but it uses some of the same extremely high frequencies to focus a powerful radio beam to specific locations in the Earth’s ionosphere.
The ionosphere is a layer of charged particles (or “ions”) located about 60-90 kilometers above the Earth’s surface. It is the layer which reflects short wave radio waves and makes it possible for a transmitter in New York to send a signal to Tokyo. Short waves may be good enough to send The Voice of America broadcasts, but they are subject to noise and static. Short wave signals lose much of their power as they travel and can even be blocked by the weather and sunspot activity.
Extremely High Frequency waves, on the other hand, are much shorter than short waves. They travel in compact, narrowly focused, beams. They do not encounter static or deteriorate from rain or clouds. Since they retain their strength over long distances, they are preferred for most point-to-point communications. Unfortunately, though, EHF waves (including microwaves) do not naturally reflect and bounce off of the ionosphere. For this reason, high frequency waves are said to propagate along the “line of sight.” If you own a satellite television dish, you know that it is important for your antenna to be pointed in the direction of the satellite. This is because you are receiving extremely high frequency waves.
Eastlund’s discovery involved beaming High Frequency (HF) and Extremely High Frequency (EHF) waves, of extremely high power (over a billion watts), directly at a point on the ionosphere. When this was done, the ionosphere became heated from the accumulating electrical energy. You might think of it as “cooking” the atmosphere.
The heated portion of the ionosphere expands like heated plastic and is raised to a higher altitude, causing an atmospheric “bulge.” Eastlund discovered that this bulge was highly reflective to radio waves, and, because of its altitude, it could bounce high frequency radio signals to points well beyond the horizon. Even efficient ELF and microwaves signals, which normally would pass through the ionosphere into space, could be deflected without much loss of strength. He called this heated “bulge” the “lens effect.”
Eastlund’s first patent (US #4,686,605) was for a “method and apparatus for altering a region in the Earth’s atmosphere, ionosphere, and or magnetosphere.” His second patent described the reflection of a second signal, using the ionospheric bulge, to distant locations on the Earth’s surface. Eastlund had been working with the Atlantic Richfield Company, holders of a massive reserve of natural gas under Alaska’s north slope. ARCO bought Eastlund’s first two patents with the understanding that this new technology would make it possible for their natural gas reserves, too expensive to be piped from Alaska, to be converted to electrical energy on the north slope, and then bounced off the heated ionosphere to customers in remote locations around the globe. Also, because Eastlund’s “heaters” could elevate the Earth’s ionosphere, his discovery provided the ability to control weather! Jet streams could be altered, tornadoes could be zapped and rain could be made– anywhere and anytime– right here and right now! But the military had other plans.
Eastlund’s patents were sealed under a US Secrecy Order. The military realized that his first patent outlined the recipe for an over-the-horizon radar apparatus, capable of detecting Soviet launched ICBM’s within seconds of their launch. His second patent was even more appetizing. President Ronald Regan’s infamous Star Wars program had challenged the military with tall order. Their complex laser systems, nuke satellites and rail-guns didn’t work. The military were years from meeting Pentagon goals. Now, unexpectedly, their prayers had been answered. Eastlund’s “energy transmission system” would be turned into the ultimate “death ray.”
The US military was not the only investigator of “ionospheric heaters.” The Russians conducted their own research with similar systems, based on Eastlund’s technology. Other heaters also conducted research in Norway, Brazil and Puerto Rico. Russian “bigger is better” programs, however, beamed huge amounts of electromagnetic power at the ionosphere, successfully bouncing volleys of electromagnetic energy back to the Earth’s surface. At these higher power levels, the heated ionosphere acted like a powerful battery, storing, amplifying and discharging destructive beams of energy that could devastate a distant target on demand, in seconds. At that time, the Russians (USSR) lacked the powerful computing facilities that were required to direct and control this energy beam.
