Editor's Note: For more than a decade and a half this author has been targeted by the NSA's satellite based directed energy weapon's technology (and targeted by the NSA's SIGNIT EMF Scanning Network since the late 1970's). This author has written extensively about the myriad symptoms which I experience as a result of such targeting, including the tremendous fatigue caused by way of the ULF (ultra low frequency) waves which I am subjected to on a regular basis. Recently, several Family members have also stated that they are extremely fatigued all day long, even when they are not physically exerting themselves. This fatigue has left them resting for several hours during the day, as this author is oftentimes forced to do.

This offers further evidence that not only is this author being subjected to the NSA's DEW technology, but that my Family is also being covertly attacked by the same electronic warfare technology.

Today, the Family member who was rushed to the hospital two weeks ago is again suffering from a low heart beat and arrhythmia. However, this Family member is no longer on the beta blocker which was believed to be the cause of the PVC's they have been suffering from.

Moreover, after being taken off of the beta blocker two weeks ago this Family member has been feeling noticeably better. The person's heart rate had gone from the low forties to mid seventy beats per minute.

However, the last day or so this person's heart rate has been back in the 40's and they are again experiencing PVC's (premature ventricular contractions).

Since they're off the beta blocker there is no logical reason for the lowered heart rate. Moreover, the type of directed energy weapons' technology which this author has been targeted and tortured by for the past decade and a half can certainly be used to adversely affect any part of a person's body, including the heart.

Furthermore, it is this author's opinion that this Family member's heart rate is being artificially lowered via some type of electromagnetic weaponry.

This author has been subjected to such technology for years, and experienced myriad physical and psychological symptoms, including a lowered and irregular heart beat, which can be brought on and corrected instantaneously by way of this technology.

It is this author's experience as a target of such non consensual human experimentation via such classified technology that has resulted in the vicious smear campaign which the FBI & NSA have perpetrated against my person, as part of the COINTELPRO operation which has now lasted for several decades.

Therefore, any injury sustained by a Family member or this author in the future will be as the direct result of our long-term exposure to this dangerous and life threatening technology.

Billions of people on this planet awaken each day wondering who's responsible for the misery they are forced to contend with in their lives. The finger pointing never ends, and the buck passing never stops.

This is why when Americans made a run on the banks in 1933, they found that the banks could not pay them legal tender in gold. This is also why during this run on the U.S. banks, the Federal Reserve System used President Franklin D. Roosevelt to close U.S banks for two weeks, and to pass legislation which made it a crime to use gold as legal tender.
