Dan Rather Learned First Hand Of The Power That The Bush Crime Family Has- Others Who've Learned This Include Michael B.Williams & Margie Schoedinger
Now CBS is asking that Rather's suit be dismissed -- not because they have stated that Rather is wrong, but because they are claiming that he waited too long to file it -- a technicality -- if in fact CBS is even right about this time limitation.
Dan Rather is just one of many people who have experienced the kind of powerful influence that the Bush crime family has in myriad circles -- including that of the US Media. Rather was diligent in his research and told the truth in regard to George W. Bush's National Guard service record. And he was publicly crucified for doing so. I have a strong suspicion that he will also be denied his right to sue CBS for the damage it has caused to his reputation and career, simply because he will use information that he obtained during his research into George W. Bush's time in the National Guard, to strengthen his position -- something the Bush crime family can ill afford to have happen -- especially in front of an American Jury.
Given the corruption in the modern day US legal system, if Americans want to experience a balanced system of justice, they are going to have to find it in another country far away from this one. There is no better evidence of this, than what happened to New Hampshire tax protesters Ed and Elaine Brown, who were denied their Constitutional right to introduce exculpatory evidence in their trial, which would have completely exonerated them. Instead they are now both wrongfully imprisoned serving nearly 6 years each for a NON CRIME, while the criminal and counterfeiting Federal Reserve Bank and its IRS BAGMAN continue to FLEECE the American people. By SAMUEL MAULL
NEW YORK (AP) - CBS asked a judge Thursday to dismiss a $70 million defamation lawsuit that veteran television newsman Dan Rather filed against the network and its parent company, arguing that he waited too long to take legal action.
The former anchor's lawsuit claims his bosses made him a "scapegoat" for the controversy that arose over a disputed story about President Bush's military service.