To be precise, calculations for bouncing these energy beams must take into account the rotation of the Earth, the angle of reflectance, and a variety of complex, dynamic factors. The US had the power of CRAY and EMASS computer systems, but lacked the power output capabilities of the Russian heaters. HAARP would change that.
In 1995, the US military sought congressional funding for a “super-heater,” a world class HAARP installation that would be capable of exceeding the Russian power outputs many times over. But there was a snag. The American public had been told that the Star Wars program was a “defensive” weapon. President Reagan had even offered to share this technology with other countries to establish a “shield of peace” that would forever inhibit nuclear proliferation. But would the American public fund a “death ray” which could deliver “first strike” capabilities to any point on the globe within seconds? Even the military doubted that this would be an easy sale.
At first, the military attempted to describe the HAARP as a substitute for the controversial ELF (low frequency) transmitters. Eastlund’s research had demonstrated that the heated “lens” could generate and reflect ELF radio signals if the applied HF power source was pulsed. The large ELF antenna systems in Wisconsin and Michigan could be replaced by the smaller, more efficient HAARP arrays.
Since their installation in America’s dairyland, ELF signals were becoming a sensitive topic. Research was showing that ELF radiation was extremely harmful. Dr. Cletus Kanavy, chief of the biological effects group of the Phillips Laboratory’s Electromagnetic Effects Division at Kirkland Air Force Base in New Mexico, stated that “the entire issue of human interaction with electromagnetic (RF & microwave) radiation is… a major national population health concern.” (Biological Effects of Microwave Radiation: A White Paper, Microwave News at 12, September/October 1993).
Dr. Kanavy noted the “large amount of data, both animal experimental and human clinical, to support the existence of chronic, non-thermal effects.” These effects include behavioral aberrations, neural network perturbations, fetal (embryonic) tissue damage (inducing birth defects), cataractogenesis (cataracts), altered blood chemistry, metabolic changes and suppression of the endocrine and immune systems. There were also cases of sudden and unexplained mutations in frogs and wildlife in the radiation paths of ELF installations. It was only a matter of time before the public outcry would prohibit ELF transmitters.

Someone in Congress realized the public safety implications of ELF waves– even if they were to be generated by HAARP. The funding for HAARP was delayed while the Pentagon quickly assured the congressional committees that the ELF programs would be scuttled and replaced by HAARP’s “high frequencies” which were, after all, “harmless.” Congress thereby appropriated 16 million dollars for HAARP’s initial expansion. But was the HAARP really doing away with ELF radiation? Not at all.(see 104th Congress, 1st session, Report 104-24 at 190, July 28, 1995)
The military’s own Executive Summary of the HAARP program clearly states their reliance on ELF waves. Instead of transmitting these waves from ground based transmitters, HAARP created these waves through the use of “pulse” transmissions of their HF energy beams. Or, to put it another way, HAARP duplicated the ELF signals by turning their signal on and off at rates (30 to 3000 cycles per second) within the ELF range. The result was that ELF radiation could be directed to a specific area on the surface of the planet, at will.
“The potential exists for generating such waves by ground-based heating of the ionosphere. The heater is used to modulate the conductivity of the lower ionosphere, which in turn modulates ionospheric currents. This modulated current, in effect, produces a virtual antenna in the ionosphere for the radiation of radio waves. The technique has already been used to generate ELF/VLF signals at a number of vertical HF heating facilities in the West and the Soviet Union. To date, however, these efforts have been confined to essentially basic research studies, and few attempts have been made to investigate ways to increase the efficiency of such ELF/VLF generation to make it attractive for communications applications. In this regard, heater generated ELF would be attractive if it could provide significantly stronger signals than those available from the Navy’s existing antenna systems in Wisconsin and Michigan.”
“Recent theoretical research suggests that this may be possible, provided the appropriate HF heating facility was available. Because this area of research appears especially promising, and because of existing Department of Defense requirements for ELF and VLF, it is already a primary driver of the proposed research program.”

