Four Supporters Of Ed & Elaine Brown -- Including Danny Reilly -- Arrested Today

There is a fund raiser for Ed and Elaine Brown on Saturday September 15th, 2007 at their home in Plainfield, New Hampshire. This could in itself become a watershed event in regard to Ed and Elaine given that this is the first time that a get together in regard to their situation is being held to actually collect funds for them. Given that the FEDS are doing everything possible to destroy the Browns' support system, it should come as no surprise to anyone that they will in some way attempt to disrupt this gathering.

They may even choose to arrest any persons who donate money, claiming that these people are aiding and abetting the Browns. Their recent arrest of four Brown supporters is indicative of the situation becoming more intense by the day, and the FEDS are certainly not going to allow anyone else to offer Ed and Elaine support without attempting to punish them for it.

I would not be surprised if they attempted to block access the Brown's property on Saturday as a result of this.

Ed and Elaine continue to be a beacon of light in the battle against fascism in this country. And thanks to them as well as men like Aaron Russo, Dylan Avery and presidential hopeful Ron Paul, the fight for freedom will continue to be propagated in spite of this government's attempts to quash it. However, one must wonder how much longer Aaron Russo's DVD American From Freedom To Fascism will be allowed to freely circulate before this government claims it to be Communist propaganda and attempts to have it banned -- especially since this stunning documentary should be required viewing in every educational institution in this country.

** Earlier today:

As the FEDS continue to place more pressure on Ed and Elaine Brown, today they arrested four of the Brown's supporters including long-term supporters Danny Reilly and another man by the name of Cirino Gonzalez. Those who have followed this story will remember that Reilly was already arrested by a SWAT team several months ago, when he happened onto a few members of the team who had secreted themselves in the woods around the Brown's residence, while walking the Brown's dog.

He was shot at, tasered and arrested, then threatened with prison time if he chose to help the Browns ever again. However, Danny Reilly was not intimidated and went back as soon as possible to help the Browns in their time of need. And now he has once again been arrested.

I think it is important to note that the following article is in my opinion biased against the Browns who have been accused of being testy and belligerent with some of their supporters. However, these are two people who have undergone enormous stress over the past few years and endured psychological warfare at the hands of the FEDS since February of 2007, when Elaine rejoined Ed at their home in Plainfield, New Hampshire.

I can understand first hand what they are going through having been subjected to psywarfare of a similar type for the past four years. You never have a second where you are not under duress, as those who attack you look to exploit every possible situation in which to do so. I have noticed that many supporters of the Browns are now shying away from them as the situation intensifies. However, this is where the cowards are separated from the true Patriots who are willing to risk life and limb.

Those who are now criticizing the Browns for their threat of violence only in answer to the FEDS' attempt to harm them are taking the easy way out. The Browns just happen to be right and understand the desperation involved in attempting to save this country from the Illuminati. Their act is one of many occurring in the present day, in which Americans have had enough and are no longer willing to take this abuse.

It also appears that the FEDS are looking to demonize the Browns perhaps by seeing what they can dig up on them. And what they can't find they will no doubt fabricate. After all, since they are attempting to enforce a judge's ruling which is in direct conflict with the Supreme Court's rulings of 1897 and 1913, in which the wages of the American worker were considered to be personal property and as such non taxable, it is clear that these FEDS are not interested in upholding the law but instead violating it in the Browns' case.

It will now be interesting to see what happens to Danny Reilly, Cirino and the other two supporters who were arrested today. The FEDS are obviously looking to come down hard on them this time around since they are attempting to destroy the Brown's support system. And the co-founder of Makethestand.com, Shaun Kranish, was also recently arrested in regard to what appear to have been bogus charges, no doubt filed as intimidation to take the site supporting Ed and Elaine down.

The FEDS want to break you physically, psychologically and emotionally. Someone who shoots you in cold blood has more mercy because your suffering is over quickly. The FEDS in typical Nazi fashion attempt to drag out the torture until there is nothing left of you.

This is what happens in America in the present day when you look to stand up for your rights. Government spying on us within the privacy of our homes; destroying our relationships with our loved ones; and using our communities to attack us.

This is not what America is about, or why she was created. This country was created to avoid exactly what we are now being faced with in the present day -- oppressive government and the most abject corruption we as Americans have ever witnessed.

