"Given this author's own experiences with the FBI's outrageous corruption, including slander campaigns, coercive tactics and psychological warfare operations, as well as the FBI's long history of manufacturing evidence, while committing perjury and suborning of witness perjury (coercing the FBI's manufactured witnesses into lying under oath) in American courtrooms, the FBI's logo of Fidelity, Bravery & Integrity is a complete and utter joke.
A far more appropriate logo for the FBI should be a large picture of Pinocchio in the midst of telling one of his great whoppers with the caption Fascism, Bureacracy & Intimidation. Since intimidation, a complete disregard for the U.S. Constitutional rule of law, and a pathological deception of the American people truly are the FBI's raison d'être. Moreover, as this author has witnessed firsthand, FBI agents will say and do anything to defend their own criminality, including furtively committing the crimes of torture and murder. The FBI will poison an entire society against an American citizen whose Constitutional rights the FBI has wantonly violated in one of its COINTELPRO stings, in efforts to keep the FBI's own agents out of prison."

FBI AGENTS CAUGHT CHEATING ON TESTS AND FABRICATING “TERRORISM EMERGENCIES”

HUNDREDS OF AGENTS TOOK THE TESTS IN GROUPS, WHICH IS PROHIBITED, AND COMPLETED THE EXTENSIVE TESTS IN A SUSPICIOUSLY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.
ACCORDING TO KONRAD MOTYKA, PRESIDENT OF THE FBI AGENTS ASSOCIATION: “THERE ARE SIMILAR STORIES FOR PRACTICALLY EVERY OFFICE, DEMONSTRATING THE PERVASIVE CONFUSION AND MISCOMMUNICATION THAT EXISTED,” IN A LETTER HE WROTE TO THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT DATED MAY 18, 2010. HE ALSO SUGGESTED THE AGENTS NOT BE PUNISHED.
THE CHEATING PROBLEM IS SO WIDESPREAD WITHIN THE FBI THAT ASSISTANT DIRECTOR JOSEPH PERSICHINI, HEAD OF THE FBI’s WASHINGTON D.C. OFFICE, WHICH INVESTIGATES CONGRESSIONAL WRONGDOING AND CRIME IN THE CAPITAL–SUDDENLY RETIRED WHEN IMPROPRIETIES ABOUT HIS TESTING CAME TO LIGHT.
THE FBI WAS GRANTED MORE POWER TO OPEN INVESTIGATIONS AND OBTAIN INFORMATION IN RECENT YEARS AND PROMISED CONGRESS IT WOULD INSTRUCT AND TEST AGENTS ON WHAT THEY WERE-AND WERE NOT- ALLOWED TO DO.
EXAMPLE: FOR THE FIRST TIME IN AMERICA’S HISTORY OUR CONGRESS GRANTED THE FBI POWER TO CONDUCT SURVEILLANCE WITHOUT PROOF THAT A CRIME HAS TAKEN PLACE!
CONGRESS ALSO HANDED THE FBI THE UNPRECEDENTED AND EXTRAORDINARY POWERS TO CONSIDER A PERSON’S RACE WHEN OPENING INVESTIGATIONS!
THAT’S RIGHT FOLKS! THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS HAS SANCTIONED AND MADE LEGAL, THE FBI’s NEARLY PERFECTED PRACTICE OF THE FABRICATION OF CRIMES; AND THE LEGAL MEANS TO EXERCISE RACISM WITHIN ITS RANKS, ALL UNDER THE PROTECTION OF THE UNITED STATES CONGRESS AND SENATE!

ONE MORE EXAMPLE OF THE DECEITFULNESS AND DISHONESTY THAT HAVE REPLACED INTEGRITY AND JUSTICE AT THE FBI IS: THE FBI LIED ABOUT, AND FABRICATED, “TERRORISM EMERGENCIES”–IN ORDER TO ILLEGALLY OBTAIN THE PHONE RECORDS OF LAW ABIDING AMERICAN CITIZENS.
BETWEEN 2002 AND 2006 THE FBI WAS CAUGHT ILLEGALLY GATHERING THE PHONE RECORDS OF OVER 2,000 U.S. TELEPHONE RECORDS.
THE FBI TOLD THE WASHINGTON POST THAT HALF OF THE 4,400 RECORDS THEY COLLECTED IN THAT PERIOD”EMERGENCY SITUATIONS” OR WITH “AFTER-THE-FACT APPROVALS” WERE DONE IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW.
NOTE: FBI AGENTS LIED ABOUT, FABRICATED, AND CONSPIRED TO MASK THEIR ACTIONS WHILE UNLAWFULLY AND FALSELY REPORTING NONEXISTENT “TERRORISM EMERGENCIES” IN ORDER TO UNLAWFULLY GAIN ACCESS TO THE PHONE RECORDS OF AMERICANS!
NOTE: IT HAS BEEN REVEALED THAT HUNDREDS OF FBI AGENTS HAVE CHEATED ON THEIR TESTS, AND IT APPEARS THAT CHEATING MAY VERY WELL INCLUDE SUPERVISORS AND ASSISTANT DIRECTORS; YET NOT ONE FBI AGENT HAS BEEN ARRESTED OR CHARGED WITH A CRIME.
FUTURE JURORS MUST REMEMBER THESE FACTS WHEN WEIGHING “EVIDENCE” PRODUCED AT TRIALS BY FBI AGENTS WHO MAY VERY WELL BE IN THE GROUPS MENTIONED ABOVE.
