NSA SIGNIT EMF Scanning Network Can Instantly Monitor The Thoughts Of Any American Citizen Through The Use Of Brainwave Monitors & Analysers
Editor's Note: For years this author has been describing how the National Security Agency has been used to implement a national brain fingerprinting program in the United States, which can electronically scan the brainwaves of any American citizen, without the use of an implanted tracking device - RFID.
Early on, federal agents posing as victims of non consensual human experimentation, were quick to infiltrate the Internet community of men, women and children, who continue to be targets of non consensual human experimentation, in order to discredit anyone who claimed that it is the brain's own unique electromagnetic field which is used by the Intel community as a tracking device.
Not only has the Intel community continued to perpetrate this horrible crime against myriad citizens, it has also used its own agents to propagate a disinformation campaign used to prevent these victims from learning who the perpetrators of these crimes are.
Early on, these agents were successful in creating serious doubts about the existence of this thought reading technology. However, for those targets of remote brain scanning who knew for certain that such technology exists, but were not certain of how it was deployed, these agents insisted that wireless computer to brain interface could only be deployed against persons who have been implanted with electronic tracking chips.
This was an outright lie.
However, over time, these agent provocateurs have lost their credibility, since much of the TI community has come to realize that the human body is surrounded by electromagnetic waves, and that the EMF waves which emanate from the human brain are distinct in each person, and thus, can be used to distinguish one person from another.
The National Security Agency developed and implemented a wireless form of computer to brain interface - signals intelligence brain scanning technology - many decades ago, which involves the use of brain scanning and analysing equipment, that the NSA utilizes as part of its Signals Intelligence EMF Scanning Network.
The SIGNIT EMF Scanning Network is used to target, track and remotely monitor the brain state of any American citizen of interest, without that citizen's knowledge, while totally disregarding that person's inherent rights to privacy and due process of law.
This is by far the worst crime that the federal government in the United States has ever perpetrated against the American people, since not only has the NSA secretly implemented a national brain fingerprinting program so that each American citizen has been electronically branded by the NSA's domestic spy program; the NSA has also used myriad American citizens as unwitting victims of non consensual human experimentation, in its refinement of this technology, since it was first deployed on the U.S. population in the early 1980's.
As a decades' long target of the NSA's satellite predation, and subjected to years of directed energy attacks, as well as various other forms of non consensual human experimentation, this author is certain that this technology was implemented with the express intent of invading the human mind in efforts to manipulate how people think and act.
I am also certain that the fusion centers which are now operational throughout the United States, are obtaining much of their information on American citizens, through cooperative efforts with domestic spy agencies like the NSA, which utilize signals intelligence satellites to deploy such brain scanning technology.
The complete and utter disregard for the Constitutional rule of law regarding those citizens who continue to be used as unwitting targets of the NSA (as well other organizations within the military intelligence complex in the United States who are also secretly utilizing this technology), offers yet another example of how the U.S. Federal Government maintains the U.S. Constitution, not as legitimate infrastructure for controlling the United States, but instead as a paper tiger used to prevent the American people from realizing that their concept of freedom is predicated on a complete and utter lie.
The following excerpt describes in some detail how these brain scanners and analysers operate, and why all Americans should be very concerned that the federal government would be secretly deploying this technology against them.
In this author's opinion, the writer of the following article (who states that roughly one million citizens are under signals intelligence surveillance) is incorrect in regard to the number of Americans who are under 24 hour signals intelligence surveillance, since the computers used to conduct this surveillance are alleged to have the ability to simultaneously monitor six times this planet's population.
That would be more than 36 billion people whose thoughts are monitored simultaneously!
That is not to say that the entire U.S. population is being brain tapped 24 hours a day.
However, they can and may in fact be since the Patriot Act was passed. And in all likelihood, there are millions of Americans who have been made unwitting prisoners of such satellite predation without even realizing it; their thoughts electronically monitored every second of the day.
Consider the following when it comes to the government's violations of your own thoughts:

