More Questions Than Answers In The Wrongful Tax Evasion Conviction Of Former IRS Agent Sherry Jackson -- The IRS Imprisons Another Innocent American

It would seem that when an American citizen who's been arrested on charges of tax evasion goes to court -- even when this person is well informed in regard to the fraud which the private corporations Americans have been duped into believing are part of the US Federal Government -- that it's no longer enough to exonerate them.

There is little question at this point that the US Congress, IRS and Federal Reserve Banking cartel are in a desperate situation in which to stave off the onslaught of well educated Americans who now understand that the 16Th Amendment was never ratified, and that both it and the Federal Reserve Act are unconstitutional.

And this has led to a panic within the US Courts, which know full well that if a new trend begins, in which people who are arrested for tax evasion are suddenly acquitted (based on factual information that the US Congress has withheld from the American public for the past nine decades), that the very infrastructure of this government will implode in on itself.

The result is that tax protesters like Sherry Jackson are being denied their right to introduce such Supreme Court rulings which mandate that the wages of the American worker are to this day to be considered personal property and thus non taxable.

The Federal Judges overhearing these cases are well aware of this, yet in nearly all cases continue to violate the public's trust by withholding this information in their courtrooms.

The end result is that innocent Americans are being imprisoned, while their assets are being stolen from them. And as tax protester Larken Rose once stated, this isn't a debate which the US Congress, IRS or Federal Reserve Bank can win rationally, so they resort to character defamation and other illegal street fighting tactics, in which to destroy the reputations of those who are exposing this tax fraud for what it is.

It's a nasty situation which is eventually going to have very serious ramifications for those who are withholding these truths from the American people.

But then again, when the US Federal Government illegally spies on American citizens while remotely accessing and manipulating their thoughts (as it has repeatedly done with me for decades) -- all while denying that such atrocities are ever happening -- there are even more pressing problems in the United States, than the tax scam which this government has been running for the past ninety five years.

The bottom line is that if you catch this government in serious crimes of its own, they act as though nothing is wrong, while utilizing federal agencies like the FBI to propagate COINTELPRO attacks, in order to destroy those who can document this government's crimes.

Sherry Jackson is just one of many Americans who've been cheated out of their freedom, as well as denied a fair trial in which ALL of the evidence in support of Jackson's claims was withheld from a Jury.

Jackson will now be kept from her young family, while no doubt being psychologically abused in prison (as tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown are), as punishment for exposing the US Congresses' collusion with the IRS and Federal Reserve Bank, to defraud the American people out of trillions of dollars.

We are living in a country whose government believes that it is above its own rule of law. This is a government that no longer represents its people; a government that is going to find itself being challenged more intensely in the years to come, as the American people find that they have been cheated out of their rights as citizens, and by those whom they entrusted to protect and defend them -- those legislators who are finishing up the job that their former colleagues began long ago; to quietly find means in which to plausibly destroy the US Constitution for once and for all.

And yes, George W. Bush is an abject threat to the US Constitution in the present day as well as our freedoms. However, the US Congress has become just as great a threat to American freedoms, and is ill equipped to deal with the nightmare which their incompetence and corruption have wrought over the past Century. A situation which the American proletariat is now facing -- and one which is going to grow far worse over the next few years.

As for the FEDS' attack on the tax honesty movement, the bottom line is that the tax honesty people are telling the truth about this tax fraud -- the FEDS are only continuing to propagate a treasonous lie which was started by the US Congress in 1913, when then Secretary Of The Treasury Philander Knox lied to the American public by claiming the the income tax was legal. Since that time the FBI has only aided and abetted the Congress, IRS and Federal Reserve Bank in enforcing this lie, while in the process, perpetrating outrageous crimes against the American working class.

And as for those of us who've been illegally spied upon within our own homes for years (by these hi-tech satellite predators at the NSA and FBI), used for non consensual human experimentation, and covertly tried in public by the very agencies which I have mentioned above (in addition to Homeland Security), while having our rights as American citizens decimated; we have been made painfully aware that there is only one solution which will restore this country to its former glory.

We need a new government. A constitutional republic, like the one we started out with more than two centuries ago, and which was stolen from us more than a century ago. And until we obtain one, this Illuminati created nightmare that we are now forced to stomach is going to continue abusing us, lying to us, and violating in the most egregious of ways, our rights as Americans -- including using satellite based directed energy weapons in which to covertly torture and murder us.

As for the FBI/NSA/DHS COINTELPRO attack on my person, this attack is illustrative of abject desperation on the parts of these Nazi agencies, as the agencies seek to demonize me, to cover up their treasonous crimes against myself -- and more importantly the U.S. Bill Of Rights.

Further proof that the Patriot Act has always been, is now, and will always be nothing but expensive toilet paper.

Those who follow the Patriot Act while raping the US Constitution and its Bill Of Rights are traitors to our forefathers, and all of those men and women who have died in defense of our country over the past two centuries.

As for those FEDS who have betrayed us -- damn everyone of them. And especially those mind raping satellite reprobates at the NSA; hi-tech predators who look to end the free thought of humankind with their EVIL machinations.

Something that every American citizen must know in order to defend their rights -- The U.S. Intelligence community's prime method for obtaining information on American citizens whom they cannot arrest is the use of satellite tracking and remotely neural monitoring of the human brain, by way of computer to brain link technology -- Electronic Brain Link 0r EBL for short. And while there is no way of knowing how many millions of Americans are being spied on in such ways, there is a likely possibility that since 9-11 all Americans are being satellite tracked and remote neural monitored 24 hours a day.

And if this wasn't such a likelihood, the FEDS would not be going to the extremes which they are to demonize me. They are the ones hiding these crimes from you! They are the ones who are covertly developing and deploying satellite based technologies which will ultimately control both your thoughts and actions.

As for my battle with these agencies, the bottom line is that they have repeatedly broken the law and plumbed a new low for themselves in their attacks on my person as well as the US Bill Of Rights. They have thrown out every rule of law here, in what amounts to total vigilantism. And while they are loathe to admit it, their hatred of my person has more to do with them getting caught perpetrating these crimes, than it does anything else, since no one has better documented just how egregiously the US Intelligence community is abusing American citizens under the color and cover of law.

And for this reason, US Intelligence continues to deny many American citizens their inherent rights as citizens, including the right to quiet privacy within their own homes -- something which the FBI and NSA have been violating for more than five decades. I think what surprises me most, is the sheer arrogance of these agencies, knowing full well that they are the ones who are in violation of the US Constitution.

And I have a strong suspicion that in the future the late Patriot Patrick Henry's comment "Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Death" will again become commonly used by those Americans who refuse to acquiece to such a blatant abuse of their rights. As for any future end run around the US Constitution that the FBI or its criminal brethren make in regard to their covert attempts to murder myself, I can promise them that Patrick Henry's illustrious comment will be rigorusly adhered to. They have crossed way over the line this time, and I simply will not tolerate it any longer.