All of these potentially harmful effects clearly violate the US government’s own Environmental Protection Agency’s doctrine. Congress established, through NEPA, that it is the policy of the federal government to “create and maintain conditions under which man and nature can exist in productive harmony.” 42 U.S.C. Sec. 4331(a).
To date, there have been eleven other patents derived from Eastlund’s original work. These patents describe the reflective alterations of the ionosphere for such uses as “nuclear scale explosions without radiation,” “power-beaming systems,” “over-the-horizon radar systems,” and “nuclear missile detection and destruction systems.” Further, the patents are now owned by Raytheon, a long-standing defense contractor, and can now be combined with other military patents and used for battlefield applications.
Eastlund’s original research recognized the military uses for his discoveries. A review of his patent applications shows how this technology can be used:
“…ability to put unprecedented amounts of power in Earth’s atmosphere at strategic locations and to maintain the power injection level particularly if random pulsing is employed, in a manner far more precise and better controlled than heretofore accomplished by the prior art, particularly by detonation of nuclear devices of various yields at various altitudes…”
“…It is possible not only to interfere with third party communications but to take advantage of one or more such beams to carry out a communications network even though the rest of the world’s communications are disrupted. Put in another way, what is used to disrupt another’s communications can be employed by one knowledgeable of this invention as a communication network at the same time…”
“…large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction.“
Additional research indicates that funding was approved to develop a tomographic scanning apparatus back in 1996. This ability to penetrate deep within the Earth, to scan for caves, munitions storage and potential enemy shelters, is specifically outlined as part of the funding agreement. But the same wavelengths used in this tomographic scanning are powerful ELF radiation. And once located, strategic targets can be destroyed by changing the frequency and power of the directional beam. In short, the 104th Congress was duped into funding a “death ray.” Recent (FY-1999) budget requests have included huge appropriations for the Navy, with emphasis on anti-missile technologies. The Navy is also developing high-altitude manned and unmanned vehicles at secret locations, such as those in Nevada. One such project is called “Aurora,” suggesting a link to this new technology. It is our belief that this electromagnetic beam system is currently on-line.
Perhaps we can justify this dangerous manipulation of nature by convincing ourselves that America is the only remaining super-power, with morality and capability to be Earth’s police force. Certainly this kind of lethal power is better controlled by a democracy than, say, a terrorist regime like Libya, or an unstable government like Iraq. The potential for building a HAARP type of installation is well within the technology and budget of even the poorest country. It involves no nuclear fuel and can be constructed covertly. Computing power is now virtually unlimited. The country that has such a capability on-line first, and is able to detect and destroy other such devices, could maintain the balance of power and control of the globe.
HAARP technology is presently under suspicion by a number of scientists around the world. The ionosphere has been described as a delicate “bubble” of charged particles that, much like the ozone layer, serves as a thin skin, protecting us against high energy particles that regularly stream towards Earth from the Sun. Even a temporary “hole” or rip in this ion field could result in the collision of these particles with our genetic and biologic molecules, causing mutations or death. Some scientists even worry that the ionosphere could collapse from electrical imbalance. They ask, “Can we really afford the risk of tampering with something that we do not yet fully understand, and which belongs to all life (not just human) on this planet?” HAARP has even been accused of environmental vandalism.
The Earth has a solid metallic core and a rotating mass of electrical conducting, liquid rock called the mantle. This makes the Earth behave like a giant dynamo, with a strong magnetic field. Not every planet has this. The magnetic field, or magnetosphere, is important for the existence of life, as we know it. It effectively diverts the solar wind as it throws charged, high energy particles towards the Earth. These magnetic fields are furthest from the Earth at the equator and they actually meet the planet surface in the Arctic regions. The latter phenomenon is the reason for locating ionospheric “heaters” near the polar regions of Earth, where they are most accessible and vulnerable to unnatural influences.
