Actor Wesley Snipes Sentenced To Three Years In Prison On Tax Evasion -- An Innocent Man Goes To Prison For What Is A Non Crime Under The Constitution

I remember having read about actor Wesley Snipes being charged with tax evasion, and his upcoming trial, sometime ago.

In another treasonous injustice, today, Mr. Snipes was convicted of tax evasion and sentenced to three years in prison -- for a non crime. Wesley Snipes was found guilty of a non crime! He is innocent.

Yet, this talented Hollywood actor and box office sensation will now have three years of his life wasted, having been convicted in a Kangaroo Court, by a corrupt judge, and an ignorant jury.

There are myriad documents which prove that the privately held Federal Reserve Bank and IRS have been operating illegally since 1913. And that more than two dozen Americans have been acquitted on the very same tax evasion charges that Wesley Snipes will now serve three years of his life for -- simply because a federal judge knew of the Supreme Court ruling which stated that the wages of the American worker are nontaxable, and that the 16Th Amendment conferred no new powers of taxation on the US Congress -- yet withheld this information from a Jury.

All Snipes' legal team had to do was to cite the passage in the Internal Revenue Service Tax Code which clearly states that "paying the income tax is voluntary compliance." They could have also cited the more than two dozen people who have been acquitted of tax evasion, and the FOIA documentation which they used in their respective defenses. And then there are the former IRS investigators who resigned from their jobs when they, too, learned that the IRS was operating illegally.

And there's also tax protestor Bill Benson's compendium entitled "The Law That Never Was" which documents that none of the 48 continguous US States ever ratified the 16Th Amendment -- the piece of legislation which the private corporation that Americans are annually shaken down and terrorized by claims gives it the authority to tax the American worker.

In spite of the 1913 Supreme Court ruling which found that the 16Th Amendment conferred no new taxing powers on the US Congress, the Congress went ahead and prompted then Secretary of the Treasury during the Woodrow Wilson Administration, Philander Knox, to lie to the American people, by telling them that the income tax was Constitutional -- when Knox clearly knew that it was not.

This treasonous fraud has been ongoing for ninety three years, and cost the American workers trillions of their own hard earned dollars.

In perpetrating these crimes against their own people, the US Congress has lost all its credibility. These are cultured people; well educated; worldly; many are wealthy beyond their dreams -- yet they (all except Congressman Ron Paul who told the truth about the IRS' operating unconstitutionally) are pathologically lying to the American people about myriad facts regarding the treasonous subversion of their own government - including the fact the 9-11 was an inside job.

Many Americans now live in this country knowing that the foundation of its government has a fault line running right through it -- and that when that fault line is finally triggered, all of its treasonous lies, tortures, murders, violations of basic human rights, and black propaganda will spew forth like an erupting volcano.

As for Wesley Snipes, it is just a damn shame that such a talented man is now being forced to waste three of his prime years in prison, for a non crime, and that his family must also suffer the pain and indignity of such an injustice, while the media helps to aid and abet those criminals within the IRS, Federal Reserve Bank and US Congress, who made it possible for him to be convicted of a non crime.

At least Wesley is still a relatively young man. Unfortunately many others wrongfully convicted and imprisoned for this non crime are not. Here I cite tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown, who will spend several of their golden years in federal prison, for a non crime, while the IRS stole virtually all of their assets, including their home and business. The IRS has illegally confiscated the assets of myriad Americans over the years -- a treasonous crime against all Americans.

Ad to this the crimes being perpetrated by agencies like the NSA and FBI, given their satellite predation and mind rape of millions of Americans, and we have an incendiary situation in the making, as those who attempt to deny us our rights are eventually exposed for their treasonous crimes against us.

And while there are many people within the US Federal Government who are truly unaware of such scams as the IRS/Federal Reserve Bank fraud, as well as the NSA's satellite predation of millions of unwitting American citizens, those who are will eventually pay the highest price imaginable for perpetrating such outrageous and unpardonable crimes against humanity. Especially those within this government who've routinely allowed agencies like the FBI, NSA, CIA and DHS to systematically decimate the 4Th Amendment.

It's also clear that even though the 4Th Amendment was created long before these spy technologies were in existence, that is strictly prohibits their use on Americans while in their own homes.

And the fact that satellite based technology is also being used by the NSA to electronically access people's minds is the type of outrageous crime that will ultimately threaten this government's existence.

When you have agencies like the FBI and NSA making an end run around the US Constitution in such blatant ways, it's only a matter of time before the entire population in this country learns that the NSA can access and manipulate their thoughts by way of specialized satellites, and in turn rises up against such a Nazi invasion of their privacy.

As for the FEDS' continued attacks on my person, and the dirtiest COINTELPRO ever staged against an American citizen, the truth about what they have subjected my Family and self to (including the mind control research that they have targeted me for for decades) is circulating globally. And with it, the realization that anyone can be targeted for such outageous violations of their privacy at any time.

The battle here is just beginning. And no one has to tolerate such an abusive government -- absolutely no one. I certainly have no intention of ever doing so, even if I eventually lose my life in the battle to expose these reprobates. And given the rampant lies that Americans are being told by this government which continues to aid and abet the crimes of the US Intelligence community, losing your life in the quest to expose this Nazi subversion is far better than acquiencing to a life of mind controlled enslavement -- something which every member of the global proletariat is on the verge of experiencing in the modern day.

As for these federal agencies -- they've always been part of the problem; not the solution. And given the fact that more Americans are now beginning to see the FBI for the Americanized version of the Gestapo that it really is, rather than the Quinn Martin derived "good guys" that they were once portrayed as being on the TV Series "The FBI" (approved by J. Edgar Hoover himself), how long can it be before Americans begin to realize that the FBI is not a benefit to them, but instead an inherently EVIL organization, and threat to their very survival?

What else can you say for an agency that uses satellites in which to spy on Americans within their own homes? That the agency has crossed so far over the line of decency that it has in fact become its own worst enemy, and in doing so, destroyed what little was left of its own credibility as legitimate law enforcement.
