Counter-Counter Intelligence (CCI)
While there's no formal psychological warfare protocol known as CCI, the fact is that many individuals targeted for non consensual human experimentation and the vigilante hate crime organized stalking, are utilizing what can be described as countering their opposition with similar psyop tactics.

However, the TI's use of these protocols is defensive in nature - in other words survival - while the criminals deploying these psyop protocols are operating offensively with the intent of using furtive means in which kill the targeted persons. These people, who have been dubbed as organized stalkers, are criminals, torturers and murderers.

A CCI involves the use of using the same tactics against those persons who are attempting to murder your person, through their use of psychological warfare operations, in order to illustrate for these Nazi minded individuals the same experience that they cruelly subject targeted individuals to.

Not all TI's use CCI, however, several do, simply to survive the daily OS/EH attacks that they are subjected to.

A form of CCI can also be used for those TI's who are being subjected to the remote brain scanning of their persons, which is almost always done by federal government agencies such as the NSA, CIA, FBI and DHS.

For example, if the government has so little regard for your inherent rights as a citizen of the United States that they would secretly access your brain through computer to brain interface, and use you to experiment on, then it is imperative that you counter what the government is doing through the use of CCI.

There is absolutely no question that those who take part in organized stalking crimes are not functioning rationally, since they can't be reasoned with, and are instead operating in a brainwashed and almost maniacal state, as a result of the manipulation of their minds by the same government agencies who continue to perpetrate these crimes against the TI community.

An example of using CCI against a government agency that is illegally deploying computer to brain interface technology against your person, would involve researching crimes that the U.S. Federal Government has been committing against American citizens, such as the alphabet agencies, who have a history of perpetrating some of the most horrendous crimes imaginable against the American people and those citizens of other countries.

Modern versions of MKULTRA and COINTELPRO are being conducted against the American citizenry as part of the 9-11 false flag operation, and the subsequent fraudulent war on terror which is being used to destroy the American middle class.

The Federal Reserve System's counterfeiting and laundering of bogus currency, and its theft of much of the American people's gold from the U.S. Treasury in 1914 (already documented by Eustace Mullins through information he obtained through the Library Of Congress) can be another form of research.

The Zionist controlled government in the United States, which is presently attempting to murder this author (after torturing my person for many years through the use of various forms of non consensual human experimentation and directed energy weapon's attacks), has secretly brain fingerprinted the American people.

This is the only way that the NSA can be able to instantly identify and track each American citizen by way of spy satellite, while remotely accessing our thoughts.

What we are referring to here is the complete destruction of the United States Bill of Rights, which a great number of Americans are presently writing about over the Internet.

Moreover, there are literally thousands of people from the United States alone, who are describing their own experiences regarding having their minds remotely read, and their thoughts manipulated, while being remotely tracked via signals intelligence satellites. And there are thousands more in other NATO countries who are documenting the same phenomenon.

As such, there is no question that the unique electrophysiology of the human body is being exploited by federal government agencies, which are using classified technologies in which to catalogue the unique bioelectric resonance/entrainment frequencies of each of our brains, in order brand us like heads of cattle.

Such cataloging of this information can only be described as a form of brain fingerprinting, and is being used to destroy the right to privacy of every person on the face of this planet, even though this technology was created with the global middle class in mind.

Writing about this treasonous crime, while an agency like the NSA clandestinely scans your thoughts via computer to brain interface, within the so called privacy of your own home, and while violating your inherent rights as an American citizen, is another example of CCI, since the information the NSA will collect from illegally scanning your thoughts, involves crimes which the NSA is perpetrating against your person, and whose agents will be forced to read about as they decode the thoughts that they have illegally stolen from your own mind!

For instance, you write about the NSA's Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network, while the NSA is illegally using this satellite spy network to scan your own brainwaves.

Directive 18 of the National Security Agency's by-laws, prohibits the NSA from spying domestically. So if the NSA is doing so, the agency is violating U.S. law, and its agents are subject to prosecution under U.S. law.

CCI is an effective method of combating the illegal operations perpetrated against American citizens by federal, state and local government agencies, which seek to circumvent the Constitutional rule of law in order to excuse their own criminal activities.

This is especially true when these agencies are committing crimes against American citizens under the color of law statutes found in Title 18 of the United States Code.

If the NSA sees nothing wrong in its secretive brain fingerprinting of the American people, or in using many of us to experiment on via computer to brain interface, why doesn't the agency publicly admit that they are doing so?

Why don't these agents admit that many of the images that they circulate in regard to targets of this illegal technology are taken directly from the visual cortex region of the brains of these citizens?

Because the NSA knows that what they are doing is illegal.

And moreover, that such an admission would lead to the abolition of the NSA, and the arrest of many of its agents.

It would also force the American people to question what kind of government would secretly brain fingerprint its own citizens, and the only logical conclusion would be that only a dictatorship would commit a crime against the citizenry as outrageous as brain fingerprinting them.

And only an intelligence community whose ideals are based on Nazism (which the U.S. Intelligence community's are) would ever take part in such crimes.