The solar wind is so powerful that it distorts the magnetosphere, causing the part facing the Sun to become compressed (left) and the side opposite to the Sun (right) to have a “tail,” similar to the tail of comets. Together with the lower ionosphere, these charged atmospheres are essential for maintaining the radiation-free environment on our planet. Like the ozone layer, they are fragile but essential to life. The irresponsible damage to these ecosystems could turn HAARP into a weapon of total destruction.

ViewZone contacted HAARP, through their web site, in the preparation of this story. At first, our inquiries were treated lightly. We were assured that HAARP was purely a research facility with no classified status. When we submitted some of the material referenced in this story, we were told that there was no basis to support such activity at HAARP’s Gakona facility. We were reminded that HAARP has an open web site, with ample pictures and public disclosures. We were asked, “Would a classified military operation act this way?”
A review of the Congressional appropriations indicates that the proposed HAARP facility was to be located in Alaska’s Poker Flat rocket range (see Executive Summary parts 4.3 and 4.2.1) a flat, spacious and remote facility about 30 miles north of Fairbanks. The Executive Summary states any number of reasons why this tundra location is ideal. However, Gakona, the site depicted on HAARP’s web site, is located 260 miles south of Poker Flats, in the rugged mountain country of the Alaska Range. Was there some mistake, or was the “public” HAARP program built in Gakona, while the classified projects were being constructed at Poker Flats, as planned?
We put this question bluntly to HAARP. Rather than answer with their usual candor, we received the following reply:
Viewzone: Can you comment on the wording of the appropriations statement that was submitted to the 104th Congress, as quoted in my e-mail?
HAARP: “No I can’t. As an editor, I’m sure you realize that NO government employee ever comments on other branches of the government. This is a long-standing protocol courtesy and it is not ever trifled with. It is unfortunate that there are people who will twist this policy into some conspiratorial motive.”
“As I have mentioned to you numerous times, this e-mail account is for the purpose of answering “technical” questions about the HAARP program. The anti-HAARP claims are easily refuted on a technical basis alone and I have given you the technical facts which do exactly that. The bottom line is that HAARP is technically capable of operating as an ionospheric observatory capable only, of conducting limited ionospheric studies which will yield enormous knowledge that will be useful in the design of reliable, high performance communication and navigation systems for the DoD as well as the private sector. It has about as much value as a weapon as the Keck Observatory in Hawaii or the Very Large Array in New Mexico.”

Viewzone also asked the inventor, Dr. Bernard Eastlund, about his technology. Dr. Eastlund informed us that the patents he transferred are capable of doing everything that he stated. We asked him to comment on the fact that his discoveries had been acquired for military, rather than humane use.
Doctor Eastlund: “With some funding from the European Space Agency I have been able to address some of the issues you raised. In particular, I have continued to develop concepts that speak to the civilian (or humane) issues rather than the military.
I have taken a hard look at the potential beneficial effects of the root technology and have developed a new concept for prevention of tornado formation in mesocylones based on heating cold downdrafts within the storm with microwave radiation from a satellite based source. The concept is called the Thunderstorm Solar Power Satellite. I presented a paper entitled, “Systems Considerations of Weather Modification Experiments Using High Power electromagnetic Radiation” at the “Workshop on Space Exploration and Resources Exploitation-Ex[plospace 20-22 October, 1998, Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy. The Systems Study indicates a possibility it might work, but raises issues of safety and the ability of diagnostics and numerical simulation capabilities to monitor and predict behavior of a storm.
If successful, it might be possible to prevent the formation of destructive tornadoes. This could be a very positive outgrowth of my original work. Further extrapolations of the technology may also be useful in hurricane mitigation.
