I've not read this book yet, however it does look interesting. Unfortunately, much of the technology being used in satellite predation is classified, so there are few published articles in regard to this technology. And those articles which have been published discuss technology which has been around in one form or another for at least a half century or more, as if it is still in the developmental stages.

It is the classified aspect of such technology that is the bane of all who are victimized by it. We know these weapons exist because we are the people they're being tested on. However, without the media's acknowledgement of such technology, it will take quite some time before the public at large learns about satellite based weaponry and its furtive ability to spy upon, remotely read and manipulate the minds of, torture, and even murder those being targeted by it.