This country is no longer worth living in as it stands. Our privacy is all but gone, given the ridiculous authority that the FEDS continue to enforce against us, all as a result of the bogus war on terror. The IRS and privately held Federal Reserve Bank continuing to rape the American people through and unjust and illegal graduated system of taxation. And the US Congress aids and abets this criminal activity.

The US Media perpetrates its LIES on a daily basis as most Americans still gobble it up. This is no life anymore. It's just a painful existence where those in power who claim to be righteous are nothing but hypocrites and the worst of criminals, looking to enslave the rest of us.

And it's time they were made to pay for it.

* It appears that Danny Reilly has been hit with some very serious charges (completely bogus nonetheless serious) including being an accessory after the fact; conspiracy to impede or injure an officer of the United States; conspiracy to commit offenses against the United States; possession and use of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.

"Danny also declared he does NOT want them to assign him counsel nor does he want to get his own lawyer. He also said he does NOT want to "re-present" himself. Keep Danny in your thoughts and prayers. Try to help him out by finding out what's going on, going to court (he's been taken, or IS being taken to New Hampshire court)." -- Quote from Makethestand.com Website.

The charges in regard to the other three Brown supporters who were arrested also "range from accessory after the fact to possession and use of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence."

Marshal: 4 associates of tax-evading couple arrested
September 12, 2007

CONCORD, N.H. --Four men accused of helping obstruct justice in the case of convicted tax evaders Ed and Elaine Brown have been arrested, U.S. Marshal Stephen Monier said Wednesday.

Monier said the men are Cirino "Reno" Gonzales, 30, of Alice, Texas; Daniel Riley, 40, of Albany, N.Y.; Jason Gerhard, 22, of Brookhaven, N.Y.; and Robert Wolffe, 50, of Randolph, Vt.

Charges range from accessory after the fact to possession and use of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence.

Officials believe that the men participated in various efforts to assist the Browns in avoiding justice at their rural home in Plainfield and conspired to impede federal agents.

The Browns, who were convicted in January and have refused to turn themselves in to authorities, claim the federal income tax is not legitimate. Supporters from across the country have visited them at their home, although some relationships have come to a bitter end: The Browns have squabbled with bloggers, radio hosts, and several spokesmen and assistants.

A Web site about the Browns says they're planning to hold a fundraising event on their property on Saturday.

Monier said Gonzales was arrested in Alice, Texas; Riley in Cohoes, N.Y.; Gerhard at Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.; and Wolffe in Hartford, Vt.

"In this case, these men are alleged to have helped the Browns in their ongoing refusal to surrender to authorities," Monier said. "The Browns have engaged in a course of conduct that has led to further criminal investigations into their activity. Anyone who aids the Browns is subject to investigation, arrest and prosecution for serious felonies, which carry very heavy prison sentences."

Earlier this year, officials cut power and telephone service in an effort to ratchet up pressure on the couple convicted of scheming to avoid federal income taxes by hiding $1.9 million of income between 1996 and 2003. The Browns said they hadn't noticed the changes, they can survive on generators and they have 103 wooded acres to keep warm this winter. Their home is on an isolated dirt road and includes a turret that offers a 360-degree view of the property and a driveway that is sometimes barricaded with sport utility vehicles.

The Brown's phone numbers still appeared to be disconnected on Wednesday.

Also, heavily armed police once surrounded the Browns' home and readied for combat in June while they seized commercial property the couple owned in a neighboring town. SWAT teams, military and explosives vehicles marshaled in the tiny town and sparked rumors -- and expectations -- of a raid. U.S. marshals said it was only for surveillance.

Those authorities were seen by Riley, who was out walking the couple's dog when he was detained by marshals.

Since abandoning his federal trial and retreating to his home, Ed Brown has repeatedly said that any attempts to arrest him would result in a violent confrontation. He's also directly named investigators, prosecutors and the judge in his case, suggesting that they could be killed if anything happens to him. At other times, he has said their actions to date already justify retaliation.

"This was a tax case," Monier said Wednesday, "but over the last seven months, the Browns have allegedly obstructed justice and encouraged others to assist them. Ed Brown has threatened to kill law enforcement and other governmental officials. So, our message to the Browns is clear: do the right thing, call us, and surrender peacefully."

Monier said his office will continue to assist local police to control access to the Browns' property, in a safe manner "and with minimal intrusion to the Plainfield community."