Regarding safety. I believe it is the paramount issue. Unless these applications can be shown to be safe no experimentation should be initiated. My Company has adopted safety guidelines which include guidelines prepared by the NAS for global warming mitigation experiments and a few that were added to ensure that the systems are not used for military purposes. The guidelines are included in a paper I gave yesterday at a conference on ‘”The Applications of Remote Sensing and GIS for Disaster Management.” held January 19-21, 1999 at the George Washington University. Copy attached. Note in the guidelines I have made a strong recommendation for international control.“
In the future, Dr. Eastlund’s technologies will change our planet. Electrical energy will be available everywhere, without the need for transmission lines. Disasters from severe thunderstorms and tornadoes will be minimized, climates will be made milder, and food production will be enhanced by illuminated skies and ample rainfall. Global communication will be inexpensive. Critical ozone will be replenished. And, most importantly, nuclear weapons will have been made obsolete by the abilities to detect and destroy enemy installations. Terrorism will also be made much more difficult. In short, Eastlund’s discoveries provide inexpensive energy and an end to draught and hunger– the major causes of human violence.
But these humane applications are still in the future. Eastlund’s patents remain under the control of the military industrial complex. We are more likely to see an instantaneous “death ray,” or mass “mind control” mechanisms, before Eastlund’s discoveries make the planet a better place to live.

Wave length: explained When we speak of “short” waves or “extremely short” waves, we are speaking about the distance that a radio signal must travel to produce one complete (often called “sign wave”) positive and negative cycle. Electrons travel at the speed of light, a constant velocity in the universe, estimated to be 300,000,000 meters per second. The frequency of a radio signal is the number of complete “positive-negative” cycles that occur in a second (called “hertz”). A frequency of 15,000,000 (or 15 million hertz) means that the electrical energy is changing from positive to negative at the rate of 15-million times a second.
To determine the “length” of this frequency, or “wavelength,” we simply divide the velocity of light, 300,000,000 meters per second, by the frequency, say 15,000,000 cycles per second, to arrive at a distance in meters. Thus, 15 MHz would equal 20 meters.
The length of a radio antenna is determined by the frequency that it is designed to transmit or receive. In the case above (15 MHz), the ideal length of a long wire antenna would be 20 meters. However, this is not always practical. Engineers have found that they can successfully divide the length in half, or in a quarter of the full wavelength, and still maintain both transmission and reception of the prescribed signal frequency.
If one uses this formula to determine the wavelength of ELF signals, which range from 30 to 3000 hertz, one can easily see why extremely long antennae are needed, as pictured in Viewzone’s Unusual Photograph of January 1999, even if a quarter wavelength is used.

Half Truths & The Whistleblower
Prior to becoming an author and lecturer, Nomi Prins worked on Wallstreet, including the House of Rothschild controlled financial brokerage - Goldman Sachs. Interestingly enough, while Ms. Prins implicates the Federal Reserve System in creating the derivatives market out of thin air, stating that derivatives are based on nothing of intrinsic value, she stops short of stating that the Federal Reserve System counterfeits Federal Reserve Notes, because they are not based on gold bullion, or anything else of intrinsic value.
Instead, Prins discusses how corporate backed lobbyists are controlling U.S. politicians for their own corrupt agenda, while the American middle class is left footing the bill.

The fact is that since the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank in *1914, the entire financial system in the United States has been based on an outright fraud.
Many of the Federal Reserve's critics believe that the Federal Reserve Bank was created in 1913. However it was the Federal Reserve Act which was illegally ratified in 1913, which led to the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank in 1914. The Federal Reserve Bank, later became the Federal Reserve System in 1935, under President Franklin D. Roosevelt's administration.
Moreover, it is the complex lexicon that the Federal Reserve has created with the express intent of deceiving the public, in an effort to bankrupt the American middle class, and as part of an agenda to implement world government, that Ms. Prins should be telling her readers about. Except that if she did, Prins would find herself unemployable. Or even worse, targeted for a neutralization campaign by the FBI.