Even if each calculation involved only one ‘bit’ of information, one such computer could process more information than five times the earth’s total population… With supercomputers taking overt brain downloads within 40 years, total computer consciousness looms as an open threat for the future of mankind, just as, secretly, it already torments those victimised as covert targets of high tech brain monitoring technology."
* The NSA is alleged to operate many IBM Blue Gene computers, so imagine the remarkable computer processing speeds that they have access to.
As for the following article, aside from the claim that only a million people are actively being subjected to remote forms of brain scanning in the United States, the article is thus accurate in that brain scanning technology long ago reached the point where it has been used without the need to attach wires to the human brain; technology which has existed for many decades, and been deployed by the National Security Agency since the early 1980's.
One must wonder how many other organizations are using a similar form of electronic brain scanning technology on the U.S. population? And how many targets of this satellite predation are being demonized through covert networks, while their own TV and radio programming have been removed, and replaced by the NSA's psychological warfare programming.
Since this brain scanning technology is based on a more advanced version of the functional magnetic resonance imaging technology that the U.S. Intelligence community is attempting to trick the U.S. Judiciary into using, it has become apparent that fMRI is not a new technology at all; even though it is being represented as such.
This offers further proof that not only have the American people lost their sense of physical privacy, but that they have also lost the ability to think without being concerned that the U.S. Federal Government is electronically monitoring and analyzing their thoughts.
And still worse, that government agents who are specially trained to operate this technology, may, as yet another form of non consensual human experimentation, utilize this technology in which to create artificial thought streams which are then electronically implanted within the mind of a person whose thoughts and actions will be altered without even realizing what is happening to them.
This author has been targeted for such non consensual human experimentation for many years, as have myriad others within the United States alone. There are perhaps tens of millions of other targets of such satellite predation in other countries; countries where the vigilante hate crime of organized stalking, is being used in conjunction with such non consensual human experimentation.
Over the past decade, a significant number of Websites have been created by targets of non consensual human experimentation and organized stalking crimes.
Moreover, by perpetrating what is clearly the worst violation of privacy ever documented, the U.S. Federal Government has proven that it does not consider the American people to be anything more than herds of cattle to be used in anyway that this government decides to.
As such, if Americans don't fight to defend their inherent rights as citizens of the United States, they will eventually become completely immersed and enslaved in this signals intelligence nightmare.
However, how are they to defend themselves if most of the people in the United States are not yet aware that this technology even exists, or that it is being used on a global scale in the modern day as part of the world government presently being implemented?
Lawrence Pinneo, a neurophysiologist and electronic engineer working for Stanford Research Institute (a military contractor) is the first “known” pioneer in this field. In 1974 he developed a computer system which correlated brain waves on an electroencephalograph with specific commands. In the early 1990s, Dr Edward Taub reported that words could be communicated onto a screen using the thought-activated movements of a computer cursor.

In 1994, the brain wave patterns of 40 subjects were officially correlated with both spoken words and silent thought. This was achieved by a neurophysiologist, Dr Donald York, and a speech pathologist, Dr Thomas Jensen, from the University of Missouri. They clearly identified 27 words / syllables in specific brain wave patterns and produced a computer program with a brain wave vocabulary.
It does not take much thinking to realise that the US agencies have access to a perfected version of this technology. In fact the relevant computers have a vocabulary in excess of 60,000 words and cover most languages. In fact, the NSA’s signals intelligence monitor the brainwaves of their targets by satellite and decode the evoked potentials (3.50Hz 5 milliwatts) that the brain emits. So, using lasers / satellites and high-powered computers the agencies have now gained the ability to decipher human thoughts – and from a considerable distance (instantaneously).
The magnetic field around the head, the brain waves of an individual can be monitored by satellite. The transmitter is therefore the brain itself just as body heat is used for “Iris” satellite tracking (infrared) or mobile phones or bugs can be tracked as “transmitters”. In the case of brain wave monitoring the results are then fed back to the relevant computers. Monitors then use the information to conduct a “conversation” where audible neurophone input is “applied” to the victim.

Usually the targets are aware their brain waves are being monitored because of the accompanying neurophone feedback. *In other words, the computer repeats (echoes) your own thoughts and then the human monitors comment or respond verbally. Both are facilitated by the neurophone.
*Editor's Note: This is not always the case, since neurophone is not the only means by which to conduct wireless computer to brain interface. Thoughts can be electronically implanted into various regions of the human brain by way of maser beam, thus creating artificial thought without the target ever realizing that they are being brain scanned.
Whilst the live/human comments are individualistic and unrelated to the victims own thought processes oftentimes the artificial intelligence involved will parrot standard phrases. These are triggered by your thoughts while the human monitors remain silent or absent.
To comprehend how terrible such a thorough invasion of privacy can be – imagine being quizzed on your past as you lie in bed. You eventually fall off to sleep, having personal or “induced” dreams, only to wake to the monitors commenting / ridiculing your subconscious thoughts (dreams).
If the ability to “brain scan” individuals expands from the million or so currently under scrutiny to include ALL inhabitants of the planet (as per the Echelon surveillance system which already monitors ALL private/commercial telecommunications) then no-one will ever be able to even think about expressing an opinion contrary to those forced on us by the New World Order. There will literally be no intellectual property that cannot be stolen, no writing that cannot be censored, no thought that cannot be suppressed (by the most oppressive/invasive means).