And while she gives her readers some important insights in regard to how the subprime mortgage debacle was engineered by the Federal Reserve System, which encouraged the entire derivatives' fraud which led up to the 2008 housing market collapse, Prins leaves out the most important part about the Federal Reserve System's intent to bankrupt the middle class, through its issuance of counterfeited currency.
Or that this has enabled the Federal Reserve System to routinely manipulate the U.S. economy, in order to create both inflationary and deflationary cycles; both of which are artificial in nature and destructive to this economy.
This is another illustration of the half truths that whistle blowers oftentimes tell the public, in order to remain marketable. Perhaps the latest book which Prins is working on, in which she states that her research will date back a hundred years to the Federal Reserve's creation, will be a complete truth, instead of the half truths that so many whistle blowers are forced to tell in order to remain viable in the business world.
However, it's doubtful, since Prins, also a senior fellow at the Demos Think Tank, is likely being used as a propagandist for this organization, whose critics have claimed that Demos is nothing but a Marxist propaganda machine for world Communism, which is being used to attack Websites which Demos claims are conspiracy oriented, while the organization expounds on the importance of the American citizenry to gain new trust for the U.S. Federal Government.
Given the fact that the U.S. Federal Government is nothing but a cleverly packaged corporation that has been used to parasite off of the American middle class, the best thing that the American people can do is to abolish the Legislative Act of 1871, get rid of this Zionist controlled oligarchy, and reinstate our organic Constitution, while jettisoning all of its appendages; including an intelligence community that is being used to destroy the American citizenry through the fraudulent war on terror, war of terror.
There is also the question why many whistle blowers, including the best known podcast personality on the Internet, shock jock Alex Jones, has to this author's knowledge never discussed the Legislative Act of 1871, or how it turned the United States into a corporate holding of the British Monarchy.
Or why Jones does not reject his corporate US citizenship and adopt the proper Constitutional state citizenship that all Americans had, before Congress committed one of its worst acts of treason, in its passage of the Legislative Act of 1871.
For all of his useful information, one must wonder if Jones is allowed to get away with everything he says, and more to the point, earn a living at it, because he is a propagandist for the New World Order.
His listeners would argue that his information is damaging to the NWO, however, upon closer inspection, if the situation is as bad as Jones claims it is, and in all likelihood, the situation may be even more dire than Jones leads on to, the NWO may use people like Alex Jones to instill in the public a sense of helplessness, in order to prevent them from using their initiative and intelligence to fight back.
One must remember that throughout history it has been the demoralized army that is defeated. And just as easily defeated is a demoralized society. If you use the media as a vehicle in which to manipulate the collective thoughts of a society, you can then promulgate whatever information you care to, for the express purpose of mind control.

Child pornography charges may be the result of a computer virus
"A Massachusetts man was recently charged with having images of child pornography on his computer. After spending $250,000 on legal fees and computer experts, he was able to show that a computer virus was responsible for the images. Computer experts warn that this may not be an isolated incident.
ABC News has the story.
In the case above, it was revealed that a virus programmed the man’s computer to visit up to 40 child pornography websites every minute. However, the proof of his innocence did not come until 11 months after prosecutors filed charges. There have been a handful of similar documented cases around the United States and the United Kingdom which reveal that other innocent people have been charged. It is unknown how many other people have been wrongfully charged or convicted for child porn because of computer viruses, since many cases have not undergone thorough forensic reviews.
A computer virus can occur in a number of ways including opening email or visiting a malicious website. Some viruses can force another person’s computer to visit child porn websites and collect illegal images from those sites. A computer can also be turned into a storage facility for images and movies that a pedophile can then safely view remotely. Other times the hacker may be playing a prank or trying to frame the user.
Prosecutors maintain that the computer virus argument is generally a ploy. Yet, forensic experts believe that computer viruses are a very real threat when it comes to child porn charges. Experts also agree that in some cases it is simply impossible to determine how an illegal image ended up on a computer.
